Is Bitcoin better for family planning?
Keeping the conversation going about their relationship and future, Ian shares Jimmy Song's latest essay about the theory that fiat debases the value of having a family. Mandana questions the incentive structures around the cost of raising a family. Ian explains how living on a Bitcoin Standard can shift peopleβs reliance on the government back to the family; a way of living Mandana relates to given her own upbringing and her big "crazy" family. Because of Bitcoin, and Mandana, Ian says his goal is to build generational wealth for their grandchildren (and maybe to also get his own farm).
