Canada's next PM, former central bank governor Mark Carney, has swapped his former persona as a central bank governor for fighting talk against the US administration led by Donald Trump and the tariffs its seeking to impose on trade partners.Mr Carney has very little political experience - he has never been elected as an MP, let alone served in a cabinet post.
