Hi folks, welcome to the episode of Film Study. This is Ken McEusek and it's time for this week's Friday morning GM with my co-host Vosel Rico. Vos, how you doing? Life is good, Ken. Excited for the season opener in about a week and a half now. This time next week, what do you have the NFL season opener in the books when we record? Yeah, that's, I guess that's true. We record on Thursday, right? Is it a Wednesday night open or this year? Super Bowl rematch on Wednesday. Yeah, next Wednesday. All right, very good. All right, so a lot of activity on the Ravens roster this week will have stuff that the 53 man roster, the practice squad, we're going to talk about extensively because they've been moves the last day or two, current injury statuses and whatnot. But I think we better start with the two trades the Ravens made. C.J. A. Coye going to the Giants for a 2028 seventh round pick. I think it may be a seventh round condition, but a seventh round selection. And, yeah, first of all, unbelievable heist by Harbaugh and unfortunately the Ravens had to accept Sarv salvage value for a week.

Well, it looked like he was going to make the team and he was going to be cleaned and, you know, Minter, I think he likes penetrators, maybe a little bit more than two gapers, but good to get something for him and the Giants, I know are in pretty dire need of, you know, runplakers. So probably a win win all the way around. It's interesting because I talked on the Giants show about C.J. A. Coye with Bobby Skinner and he said, you know, they have Josh Tupo right now. And I was just thinking, you know, Josh Tupo might end up being the guy that Ravens would have to call if they needed another most tackle during the season at some point. So we'll see if that adds up. Really funny thing would have been, not funny at all, from our perspective, if they had cut Jenkins to try and get a handshake deal done and also lost a Coye in the trade. And then somebody that signed Jenkins away from them, they might have been, you know, literally going out fishing for a Josh Tupo right away. Yeah, it would have been down the Jones. So you want at least have two. And between Jenkins and Jones, they should be in pretty good shape. But you know, that's a position traditionally where a Josh Tupo type you can find in September, October. Yes. So there's more of those body types,

I guess, that aren't highly coveted because some teams don't really use two that for too much. That's that's right. And then Ravens certainly have a very specific kind of one tech that they want that they, you know, I've had for now a number of years. All right, the other player. And this is a favorite of yours throughout training camp with Diego Pounds. I know there were people who questioned whether or not Pounds was ahead of Vincent in the pecking order, which is fairly ridiculous, frankly. Vincent's been getting all the playing time during the during the camp. And during the preseason games by order of entry, there wasn't anything that would indicate Pounds would have moved up. And whatever Pounds did, obviously, there were context questions about, you know, how late in games he was doing it against what the competition level was. But still kind of sad to see him traded away to an AFC team. Part of the nice thing about the Koi A thing is he went to the AFC. Well, and KC has a pretty good history of developing lineman. So that they identify him as a player. We're trading a conditional sixth floor is probably an indication that

they think he's a pretty good player. I was hoping he was going to make the team ahead of Voorhees. I actually predicted that when we had our prediction show last week. So you got a sixth floor. So we were something does leave him a little bit thinner as far as practice quad depth, I think, which we'll get to later. Later segment. Yeah, that I think you write about that. But a conditional sixth is approaching the proper value for a player like Pounds. You know, left tackles always kind of a premium position in the things that doesn't usually go for a straight conditional seventh unless it's a really marginal player. And I think Pounds had kind of shown a little bit more than that. A conditional six is not a tremendous amount of total value involved, especially a year deferred. It has a little bit less value, I suppose. But I would look at that as like a combination of two values is one is there's a underlying minimum of salvage value that's built into that. And then also a premium that the chiefs paid because they needed to jump the claim order and they felt like

Pounds would have been selected before they get to have. So you know, he was valued more than every player that made their evens practice quad at least. So because other teams were what have made an offer for them presumably or made a claim for them. But on the topic of bench and I definitely agree with you, he was ahead of Pounds all the way. I thought it was interesting that he played a lot on the right side in the last preseason game. So he's kind of at least I'm probably envisioning him as the swing tackle. So are you encouraged or is there something is there anything discouraging about the fact that he started and played the first half with at right tackle with licked in a licked in hand at left tackle in that final game. Do you think that's a plus or a minus for Vincent? I think it's a plus for Vincent. I think it's a minus term Jones. Yeah, I agree with both of those statements. All right, I think that's that's that's right of the money. So Emery Jones is no longer the obvious right tackle back up. In fact, Emery Jones, I didn't think played left guard well enough to consider any but but there is a

positive on Emery Jones that if you really split his left guard and right guard play, he looked a lot better at right guard and maybe a reasonable alternative there. He scored about point 80 as a raw score by a system and he was he was a negative negative point one four. Sorry, what do you mean? Negative point 21 at left guard. We had a couple of terrible. Well, that's encouraging because he's probably one of the only players on the 53 that kind of had a stock down throughout training camp in the preseason as far as what I kind of was expecting and how he actually performed. Almost maybe he and Mark Andrews are the two big stockdowns. Everybody else pretty much want to hold squad almost his stock up. Yeah, I mean, I get Rashad Bateman. I don't know how to put him because of the off-field stuff, but but I don't think Rashad Bateman in terms of his play on the field is. No, I don't. All right. All right. Well, let's talk about the 53 man roster and how it worked out there. A fair number of surprises from my point of view. Why don't we just go like one at a time with what what was a big surprise to you? You started off.

Rashid Ali on the roster was surprised to me. I wasn't aware that Randall suffered a legitimate injury in the preseason finale and I didn't think Ali was going to make the team. He was banged up for most of camp and he didn't really done have all though. He did look pretty good catch and pass out of the backfield in the third preseason game. I will give him that, but I thought Randall was going to make it and Ali was going to be able to practice squad and turned out that Randall's on IR and Ali's on team. Yeah, it's a strange thing. I thought, I mean, Ali could be a reaction to Randall being on the team, but I mean, it's a little strange to see Randall play that well in the final preseason game and then all of a sudden he's got an injury and the answer and the syntax to the answer from mentor does not evoke a lot of trust in terms of how it was delivered. It just it makes it seem like maybe this was a BS kind of a stash job they did and I don't know why they'd want to do that. I can't figure that out. So Adam

Randall is my big surprise for him going to IR and Tussus in here to Vassant, give you a chance to respond is that he's a guy who if he's able to play, he saves you a roster spot by getting Ali to the practice squad. And admittedly Ali might be claimed and we'll take our chances. You know, it's is my kind of view on that. But the other the other point in that is that somebody else could have been on the roster with a handshake deal being made through to move them into the four-week IR and a potential DTR at a later date. So you know, that that spot and that was a free IR, you know, a four-week IR they had. I mean, that spot is very valuable and they they wasted it. I agree. I mean, there was probably two players that got away from the organization that I kind of lament. Otherwise, they got much of the guys back on the practice squad. Some that I was surprised they got back. But what we'll go to that later. Yeah, so it's certainly not a

positive step for Randall's development. You know, they may hopefully be grooming him to be RB2 next season with Justice Hill likely gone and missing the first four is not good. I got the impression that maybe he tweaked the hamster or something and they said he's not quite up to speed at past pro yet. And the difference between he and Ali as far as a return man kickoff return man is marginal. So let's let him get fully healthy. At least that's the way I interpreted what Minter said. It could be he certainly had some of that. What's not a one thing? It's a little nagging thing and he's not quite right. I mean, it was just too meandering for me to really give it the kind of credence he probably would have liked me to give it. And so, you know, I'm kind of skeptical on all injury talk and just my antenna went way up on that. So you're sure you're sure. Okay, surprise. Okay, sure. I actually we had responded with Randall, but let's talk about Metabeka and Buchanan

both being active at all the surprises. I am surprised. Metabeka is active. Now, Eric DeCosta gave press availability yesterday for the first time I think since camp started and he said he's optimistic Metabeka will be back before week four. He's that specific syntax. So that would mean week three. I think I understand it from the point that they don't want to now take him off the pit in the sled. You know, he would have to go to only conditioning. DeCosta said he's even more encouraged after Wednesday's practice, which he observed, which makes me wonder, is he getting participating in teen drills now to some extent? So I was surprised that he made it. That was kind of a wall jam at defensive tackle. If he was on IR, that would allow them to keep in a coyay presumably, but Buchanan, I'm not too surprised. I think it's kind of a linear trajectory as far as you come back from a knee. You can run on it. You can participate. You're activated and it's kind of

they've been through. They know that how the ACL recovery time like this. Sure. And they've they're not at ground level with Buchanan. Buchanan's been hitting the sled since he got pulled off PUP. I don't think he's done any 11 on 11 work yet. And that may be coming in the next week or so. But it ought to be in the same situation that and they haven't he hasn't made the specific claim from Mattabique. He said in both cases, they were going to be before week, sorry, that they would I think it's be back by week four for Buchanan is the the better of the the the is the best comment he made about him. So I don't know I don't know what to believe on that. I think you know, they clearly have had lots of cases where a player has been out for the entire time. But I will say this specifically in Buchanan's spot, the Ravens have a significant roster limitation there. They have one guy, a Deluca who's on actually they have two guys. They

have Carl Jones to on the on the practice squad. But they Deluca's the guy they probably want or maybe they don't maybe it's Carl Jones. They want Deluca would be the backup kind of linebacker that you'd expect to maybe see action in a game. Carl Jones, I'd say is more of a pure special teams guy. I guess they could go to either, but they're going to have to use multiple activations potentially during these first three weeks if he's not able to play during that time. Yeah, well, we interested to see how the special teams big as you as you coin them, how that goes, expect the tight ends to probably be in the mix there too. At least, um, smite for sure. But we'll see who the other participants are. And Simpson may be taking off special teams because he might be considered too valuable in defense. Not really sure how that's going to shake out. Good good bad on that, I would say. And so then it would it could be three tight ends and Carl Jones say that are that are the four bigs or there's probably another linebacker like Ethan Burke who would be in the group. Well, um, yeah,

the Burke, yes, Burke and also Higgins too, right? Higgins, you're right. Of course, Higgins. I guess I'm five. If you got five to make four on game day, that's probably good enough. And I'm sure that if they really needed to, they could be able to run back in there. I'll leave you know, to be a guy. I'll leave all these on that unit anyway, but he would be out. He would move from wing to being on the line. So all right, um, Fagnano, surprised, certainly surprised. So to cost the made the point that he was a forget the unicorn or something along those lines because he wasn't even originally in what he was invited to camps right try out along with Pavion the Heisman runner up or third place. Yeah, I mean, he came out of nowhere. He's an older player. I think he's in his mid to late one. He's not he's not a 22 23 year old, but yeah, he really picked up the offense well, faired well. Apparently they were fielding trade calls. Is he a player who could take

Snoop on his job next year? From what we've seen, I mean, he plays a lot of poise. I think he's really a good processor for sure. I think what I saw that I was most impressed by during the preseason was the ability to stand in against pressure. That was just at a very high level and he's he's ready to take a hit and maybe learn that at Yukon. Maybe they had a lot of problems protecting him there, but but impressive. He's 25 years old. I think the work calls for him around the league and I think they probably went in both directions from and to the castle would be my guess and they obviously didn't get the price they thought was appropriate. They probably think they can get more later and that may be what they're really dealing with. I don't believe this is really a just in case Lamar Jackson doesn't work out. We might have our guy there kind of situation. I really don't believe that's there. They're thinking on this. I think it's that they they didn't get the proper value. And I got like Fignano at the trade deadline could be

could have exponentially more value, which by the way, a single round increase would be exponentially more value, but if they could get a fifth round pick for him, you know, that would be exponentially more than what they got for pounds, for example. And you know, two orders of magnitude more than what they got for a coin. Yeah. I think a fifth round pick be a nice nice prize for Fignano. If not, you're bringing back next year and see what he can do as far as being a backup I agree with you. I don't think he's long term starter. If you end up not striking a deal with Lamar and you go down that, I don't really want to think about it, but I think you're getting some high draft capital back for Lamar and you're using that to take a high end first round. So yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's that's exactly how you see that play. And then I guess one of the other surprises was Ray Sean Benny not making the team was for me anyway. And still having Washington on the roster, I really thought that was a place where the Ravens could cut bait and make a move. I think that maybe part of the reason that obviously they carried six defensive alignments.

They made room for NES pebbles by doing that, but they couldn't make room for Benny by cutting Washington, which is a little bit surprising to me. So I predicted Washington was going to make it. I had six, but I had Benny and met a BK on IR. So Benny not making it. And I thought it was pretty close between Benny and a coyer, but I was more surprising that he didn't make it is that they retained him on the peace. Yeah. That was a very nice thing. I mean, if Benny was a player I had as a fourth round at par and a fifth round for value for the Ravens and at the end of cutting him around seven, I have heard various things since about some difficulty and what not it might be a kind of a erasible guy to work with and whatnot. I never witnessed any of that stuff at camp. I'm not sure I would. That would be apparent to me, but he seemed to be a high effort kind of a defensive line in there. So I've never really never seen any kind of issue there. But anyway, I'm glad he's

at least for now on there that provides the Ravens only with fairly minimal protection for a player like that. And they don't have a lot of guys on their practice squad, by the way, which get to admit it, who are really developmental players. Yeah, they've gone in that direction in recent seasons with more veteran players. So I've heard some rumors about why Benny fell on the draft. I'm not going to share those here, but one more surprise to me is how the corner back the end of the corner back depth chart took shape. We both accurately predicted that Konae was going to be placed on IR, but I thought they were going to carry seven. I pretty much thought they were going to carry seven since the beginning of camp and longer, but I thought played well enough to make the team. So to have him, he was the most surprising straight cut for me. Right. I would agree. I think I was really sad to see Longer Beam go. And I don't know if they had a different expectation about their ability to maintain him on the practice squad. Now from Longer Beam's perspective, I think I can understand why I'd want to go to a thinner room if the

Ravens essentially have six ahead on the roster plus Konae on IR. I'm really all the sudden the number eight corner back and maybe I can move to another team where I'd be the number six or seven corner back. Definitely. I understand. I understand that. Yeah. Let's talk about the practice squad. Obviously, some changes have made in recent days. The original practice squad has already been kind of revamped in some ways that I might be missing some additional information on who's been cut from it, but I do have some of it. So they've added a veteran tight Nick Vanette who played for the Steelers at one point, but he's actually played for eight other NFL teams as well. And if he suits up for the Ravens this year, he'll actually tie the all-time record for different teams played for. Yeah. He's been going years with the Seahawks. If I recall, I think that's a position where you could probably use a capable veteran considering Kwevas' risk that he's not going to be ready to really contribute very much this year. And Hibner and the decline at the top, potentially with Andrew. So I was surprised they didn't

print back Luke Scott. So it seems like they really are going away from the full-back type of mold. But Vanette is a solid guy that I am familiar with that. I think he's a good addition. I'm good with the Vanette signing. He does have a blocking component to his game that I think can help the team. I probably like Scott for the four years of contract control there better. I guess I'm always somewhat marginally frustrated when you pick up a guy who's so clearly a for this year only guy like Vanette and you give up on a guy you've got four years of potential contributions from him. I would have liked to see him Scott and Vanette instead of Pesna. But yeah I'd be okay with that. That's two blocking guys but I'd still be okay with it. Let's go. The next guy that just got signed I believe yesterday is Chuma Adoga 29 years old,

eighth NFL season. He's actually got 1555 career snaps during the regular season. It's not particularly tall for a left tackle but he has long arms. So 6308 and 34 and 3.25 in charge. Absolutely penalty machine in his career. There's 1555 career snaps. He got 24 career penalties. 14 of those have been declineable and 10 full starts. I went back and I looked at them. He's got one IDP three illegal use of hands, two illegal formation, one face mask, six offensive holdings and one illegal blindside block. So he's a quite a smattering. The Schmorgans for his penalty. Yes. Yeah. We'll see what Lefrey could do with him. After the loss pounds I do think it's good to be re-enlust in tackle depth. But they got two guys because AJ of Curie was also signed at our curry was signed out from the Rams. He's played, he's been with the Rams for five years but a lot of preseason staffs. 590 career preseason staffs. By the

way if you looked at the number of players who've accumulated 590 career preseason staffs you would realize that is extremely low. That is an incredibly high total. And it always has to be one of these kind of developmental tackle prospects are usually the guys. And that's what our curry was for five years with the Rams. 673 20, 33 in charge. He said 121 career snaps during the rego season. The last time he's played was the week one of 2024. He had a disastrous performance in that game where he allowed two quarterback hits in five hurries per pff. But he got pretty well worked over and all of that pretty much happened out of true pass sets. So that tells me he can't really deal with the kickstaff and what not and getting it at position. Well, so anyway, I didn't see any talk about about him on Rams reddit is saying, damn it, why do we lose our curry? Why do we expose him already like that? Although there were people at him on their roster at the start of the preseason. So it seems like the Ravens had their eye on him for a while, at least by I forget if it was

mint or de costas comments. You know, after they seemingly hit on Joe Von Gwyn, I kind of willing to give him the benefit of the data as far as these offensive linemen flyers. Maybe ledford's got sort of a sharp eye for hidden gems. Let's hope. Let's hope. And I think I think that's probably ledford's advice that is getting through though to Costa and his scouting staff. I'm sure had a big hand. It took because they have a pro scouting staff. They'd be they'd be looking at. It's an interesting guy. I think both of those guys be an older. I'm not I'm not really excited by either of them. I think our curry may not have more than two seasons of accrued service. I'd have to look at that. He's not on the Ravens roster yet. Ravens have been updated that roster with him yet. But he may not be even taking up a vet practice squad spot, in which case he's a little bit less costly. Adoga for sure is. And that made that made the Ravens have to release a veteran

practice squad player. They released him on a or a warrior yesterday to make. So does it no corners on the practice squad or at least no perimeter corners on the practice squad? They they well they signed lardarius web or yesterday. Was he playing on the on the perimeter at camp? No all slide. So now you have an entire organization. You have four perimeter corners. That's it. Well, I guess five but cone is on I R. So that's a little bit concerning. I think it's and that's the position where you can never have enough right? They keep reiterating that. But they cut longer beam and now they released they didn't bring back Robinson. And now they release our warrior. But that's become a little bit of a concern the depth of perimeter corner for me over the last week. I'm shocked by the choice of web over Robinson. I'm absolutely shocked by that. I mean Robinson has had two good years in the preseason. He's he looks the part. He's a size speed youth guy, which the Ravens didn't otherwise have. Little webbing had a great preseason game

this last in the finale. And I guess it really kind of shows you in some ways that preseason finale still means something even with the organization in this case. I don't know if there's a nepotism or a nepotistic component to this that they really want to keep the Ravens family happy. But but I would have gone with Robinson. No question about it. So I'm disappointed they lost Robinson. And could be another case where he said, man, I put good tape out there to two wall seasons in a row and I still can't make this team. Let me see if I can latch one elsewhere. The same sort of decision tree as as longer being. But again, I'm concerned about unless yeah, I really am. I mean, a Louisiana Humphrey hadn't even wiggins haven't been the alkiest guys in the world. And Tampa's still somewhat improved. That's our only four. So let's hope Coney comes back and maybe they still moves to make. I think this is worth probably noting. They are carrying two primarily slot corner guys in Martin and Rivers. But in the final preseason game, Rivers played on the outside. He started and

played the first four drives on the outside. I think the plan is for him to be an inside outside. It's a good. That you know, he's so if they if they're a step further in the belief in rivers, that's great. Rivers, one of the things he did real well in camp and I think he may have done it in the preseason. I'm not even sure if he did was he rushed the pass or effectively. And so I want to see that. I want to see the Ravens have a big year at a slot corner the way they did in 23, right? When they had more let and Hamilton and Ardarius Washington, I think combined for seven sacks from that that's sparse. I want to see something like that this year out of mentor in the slot. Absolutely. All right. Let's see. I need I want to talk about the ones who got away in this because I think that's important. Corey Bullock was lost on a claim. He was the only guy they lost on a claim this year. They lost him to the panthers. Robert Longerbeam was a I'm not resigning with your practice squad. I'm signing with the Eagles instead. So he was recruited away after the cut.

Marquis Robinson, I believe, still has not more queues has still not been signed as of yesterday. I need to check again and see if that's happened. I'll do that way your spot of this. And then Lucas Scott, I think we talked about all ready. But you know, I guess Bullock is the one guy we hadn't discussed there. Are you frustrated at all that he was either not the 10th offensive lineman, which that might be who to cost was talking about? But or could have been accepted he's not on the practice squad. Right. So it couldn't have been. Yeah, I am disappointed. I thought I thought he was a better player potentially than Andrew Voorhees. So I probably I had pounds on neither of what he's nor Bullock on. But I would have put Bullock as the second in the pecking order. Voorhees just didn't have a good season last year and then have a good train or preseason this year. And you know, tackles are obviously well and Bullock has to position versatility, right? So it happened. It seems to happen pretty much every year. The Ravens do lose one of their

10th or 11th lineman. McClendon. It does seem. All right. Well, frustrating, but we deal with that now in terms of what developmental players remain on the practice squad. There's only really five that I see and they've got you know, they've got 17 guys on the practice squad and the IPPP guy David Olijiga happy to have him. He might or might not be able to contribute this year. I don't consider him a developed metal guy because he's 28. So I can't give him that same, you know, level of future optimism. But the five guys that I think are developmental guys that might have a hand in the 27 roster would be Benny, Deluca. I'm really on the border on Lichtenhan. Maybe I call that a half. You know, I think that they've they've got to tackle there who could step in at right tackle for a game or two if needed. And then two other guys I do believe in Adisa Isaac and Kim and Rucker who I think could be the fifth outside linebacker in a future year. Neither of those

guys I don't believe is going to be around for the entire year on the practice squad. That would be like guesses that someone will claim them. Yeah. You know, it doesn't maybe it doesn't happen as much as we think we thought that Robinson could have been claimed last year. He made it through. I'm surprised that both of them made especially Isaac with the third round draft pedigree. Ruckers now he makes plays when he's given opportunity. I thought he could have definitely been claimed. So outside linebacker depth is looking outstanding, you know, with with really seven dies that can play. And most of them are going to be here long term, at least unless Tavius may or may not be resigned. But Henry's just here for at least two. And then Green has three more and Zion has four seasons to go. So it's a strong position group both in the immediate end of the future. Yeah, it is. And there will be a one spot open next year from if if Tavius moves on. And that probably makes more sense given who they have backing up right now. And then you don't know if

Ethan Burke is going to work out. So we'll see and I mean that he could be he could be swapped before the end of this season for one of these two guys. That's certainly possible. So anyway, I guess five is not zero. I guess it should be happy with it from from that perspective. But it's it's not a lot of young talent. And I guess kind of maybe what I'll call modern practice squad theory is you can't really keep a lot of developmental players there because they'll if once other teams figured out they'll take them. Well, I mean, I think they tried to keep their guys. But if Longerby wants to go somewhere else and Bullock's claimed, what can they do? You know, it wasn't like there was a bunch of other guys that were part of the 90 man that I said, oh, I wish they made the practice squad. So I dropped and sit longer being and Bullock. And Lucas guy here. Okay, so you could have had nine guys potentially that were developmental on this practice squad they end up with five, which is it is it. And I guess they probably knew that they weren't going to go

four for four on the other guys, but still it's a little frustrating. All right, so we've talked about some of the injury statuses going into the year. I don't know how much time we have to spend on this now. And I'm going to be off pop the first week of training camp. He did his first sled work. Not this week. It was last week. And he still may not be ready for week one. Do you have any sense from DeCosta's comments that he might actually be ready for week one? No, I didn't get that impression. I think maybe they outlined a timeline that always was pointing towards week three. That's at least what I would ask that's what I would guess to make after just listening to the press conferences. That's that would be exactly what I would think to based on that Teddy Buchanan. We've talked about a little bit. I think one of the things it's going to do to the Ravens Early seasons is to go to chew through some elevations for the inside linebacker group. It's a big size and shape hole. So if Carl Jones is not so special that you can't find another

guy who gives you 92% of what he gives you floating around the NFL or actually floating around the street somewhere at this point. Yeah, I think it'll be okay. I want to be surprised if you can and does play week one or week two actually. Okay. Do you think Buchanan will immediately go in and replace Simpson at we side linebacker? Do you think Buchanan starts the year as a backup given Simpson has played a lot this pretty. I think Simpson is the frontler for the job. And I think I think they're excited by his athleticism and I think they're going to find a real role where he can make an impact. That Buchanan will be a slow ramp up. Maybe he starts on special teams and we'll see how Simpson's processing is as improved as Rokuan says. Then Buchanan might not get really a good shot this year to even be much rotation because Hamilton I expect is going to be timeline backer on some maps given if the game trip allows. Right. Right. I would think that would be a normal

kind of a third down defense for this team. So I certainly hope so. Again, you know, Jesse Mitter is new. Maybe he's got a different idea. Maybe Trenton Simpson is part of his third down plan. Who knows? So, uh, Belalcone and Adam Randall starting the year on IR, it, Cone won't be available to week five. I don't think there's any impetus for them to bring him back soon because it'll be a decision point when it comes back. It'll be an event that they'll have to move somebody else either, you know, release them and try and get it back in the practice squad. They could, they might have to do that with Cone himself. But, uh, when he comes off, a spot will have to be available. Oftentimes that'll happen in a corner. Don't get me wrong. There'll be somebody else's little banged up. They'll go on IR. You don't want to rotate through your IR guys in that way. Meaning if they had another guy who's dealing with a minor injury and Cone is ready to go, they might still delay the return of Cone, delay his return to practice so that they can delay the point at which he can be returned from IR,

just to conserve the, conserve the IODTRs and conserve the roster's spot. Yes, certainly agree with that. It's good to kind of have a corner back in your back pocket where you can activate them when needed. Um, if they get, if they get to week five, I mean, the only player on season ending IR is Danny Pinter. I'll be, I'll be very pleased, very pleased to meet. Yes. Yeah, that would, that would be good indeed. Uh, all right. Well, outstanding stuff, us, uh, we'll, we'll save the rest for the second part of the show. Uh, what do we tell folks where you can, where you can be reached online. Uh, if people, I am on Twitter, X at busses, the Rico's VAS, ILIS, LERIKLS. All right. How's standing other folks out there?
