Welcome to the Real Power Family Radio Show, brought to you by Family Success Triangle. Where we talk about how we achieved financial freedom in two years by the time we were 30. If we can do it, so can you. We will bring you the people who can help you achieve financial freedom, time freedom, and location freedom. Learn how we integrated our business, investing and homeschooling into everyday life. And now here is the Real Power Family, Eric, Lila, Devon, and Ethan. Welcome to the Real Power Family Radio Show, I'm your host, Eric Wolland. We have Lila, Devon, Ethan, and everybody here, whole family. Another financial Friday. And wow, we've got a $40 trillion debt. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Eric hasn't been eclipsed yet, but don't hold your breath. It's only going up at $2 trillion a year.

The amount of money spent on AI, okay, which is probably going to change the world. There's many more people that can talk about killer robots than how it's going to help us. But we're at $30 trillion invested in AI now. Isn't that awesome? Wow, that's awesome. Awesome. So we're at $40 trillion. Looking at USDeclock.org. How long ago was it that we hit $40 trillion? Wasn't that when we were in Florida not that long ago? Yeah, it wasn't that long ago. We're already at $40.1. Wow. Hey, $100 billion here, $100 billion there. Next time you're talking about real money. No, I'm pretty sure that's just currency. Yeah, that's true. It's not a real power family silver out from American gold exchange. That's money. And that's why you should go to AMER gold.com and check it out. Does anybody have anything to talk about? Lila, it's your problem.

I mean, it's your show. Congratulations for preparing so well for this. Ethan, right on it because I'd like to touch on golden silver. It's so interesting to talk to these people because we went to a homeschool in conference and I got into a couple conversations about golden silver. And people keep trying to time the market like it's somehow a stock. And I look back to like Rick Rool, who says you really need to know why you're investing in a particular asset. And when GoldSilver.com interviewed him, he said he's a buyer of gold at $4,446,4700. He wasn't trying to predict some bottom or time some swing. He's looking at gold as a savings account. So what he is using it for is kind of price irrelevant over the long term. And I think people really need to take a look at why do they want to invest in something so that they do it appropriately and know when to buy, when to sell and what they're going to do with it. Do you agree? I'll just send a perspective because I'm all about the math. Okay. So I bought gold.

I bought silver at say $14 to $18. And I bought gold at what we'll call it $1,000. I'd have been 800. It might have been 1,050. When we had $20,000,000 in debt. And I believe back then, which is not like a lifetime ago, maybe for Ethan, but not for the rest of us. Even back then, we were worried about, oh yeah, that was way under a trillion. That might have been under like 500 billion interest. It was really low interest compared to today, which is now what, 1.2 trillion in interest. You got that number, Lila? It's only the other screen. I should have looked up these numbers exactly, but when we were buying, when I got started buying gold, it was called around 1,000. It bounced above and below. But even that, the moonshot went up to 1,800 and then fell back to just above 1,000 and

never won't below it. It's silver. How many ounces of silver? I remember Devon when you bought your first 100 ounces of silver and I locked in the price for you at $18.00 and ounce. That was, yeah, could you imagine? We'll ask Devon, say, well, I bought silver at $18 and then it went up to 50 some, you know, or it went up to 150, but was it really 120-ish, were it peak, 125? But then it fell into the 80s and well, the reason I bought it is because we had $23 in debt and the government was printing almost a trillion dollars to pay their bills every year. But, you know, it's had a nice run. I really just wanted the profits. So even though it's went from 18 to 120 and I bought it because let's reiterate the numbers. We were adding almost a trillion dollars onto our debt every year.

Now the debt's twice as high at 40 trillion when it was at 20 and we're adding more than two trillion onto our debt every year and literally nothing. No law, nothing has changed to slow that down in any way. In fact, they're spending way more on literally everything. We find all this fraud, fraud, wasting abuse and California passes a law to not get rid of it. But, you know, we had a good run and I'm afraid silver might drop back down to 50 before it goes up over 100. So I'm going to take a wild gamble and sell all my silver so I can lock in some profits. And then I'll buy it back when it hits 50 again. Could you imagine doing something so idiotic? That's not why I invested it. That's not a, but some people seem to think that's how it's played. So I thought that was a good thing to bring up. And this, what I want to say is you got to know why you bought it.

Rick Rool clearly not an idiot when it comes to metals anything, metals, my name and he sold them and people, there was some hate mail directed at him because he's like, yeah, I sold all my silver over $100. But he knew and I'm, I bet you, if we ask him, he certainly didn't come anywhere close to selling all his gold. And I know he didn't sell all his, you know, silver and gold mining stocks. Whereas I did liquidate some of my mining stocks, figuring I got a big run up. It's leveraged. Now I think it'll go down over the summer. So I'm going to sell these off. I didn't hit the exact peak, but I, I mean, I went back and bought them back. And with the exception of being in gold, which basically refused to fall, good job, Tara. I still managed. I think I sold it to like a dollar one, a share and bought it back at 99 cents. So not worth the hassle and the risk.

But a lot of the others, the uranium stocks, gold mining stocks and stuff, they dropped like 50% and I bought them back in and I made an extra 40 or 50%. So that, that's why I bought the stocks. I remember stocks are like 1% of my whole net worth, my silver position and my gold position. The only time I'm going to sell silver and I literally do not care if it goes to 100 or 1000 or 10,000. I only care about the silver to gold ratio because the only way I would get rid of silver is if I were trading in and for gold because silver, gold, I buy to store value. And I don't think I'm ever going to use a piece of gold. If it's there, I have it, but it's a very compact way to store a lot of wealth to pass on to kids and grain kids. Bitcoin may or may not be that. So I have some Bitcoin for that reason. But also, there's multiple other reasons I have Bitcoin.

But if you look, let's just stick with gold and silver. Silver, I have it because I think there's going to be a bigger run up in silver. So it's a speculation and I want to make money. And I really don't care if I don't. I'm not betting on that. It is also at least 50% of the reason I buy silver is just a store wealth. And because I'll never sell all of my silver. I even told my mom and your mom, I'm like, look, please. Give me $10,000 of yours and I'm going to order a colony order. I'll do all the work for you. And the gold and silver will be shipped directly to you. I'll tell you where to store it, how to store it, you know, whatever. And I did that and that like $9,800 dollar, it was under 10 grand. That was my deal for both of them. Just it'll be under 10,000. Just you just wire them the money when I tell you to and then they'll ship it right to you. And now it's worth like 50,000. So my mom was pretty happy about that.

That's not why I did it. I did it to make sure she had 100 ounces of silver. I don't think she's going to live long enough to see the entire financial system collapse. But if she does, it makes me feel good that if I'm not around, if I'm down in Tennessee and gas pumps quit working because we invaded Iran and they closed a straight up corn moose or something, I could have never imagined a year ago. I just wanted the oops to have that. And then I didn't buy her the best gold. I bought her 10,000 pieces of gold and quarter ounces of gold. And if there was any money left over, I bought one full ounce of gold. Remember gold is like a thousand dollars when I was doing this because I wanted her to have optionality. I wanted her to have money stored in money in something really valuable and not in dollars, which is where the vast majority of her wealth is, which she's not incredibly

wealthy, but she doesn't have to worry about stuff. She's a typical middle class comfortable, same with your mom. Yes. And they'll have benefits. My mom is she was used to my dad collecting new mnematic coins for fun. So when you send her something like gold and silver, she's happy to store that and kind of keep it to the side. So if she ever does need it, she'll have it as well. Yeah. And it makes me feel like she lives many states away. Yes. We might not be able to get to her because that is an absolute full tank of gas in the big airplane. And if I got a headwind, I can't make it there. Yes. But we don't know if there were a time that I just want them to have real money just to it makes me sleep better at night. And then we're really going to buy it or I was going to buy it for them. They'd yell worse that no, you are not taking this from you. Like just store it. I need to store this somewhere other than my house store it for me. They didn't do that.

That's why I buy gold and silver, right? Yes. If you're looking to get in, not only is it way cheaper to buy silver and you can buy a lot more ounces of it, but someday you might actually be able to trade that for something. I mean, for 85 bucks, you can buy groceries. You can fill up your gas tank for an ounce of silver. What do you do with an ounce of gold? Unless you want to buy a car or a house, you got to have a lot of children and drink a lot of milk and eat, oh, or just get five dozen eggs. That would eat up an ounce of gold. Wow. Yeah. What was that? Somebody said something about, we had thousands of dollars to spend and I'm like, so would you do you go out and buy five dozen eggs? I guess eggs have really come down now because they're back more normal anyway. Because if capitalism, because literally every farmer was selling eggs in a cooler at the end of their driveway and we met, I couldn't believe how many people popped up selling eggs.

That's what capitalism is. Stay out of my way. Let me do what I want to do and we can fix the problem that you created by killing all those chickens for your fake disease or whatever it is. Like they killed all the ostriches, I think in Australia. That was just ridiculous. That was a very different reason. I think that was whatever overpopulation or something. I think the reason is Ethan, they want to decrease all human food. Like everything they're leading to, this LBGT, whatever, you know you can't make babies that way and abortions get rid of the babies once they're main. Have you seen that decreased the food supply? Have you seen inflation make it harder to buy a home or food or whatever? Break up the family. What was it? 26% of black children were born to single family, single mothers, not that long ago.

You know, like over 10 years before that in 50s. I think it was in the 60s. And now 77% of black children are born to single mothers. That is crazy. Yeah, if you want to talk about racism, systemic racism, look at how many more kids, especially boys, go to jail when they grow up without a father. And all you got to do is be there and be part of a family. And you know, I don't know, I don't understand why they think this is a black or white thing. But look at the dramatic change and the black population just from like 1960 till now. How did that happen? You look at how many incredibly well dressed, oh my godly talk about polite. I felt bad. Everybody is certain, ma'am. And we were in Alabama. And I'm like, whatever you see on the news, it's certainly not those people.

They are incredibly well dressed, unbelievably polite, come in. And you can't, you just can't look at them and not call them surm, ma'am, even if they're your age. But yeah, why don't we instead of screaming black versus white or were different or whatever, just show like, hey, look at these awesome church groups with big families where everybody's getting together for brunch on Sunday at the buffet. Like at the state park we went to. Okay. But we can talk more about all of this right after this break. Every parent wants their kids to be successful. And today's world, getting them the right knowledge to do this can be a challenge. My husband and I decided to homeschool our kids and give them a financial and real world education rather than making them memorize things they would probably never use. Our results are kids who became financially free before they could drive with no money or credit from us. Now at 16 and 13, they co-host our real power family radio show. And Devon is in his third year of college.

How can you give your kids a head start like this? Check out our book, Family Success Triangle, which outlines the lessons we taught our kids. We want you to achieve amazing results at any age. Get your copy of Family Success Triangle on Amazon today. And be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel at Real Power Family. And listen to the Real Power Family radio show Monday through Friday at 7 a.m. on the Brushwood Media Network. Welcome back to the Real Power Family Radio show where we're I think talking a lot about family and if families stuck together more instead of the government trying to push us all apart, we might be doing better in the world. It just seems like all of this craziness that the lame stream media is promoting leads to a lower birth rate. We are already not even close to replacement rate. And it seems like everything the government incentivizes is to break up the family.

But you are right, we were going to jump into listener emails and text Dev and thank you for bringing that up. Yep. Listening to the powerful family show, the powerful family silver show in the car. He's texting. So if this is another reason, I'm a bad enough writer. If I text you, I have no idea what's going to come up because I literally do voice to text and hit send without proofreading. Sometimes it's really bad. Yeah, there's been a couple of interesting moments that we aren't going to bring up what it said on the show. But yeah, well, let's just who did he text? Brushwood. It's not like I got the text. Okay. I was going to say, I know you can call in at 833B do have, but I thought we couldn't get texts through that. We can. We could. I just turned it off. So let's get to the important part before you interrupt me again. Yeah. Don and Samantha say, dang good show tonight. Thank you, Don and Samantha. Even though it took me a month to get your text, it's probably been sitting in my email.

Brushwood immediately forged them to me. But we've been traveling so much I haven't actually had a chance to look at my email at the same time we were recording a show. They say they listen all the time, but we are kicking but now that's awesome. And they're on the road again. So thank you, Don and Samantha for listening to us and for communicating and anybody else that wants to feel free. You don't have anything to say. Just call in 833B do have and say we love this and we hate that. Do more of this. What else we got? There's another email, Lila from Cuba. Oh, yeah. For anyone who wants to email, you can email info at realpowerfamily.com. Yeah, Carlo Garcia is our fishing friend. He says from near Cuba, listening so much in love show. I found your TV show on Roku. You have a wonderful family. I'd love to see how your young man does repairs from start to end on a bathroom. We suffer from low water and leaks.

Any suggestions? Keep making my family smile and laugh. Yeah, if you can get it in Cuba, install pecs with no joints. But if you've got leaks, I mean, that's such a broad question. I have no idea. And we're not really a home improvement show. But I told Ethan to start doing some quick and easy how to videos and really ripping out the old plumbing and putting in pecs with no joints. It saves a lot of hassles pretty much anywhere you are at any type of climate. There are benefits to it. That is if you can buy it, if you can get the materials. Yeah. All right. And back to money, 30 train and AI. Hey, Devon, what do you think it costs to build a space pad like Cape Canaveral? I don't know. Well, Elon says he can do it. What did he say? $100 billion. So I think that's what the video I watched last night said.

So he's going to build a new spaceport, guess where? Where? Go ahead, Lila. Louisiana. He's going to build it in Louisiana. One of the porter states. And what does that mean? He's going to provide a whole bunch of jobs where there are no jobs, especially hype hang jobs. And he is going to save a lot on payroll. He's going to save a lot on land. I would imagine property taxes are probably decent there. I haven't looked it up though. But look at how much land is worth in Florida. I bet he's paying a fortune in property taxes. And they can shoot their mouth off about how they're going to get rid of these all they want. But I wonder if this is because every time they say we're going to get it a property, they just lie. They take it out of the businesses. So you pay more for that. And they give select people tax breaks, which is probably, yeah, it's no worse than Ohio where we're given the data centers tax breaks to the point that it was going to bankrupt

the state. And he's, whoa, whoa, whoa, we got to stop this. So yeah, they gave the big corporations tax breaks and charged the people that own the homes that much more. No, it just, it's got to go away 100% period. But that's interesting that he's going to do that. But you know what I thought was the coolest thing is they looked and worked through regulations and stuff for seven years to find this place. He's building a spaceport, an airport at all of this infrastructure. And he's going to start in 2027. How long do you think it took the federal government to build a spaceport and do what he was, what they had to do? If they had all the money sitting there approved and think about how many years we've been working on high speed rail and how many billions of dollars California has wasted and we're almost written. No, actually, we're not who's, I'm not even lying anymore. We're not even close to lying the first rail.

Wow. Oh, high speed rails. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah, especially California, you can just leave it in, look at how much money California has wasted. You can just leave it at that. Look at all the fraud. If you listen to the teenager takeovers, I know before I'd almost every show I managed to find another thing that was major fraud in California. Thanks to, well, people like Nick Shirley and Nick Shirley. But now I just want to warn the Californians that if you send authorities to pick me up in our high or Tennessee, unlike the laws in your country, we have the Second Amendment here in Ohio and Tennessee. So if you think you're going to arrest me for a meme post because you don't like what I say in the EU or if you're going to arrest me for finding fraud, waste and abuse in California, send guys with guns. I ain't going peacefully. Just putting that out there. Back to Elon.

Back to Elon. You didn't get to the best. You know, we're going to do this. We're going to start building in 2027 and you can expect the first launch in 2029 two years later. Wow. And to wrap this up before our next break, there is that idiot on social media. It was an old clip with Charlie Kirk. And he's like, well, don't you think it's unfair that these people that were slaves before? One more people have moved to black people. More black people have moved to America since 1980, voluntarily wanting to come here. Then all of the slaves put together that were forcefully brought over here. And he's like, don't you think this 150 year head start? Hey, Lila, how much of a head started we have from our parents? Not much. Don't ask our kids because they got a hell of a head start from us. True. That's not exactly fair for us. But how many multi, I'm not talking about a million.

Anybody can save their way to a million dollars over a lifetime, especially with this much inflation. Yeah. I'm talking about real multi millionaires at 5 million, 10 million, 20, 50 million. Do you know how many of them do you know that if they would have had the equivalent amount of gold back then is 150 million by now? How many American families would still have it 150 years later? Almost none. Yes. There's a couple, but only like that was the biggest thing. One of Warren Buffett's things. I don't care if I get 2% return. I need to the last for 100 years. And who was it that bought all the was that Carnegie or JP Morgan? They bought up all the electric companies because they wanted something that would last for 100 years for their family. And like, what can we do? We can get into the electric grid.

And that's what I want to do. And it worked. That's the thing. Most of them can't keep it for 100 years. So if you're talking about, oh, 100 years ago, this was awful. Yeah, it was absolutely disgusting. What people did. And it wasn't all white on black. There were black people, some black people into slavery. But the bottom line is, Lyle and I started with nothing. We managed to save up about $10,000. And with that 10 grand. And how many of these literally anybody that's down on their luck? How many of them have got a $10,000 handout, even if it was $1,000 a month over the course of their entire lifetime? If you have ever got $10,000 from the government, you are way ahead of what Lyle and I did for ourselves. We're going up, sleeping on a mattress so we can on a warehouse floor so we can save rent and put that into assets and education. No, I think that that is the dumbest argument I've ever heard.

Look at the government helping you. How many decades would it take for them? They could never get the stuff done that Elon has done. They have never landed a rocket before like he did. How many years did they have to shoot them up in the air and only bring one little piece of it down and it splashed down in the ocean? Yeah. Elon is landing the boosters within a couple years and I truly believe he will start a brand new spaceport. It will be interesting to see the swing in taxes from Florida to Mississippi. You said Louisiana Louisiana. Yes. Yeah, I bet there's a big difference there. So let's take a quick break. We'll be right back. Hello, this is Devon Wollings from the real power family. After my first book, if I can do it so can you help so many people start investing. I decided that I wanted to focus on people closer to my age. So I wrote a series of fictional books that teaches people the basics of business and investing. Get a copy of the garage in Atlas Gold Novel.

Available on Amazon Now. And don't forget to listen to the real power family radio show Monday through Friday at 7 a.m. on the Brushwood Media Network. Welcome back to the real power family radio show where we were talking about well Elon Musk and how he's playing to build a new what is the sky port spaceport. So that's it in Louisiana and just looking at the efficiency and I think we've talked about this before. The just cheer efficiency between SpaceX, the privately owned company versus NASA, you know, comparing well, a private company to the government. How much more efficient like dad said, how long did they drop boosters in the water or drop things in the water? How NASA how long the whole time they did it and how long did we go without having a space for we literally have to get your ride with the Chinese and Russians to get to the international space station because we didn't have any working shuttles anymore.

We shut that program down. Hopefully, uh, don't doesn't NASA still drop them in the ocean? Have they successfully landed one yet? No, that's what I was trying to say, Ethan. They don't even have something they can go up in the air anymore. They are buying literally Elon SpaceX is putting over 90% of everything that goes into space from every country on earth. Okay. So these people that were screaming, we can't get rid of the government. We'd never be able to go to space again. It is ironic that every communist, socialist and capitalist government on earth is hiring one private contractor to take their stuff to space and the thousands of brilliant people working for that company. I mean, it's not Elon. Clearly, it's not. If so, he'd still be shooting bottle rockets like you have in, uh, Boycekebs up in the air if it was just one. He learned how to step back and let go and hire brilliant people just to shout out to all you entrepreneurs that do absolutely everything still, let go and hire people.

I wish I would have wrote a chapter in my book about that. Oh, wait, I did. So make sure you go check out Family Success Triangle on Amazon. Thank you, Ethan. Thanks. Hey, did you know that the corruption perceptions index? I didn't even know that was a thing, but it's cool that it is. That was a CPI. No. Oh, yeah. I guess confused me. Wow. Yeah, that is the same initials. There are a lot. It's propaganda. I tell you, what's this one supposed to be called? That it literal. No, literally, this is the name of a thing. Ethan is I'm not making this up because they have the same initials. There is literally a corruption perceptions index that ranks every country in the world, not the amount of fiat currency that we kick out because we're spending above our income in America. This ranks corruption in the world. And you know, we're like America, dude.

We're a capitalist. We're a democracy, darn it. Unless you're one of the 10% of people that understand the difference between that and our republic. And we're keeping the world safe. And we have the cleanest, fairest, most secure elections in the history of the world. And whatever other propaganda they're putting out there to you, do you know how many people are believing all this BS too many? No, a lot less of them. Do you know that we are ranked number 64? We're not even in the top quarter of the world to countries. They think we are more corrupt than 63 other countries. Oh, we're more corrupt than only 63. Well, yeah, we are the cleanest dirty shirt in the laundry or at least the 64th cleanest shirt. Wow, it looks like Denmark is ranked number one. You actually found that again? Yeah. Yeah, I just did a search for it real quickly. They gave you a colored map and everything.

That's interesting. So think about all of this stuff that we're saying and then look at it. I wonder if that's going to dramatically drop because you have these 80. I just don't get it and it's not Democrat versus Republican to me. It's idiot versus idiot or you know, how can seen people most seen people. I think we're going into an election and most seen people like, oh, well, this is so awful. Look at camp man. He's like, well, I can't not vote Republicans. Stacey Abrams is running as the Democrat and even I know her. And I'm like, yeah, but look at the Vavakes actually a pretty decent choice for Ohio governor. Obviously he is in Georgia. I said, and I would have been happy to vote for him, but he's already changing what he was saying when he ran for president, he's like, oh, we're going to get rid of all property taxes. Now he's like, yeah, we need to work on them some. No, we need to get rid of them and all of these, how many other things are going to change?

He's going to fit right in. He's way too deep in bed with Trump. I would have loved that, you know, six years ago, but Trump's just another sell out. I mean, he everything that I liked about him in the first presidency, he's went exactly the opposite way, went all in on military and more wars and attacking people without provocation because we had the perception that maybe they'd do something even though the results were they hadn't done anything in 40 years. And now we're in a way we're shaped and we were then and we spent many, many, many, hundreds of billions of dollars to do it. And let's not forget that he didn't secure elections. None of the Republicans did. They didn't lock up a single person from the upstein files. Nobody hasn't reduced her debt at all. Germanically increased it. Yeah, I was going to say hasn't even slowed it. Yeah, he's significantly worse than he was the last time, Frank Reese, but that was to be predicted. Biden was worse than Trump won.

Trump too will be worse than Biden and whoever comes next will be worse than Trump too. It's a never that's why we buy gold and silver. And they're battling out the Japanese 10 year bonds. There were three percent, which is the highest since 1996. And we sent them a bunch of currency eventually that's going to have to come back, but we couldn't allow them to spend that. We couldn't allow them to sell their T bills. We don't know, but that might have crashed the market. And now they're in they have 245 percent debt to GDP in Japan. It's the highest in the developed world by a lot. What are we at like 120 some 130? So we're creating more currency to send to them so they don't sell. And I realized why they had to do that. And it worked for them. It's still working. And Bessent tried to mess with American financial markets and bonds.

It only helped for a day and people like, yeah, we don't believe you anymore. But here's something that Dan Denning said, one of the bonner people. Again, read the bonner news letter all the time. Love it. I'm pretty sure it was Dan that said, yep, it was. I got his name here. I talked about we had to loan the dollars to Japan when it happened so they don't sell our treasuries. But he also thought bigger picture than me. He said, there's no way to know how much leverage stock buying Japanese investors are doing. And they could be leveraging up. They could be buying on the margin, if you will, in the American stock markets. And if they had to liquidate and sell, remember, it's an exponential liquidation. And it has nothing to do with what's going on in America or the actual underlying company. It has everything to do with they need their money. That's why I expect there to be deflation, expect the value of everything to go down,

including gold. And I'm buying gold for the specific reason to protect me. But you don't sell what you want to sell. You sell what you can sell. And the quickest, easiest thing to sell is gold on silver. So I don't know if we're going to go up to $500 silver and then fall back to $250. Or if we're going to go up to $125 again and then fall back to $50. I have no idea. All I know is in every one of these gold and silver eventually wins out throughout 6,000 years of recorded history. And it's also sold off first because it has value and everybody wants it. So it will be worth less Federal reserve notes when the crisis hits at the beginning, because there will be some people that have nothing else they can sell. And then as we stabilize, it will be the bedrock of the next financial system. At least it has in the past. And I'd the, how was the B, the IMF, the central banks of the world, the Federal Reserve,

the US government. They're all going to try as hard as they can to keep the gravy train going with fraudulent paper reserve notes. I don't know if we're going to crash during people going to say, no, I won't do that unless it's backed by gold or not. But I do know they do have options because China and a lot of people that aren't necessarily the most friendly to us are saying, we don't trust your dollars and nobody trust our dollars or are you on, Renimbi, whatever. So we're going to just have gold. And that's something to think about. How much leverage, how many people are invested? They take their currency and convert it to US dollars and buy US stocks and then buy more with leverage. That could cause a massive drawdown. And with $30 trillion stuck into AI that's not really producing anything at, it's a big hope someday it'll make money. And we got to be first, but at what cost? And now we've got all these big companies pushing out bonds.

So they're not only spending all of their free cash flow more than 100% of their free cash flow, they're borrowing money to inject into the AI machine, building out data centers and just throwing money left and right at this because they got to be first. Well, if they're not, what's going to happen to all that investment? What's going to happen to all those investors? And to take it another level, if they're pushing out that many bonds and Amazon wants to borrow money and Microsoft wants to borrow money and they'll give you a shorter duration with a higher return than 5%. Who would buy a 30 year treasury from a totally bankrupt government that is constantly getting worse and worse and doesn't even want to go after fraud waste or abuse at 5 and a quarter percent when you can get 5 and a half for a 10 year bond from a company that actually produces something. Maybe their whole AI division goes to zero, but Microsoft still has windows and excel

on word, right? Apple is still making iMacs and laptops and iPhones and iPad. They're actually doing something. So not saying I like these big tech companies, I think Apple's either not in the AI race or way less than others. So I like that part a lot more, but it's still at nosebleed levels. Let's take a quick break. I know we're way behind on breaks. I'm Eric from the Real Power Family Radio Show on the Brushwood Media Network. I'm here with my lovely wife, Lila, who is known as the mom of the power family. And I got to tell you, just 25 years ago we were sleeping on a mattress on a warehouse floor. Then we learned to buy more hard assets faster. Like real power family silver rounds from American Gold Exchange. If you want to get your own real power family silver rounds, you can call American Gold Exchange at 1-800-613-9323 or you can visit their website at AMERgold.com.

Welcome back to the Real Power Family Radio Show. Today we're talking about AI and the investments in that and what's going on in between Japan and the US. Eric, do you have more to talk about as far as the bonds in AI? No, I didn't know. I've got some other things I can bring up. But, uh, yeah, I was just, I mean, if you look, what is the essence that people want to learn about finances here and sometimes we're more direct and we interview CEOs of mining companies and salt companies and gold mines, stuff like that, right? And other times it's a lot more step back. Look at the big picture. And when you said that Rick Rool says you got to know why you're buying something. That goes for every investment. In the absolute best way to really look so many people, they don't want to be in every investment and that's okay. You don't have to have everything. But they say they're diversified and all they own is paper. And that scares me because I think it's a really bad time to have 90% of your net worth

in paper. I mean, you're in like your house, but of your investible net worth, which is everything but your house and a savings account with a couple of months of money in it, right? Or whatever, whatever makes you feel warm and fuzzy. And that's your true amount that you can invest, your investing net worth. I wrote all about that in my book. And how can they get, I think I set up till the end of September, anybody that wants this, you can buy it for $25. Only on my website, I'm not going through Amazon. I'm not publishing. I'm not doing any of that. You just got to go there. And for the rest of the month, I set up a code and they can go to the store page, real powerfamily.com, bottom of the page, right corner is my brand new book on all of the different assets and why I personally own them and why you might want to consider. And it's not like if you're in a different position than me, then you certainly shouldn't have the same thing as me in the same percentages.

So I try and say, if you're closer to retirement, you might want more of this and less of that. And then I give ranges and I try and keep it tight, but really some people should be 30% and one thing where other people might only want to be one to 5% and that thing. So yeah, go to there and then don't type in your credit card or anything. You're not even, you have to opt into my email list. So you don't even get the one email we send out every other week. We are not the guys that as soon as you give me your email, you immediately get five things a day. I hate that. I don't do that. If you click the box, after you give us your email, you will get one email. We're only writing a letter every other week and don't put in your credit card. I don't need it. If this is not one of those, oh, you get it free now. But then we're going to start charging you in a month until you remember to cancel. We don't do that either. Skip the whole credit card thing.

I don't want your credit card number. Just type in coupon code. What did I call it? What's our coupon code, Devon? Is it radio? I believe it's radio. Type in coupon code radio and download that book that I have been talking about for months. But I get tired of trying to email things because it's way too big to email. Is that the how to make what's it called? Decrits to making a fortune investing and how to keep it for generations. Thank you. And it's really not. That's a terrible title. It's really not about making the money. It's about taking whatever you have, however, bigger little that is and growing it. Right? It's all about the investing part, not the go get a job and work hard part. But it's how to do that and how do you want to grow it more or do you want to protect it more? And make it last for generations. And some of you might be like, well, I want to have a nice backdrop. Yeah, I don't have much money.

I get like 10 grand. So I really got to focus on growing it. And that's what it's all about. What can you do? What asset classes? And I teach a lot about them. Certainly not enough to know everything you need to know before you go out and put your entire net worth in it. But this will give you a really, really good start. And if anybody reads this book and likes it, please email us. Yeah, info at realpowerfamily.com. Thank you for that long, dramatic pause. Let's try this. Please email us. Ethan at realpotinfo at realpowerfamily.com. Tell us what you think. And if you have, you know, direct questions or something, especially something that's good for everybody we can talk about for a whole show. We love to turn shows and answering people's questions. So yeah, feel free to do that. And we will get back to you. And if it's a real quick easy, I'll just shoot you an email myself. What? We need one more break. Let's take a quick break. We'll be right back.

I'm Eric Woolwyn, father of the realpower family. After losing three jobs, I realized how much of a degree was not as useful as my parents said. Just living life gives you more of what you need to succeed than any diploma ever will. That's why I raised my children completely differently. Now my two teenagers have bought enough real estate without my money to become financially free. They're best selling authors and co-hosts of our realpower family show. Learn how our family created this freedom in our book, Family Success Trangle. Get your copy on Amazon today. Welcome back to the realpowerfamily radio show. Today it's a financial Friday and Eric. Can we give another little gold nugget from Rick Rool? Because he always has such good recommendations and information that he gives out to people. But he had brought up that volatility and risk are not the same thing. Because for a skilled investor, volatility represents opportunity. An unskilled investor's emotional reactions to volatility is what becomes the real risk. And I think that's true.

You see a lot of people, you know, things start dropping and all of a sudden people are trying to sell. Because they want to get out thinking it's everything's going to crash. Instead of looking at it as, oh, this thing that I wanted to buy and own is now in sale. I should get a little bit more. It is. I don't know. I just keep stepping back. I can make money when the market goes up. I can make money when the market goes down. I really don't care. You know the absolute hardest time to make money is when everything's stable. So I just ignore the markets that I think might have some stability. But right now there is no stability because that's literally a quote. Never believe it until the government. A government official has blatantly denied what was that quote? Never believe anything until the government has denied it. Kevin Worsh is coming. The committee will deliver price stability and quote. And it was so funny. That's just it's at the bottom of my financial notes for the show.

And you came up and I'm like, oh, I wonder what this is? Oh, look, exactly what Lyle is saying. I'm like, if stuff's going up, I can make money. If stuff's going down, I can make money. You know what? You actually have to work really hard if everything is static and doing. If it's an efficient market, we like it when it gets inefficient. And thankfully the government is totally messing up. What's our iron rain quote for today is the only thing the government can do to help businesses. If so shut up and get out of the way. I mean, she's a female was so she said a lot more polite than me. But that's what she means. Yeah. So let's look at the price stability that the committee, the FOMC that Worsh is referring to. They have created a money supply, the M2 money supply, which I'm not going to get look up what M2 is. It's the basic, you know, big money supply is 10 times larger than it was in 2008.

Do you remember what happened in 2008, Devon? The great financial crisis. No, you needed your diaper change. That's the only thing you remember or you needed fed because you will under one. Yeah, I don't remember personally. Oh, okay. But young then, but I remember you telling me about the great financial crisis. I can guarantee you I don't remember it. Yeah, Ethan, do you remember what we were thinking about whether we wanted to have an Ethan? And then you decided I was so great you wanted a second. Yeah, it's a good thing we had you in that order. Yeah, no, they couldn't hand on anything after me. All right, so the M2 money supplies 10 times larger than it was in 2008. 23 trillion dollars in M2 according to Kevin Worsh. And he says we are going to deliver price stability. Is that what you're doing by sending all these Federal Reserve notes because they're at almost 250% debt to GDP in Japan.

So we can't we're just being good neighbors. No, we can't let them to sell any of our treasuries because that would push the interest rates up. And they're already bad enough because well, we annoyed Russia. They won't mind anymore. China has dumped a third of their treasuries over a very short time. And now for the first time ever, well, not ever. But for the first time in many years that we have what are some of the biggest cash cows, the magnificent, magnificent seven, the fangs stocks, whatever you want to call them today, but you get alphabet meta, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft, every one of them. Oh, Apple's not there. I love that. Every one of them is bringing in incredible amounts of cash and they're spending it all and more just like our federal government because they're raising their selling bonds to fund their AI.

And that's how we got to $30 trillion and such a short time. But what's really going on? Well, let's look at that's the stock market economy, right? That's Wall Street. Let's look at Main Street. Remember, it was just a couple months ago in June. payrolls only grew 57,000 and they had projected there'd be 115,000 new jobs that when they got 57. And the employment rate went down, okay? But then we revised numbers and we revised down 172,000, which means we actually lost a bunch of jobs. So how healthy is the economy? The big companies are borrowing money to grow an industry that doesn't produce cash flow yet. They're hiring less people already. Oh, and by the way, if this new industry of AI works, it should take out a lot of jobs too.

And the jobs are already going away under quote our best jobs president ever. And so how do you fill the void? Obviously, go and pray socialism and go to your socialist utopia. Ask them in Cuba how that's working out for them. And so then we get money free, quote, free money from the government. Because even though I got 5% raise this year and the government tells me that we only have 3.4% inflation, I can buy less stuff than I did last year with my raise. So they must be lying to me, but we're going to pretend like we believe the government and the government is going to keep giving us more free money. All the social programs out there, including the Ponzi scheme known as Social Security that you totally deserve. You were promised and it doesn't matter if you look at the math. Where is this going to come from? So even if we produce this awesome AI, let's say this fixes everything in the world. Where are their customers going to come from?

I mean, look at how bad housing prices are going. Oh, sure, we can raise our rents again. We can get richer and richer. But we don't actually get richer when we raise rents most of the time. The vast majority of that is going to the government for property taxes. So make sure you click on the link below the show notes and go to axelhiotax.com if you're an Ohio registered voter and sign the petition to abolish property taxes. And if you are not registered in Ohio, then still go to axelhiotax and download the thing and get somebody to start abolishing property taxes in your state. Because until we get this across all 50 states, well, if we get it in just one or two, imagine how many major industries like the space industry, leaving Florida and going to a poor southern state. I love that. And this is what capitalism is. If one give that's why we have 50 states and not one federal government that are supposed to not say it's working that way,

but they're supposed to run things because they can all offer different benefits. And that's what has made America so great really right up until the civil war, which was fought basically just to keep us together and penalize the South. So they would keep supporting the North. Yeah, it's interesting to look at how this goes. How do you protect yourself from it? I say buy more gold and silver. I say invest in real estate, but you should really read my free ebook and tell you what, I'll even stick a link. Just you got to remember, enter code radio, coupon code radio to get it for free. So I have to pay for it. But we'll put a link in the show notes for that book. What else do you guys have to wrap it up, Lila? I just want to say that learning about all these things from people that are successful at it can be a great way for you to not only learn how to do these things for yourself, but to put yourself and your family in a much better position. So get Eric's book, listen to people like Rick rule.

And then you can make your world a better place. Devon, keep learning and take action and only go only listen to people who are where you want to be. These people we talk about like Mike Maloney, Rick rule, a lot of the people that we bring on anyone we bring on from places like the New Orleans investment conference or the rule symposium people like that who know that what they're talking about. Do you know that productivity and pay went up almost equally. They were very, very close, bounced them back and forth all the way up until 1971. And you talk about the wide gap between the halves and the half knots that gap started to widen and is now huge, but it started in 1971. What happened then? People went off the gold standard. And since 1974, you could have put yourself back on the gold standard. Now you can't buy a house with gold, but you know, if you stored your wealth in gold houses are cheaper than they were 25 years ago.

College education is cheaper than it was 25 years ago. You would store the answers at gold. And then even if the doctor won't take an ounce of gold for payment, you just sell the gold to American gold exchange debt. Dana will take it and give you Federal Reserve notes and then you give those dollars to the doctor or to the real estate agent or title company to buy your new house. And things have actually gotten cheaper and the cost of ounces of gold over the last 25 years. So put yourself back on the gold standard. That's why every day I tell you buy more hard assets faster. Ever since August 15th, the 71 everybody that is using debt has a massive advantage. Everybody that is adverse to debt and wants to save the systems rigged against you. If you haven't figured out that you're not getting ahead or your life's getting harder, even if you are getting ahead debt, knowing the difference between money and Fiat currency.

Using debt when you can based on Fiat currency, all of these things gave you a huge advantage over everybody else out there. That's how we turn 10,000 into over 25 million in the last 20 years. And if we can do it, so can you. Go out, buy more hard assets faster. We'll talk to you next week. We hope you enjoyed the Real Power Family Radio Show brought to you by Family Success Triangle.
