The confirmation this morning that Crown prosecutors are pursuing a second trial over allegations he sexually assaulted a teenage boy. This morning Aiman was arraigned here in the Supreme Court on one count of sexual intercourse and another of committing an act of indecency upon a 13-year-old. He's pleaded not guilty to both. Mr Aiman, how do you feel about facing a second trial? It was only in March that the former New South Wales Liberal MP was cleared by a jury of eight other charges surrounding the incident alleged to have occurred back in 2017, but the
jury failed to reach a decision on the remaining two charges. Do you think the jury got it right? Those will now go to a second trial set to take place here in November.
