Let's get into the surf report with this quick preview from the podcast. Friday at Ocean Beach. This morning it's looking choppy with waves around 2 to 4 feet. Conditions remain consistent through the day, holding at 2 to 4 feet with the wind picking up from onshore at 11 to 16 miles per hour by late afternoon. Expect continued choppy conditions as the tide pushes in. Best time to ride is at 7 a.m. with a two foot incoming low tide when the south west swell is two feet at 16 seconds and the onshore wind is 12 mile per hour. The first high tide on Friday will be six feet just after 12 30 p.m. followed by a one foot low tide at 6 15. The near-shore buoy in San Francisco bar reads zero degrees for the water temperature. Saturday sees three plus foot waves, but conditions remain choppy throughout the day

with winds reaching up to 22 miles per hour. In contrast, Sunday offers two to three plus foot waves with slightly improved conditions, especially in the morning. Monday brings the best surf of the period, featuring clean conditions and four to six foot waves, ideal for catching a barrel.
