Fix Your Fears, Resolve Your Anger | ReWire 1885

I used to be a guy who would get angered by the simplest things. 

 

A lot of it had to do with fear. 

 

Fear of abandonment. 

 

Fear of abuse. 

 

Fear of rejection.

 

Fear of loss love. 

 

Fear of losing money. 

 

As a result, anytime something came up, I got angry, especially when things weren't going my way. 

 

So, I had to step back, and take a different approach in getting in touch with why I was afraid. 

 

The sooner I did this, the easier it was for me to break down and decode the source of my anger. 

 

This kept me from ruining relationships, opportunities, and slowing down my business. 

 

Source the reason you're afraid, sit with it, and get it cleared out. 

 

None of this belongs in your life where you're going.
