Frisco Mayor Mark Hill Talks Tax-Base Boom

Mark Hill was sworn in this week as the new mayor of Frisco, Texas — a city riding a 600% surge in population this century — and a boom in the tax base of more than 2,200% over that period. The roster of local businesses now includes Wall Street money managers, fintechs and consumer brands, drawn by good schools for employees and public safety.
