About this episode
In this week's episode, I will share with you the idea of 'becoming an ally of your own plans'. Since arriving in Kuwait, I've had a chance to dive deeper into self-care and self-inquiry, discipline my mind and body even more, and acknowledge just how much of my creative/productive time would often dissolve into social-filled fun. Even though spending time with one's loved ones is far from a lost time, it is wise to recognize when and how to act on our own behalf with more skill. Thinking of this new reality of mine, I will invite you to reconsider your priorities, weigh the consequences of your everyday choices, and develop a more sustainable model of activity - to both have fun with others and chase your dreams at the same time.
A powerful start to the new (6th) season!
I hope you will find this episode highly informative, useful, and empowering.
