FOCUS Females Global Chat Cafe (Successful but not equal)

This week we are starting a new direction.  The violence over equality has spilled over across all racial lines and socioeconomic groups.  Some women have gained much success in the business arenas yet many still view them as simple women who were allowed and or helped by many non women to get their rewards.  Many disgard the hard work, dedication, late nights with no time to ear or sleep.  Many disgard prayer all together.  Time to put faces to the struggles.  When I see a women who has succeeded I know the time, pain, sweat and tears she put into taking her place on the mountain top.
