Tracy Johnstone was in the McDonald's franchise system for 30 years. In that time, she and her husband owned seven locations. Tracy was also part of McDonald's national, where she was the incoming chair of the Women Operators Network and lead for franchisee COVID response for the entire nation.
In October, 2021, Tracy had to give it all up. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to sell her locations to focus on her treatment. She attacked her cancer with typical energy and finished treatment in April of 2022. Now Tracy is moving into her next professional chapter, where she brings her big brand experience to consult with other organizations on efficient operations, heartfelt marketing, and compassionate people management. She is also a national speaker and trainer.
