About this episode
If you've struggled to maintain long-term friendships as an ADHDer - you're certainly not alone. Many people with ADHD find that their inattention, hyperactivity/or impulsivity make it difficult to communicate effectively enough to make friendships that last. During this episode, I chat with my friend Katie Hughes - someone I met within the ADHD community that really turned things around for me and showed me what's possible for ADHDers who are looking for connection/friendship. We talk about our passion project, ADHD Social, and how we're helping to facilitate friendships for others within this community. Buckle in and maybe grab some tissues for this candid conversation about FRIENDS.
