Michael Hoeflein is the Regional Director of Maintenance and Facilities at University of Michigan Health Regional Network. He specializes in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and quality. Michael has led five successful TJC and CMS surveys and developed a multi-year preparedness strategy that earned the highest TJC scorecard in over 20 years. He previously managed operations for 6.5 million sq. ft. of healthcare space, overseeing 170 staff across hospitals and clinics.
