From Couch Potato to Ironman Competitions, Marathons & Park Runs w/ Alison Fraser
About this episode
Alison Fraser went from couch potato to Ironman in just over a year. She has finished Ironman New Zealand four times, five half Ironmans, 16 marathons and 253 parkruns. She was 520 days into a running streak when I broke my ankle and I'm now two months into a new streak. She says running helps her feel free and is a form of stress management. Listen as Alison shares her passion for running as well as her passion for podcasting.
