Hope you folks all had a great, great weekend. It was a terrific weekend. Indeed, football is back. The US open. A lot of good things going on. And this Monday, there's some even bigger things going on. And we're going to take it all up. We're live tonight for the Great America show. So as always, let us know in that chat. 1:04We always like to know what you guys are thinking and we go through each and every single one of them rest assured. So the big stories of the night and we're getting to all of them. Sapinas have been issued. We're going to tell you all about that. Gavin Newsom, finding himself in a little bit of a pickle, finding himself under investigation. Ilhan Omar, we've got confirmation that she's under investigation. Small some other big confirmation on what she'll be doing. Jim Jordan stepping down as the judiciary committee chairman. We've got it all folks and much, much more among many things that we're going to be talking about here tonight on the Great America show. So be sure to lock in for the next half hour or so. And let's get right into it. The big news of the afternoon former CIA director John Brennan has been subpoenaed to testify next month in the DOJ. Sprowing spigate investigation. Now in the summer of 2025 was reported that former FBI director James Comey and Brennan both under FBI investigation over their involvement in the Russia gate scam.

2:05The scam against President Trump and the scam against America. Because that's exactly what it was tens of millions of dollars. If not hundreds of millions of dollars spent investigating something that never even happened. And it wasn't even just the money that was spent investigating. It was the underlying premise of what they were trying to do. They were trying to ensure that President Trump never saw the oval office once again. And that President Trump was impeached to never see the light of day again. And for President Trump to be behind bars for the rest of his life. So it wasn't just the premise of hundreds of millions of dollars of wasted taxpayer dollars that you and I contribute each and every year when we have to pay our taxes. It was the destruction of a country that they tried to do. Now John Brennan is indeed we can defer tonight the target of a grand jury Russia gate probe in South Florida. Now last week Joe DeGenerne which we brought you the story before we signed off last week. The former US attorney under Ronald Reagan tapped to oversee the spigate probe that's going on in Florida in which Mr. Brennan is included in right now.

3:13Remove the deep state prosecutor who is stonewalling and slow walking the charges against Brennan. Now DeGenerne resigned after five months at the Department of Justice. So it's sort of interesting. What's going on there? The investigation is still full steam ahead according to the prosecutors. Brennan's attorney was informed that the former CIA director is under investigation on whether he made full statements to Congress in 2023. And it seems he likely did. Now that's not the only issue that his lawyer pointed out Brennan's attorney also says that Kurt Olsen who's working with the Justice Department now to get to the bottom of these scams that we were fed confirmed. And he's actually been on this show many times. He was a great friend of ours, great friend of Ludobs, a good friend of Michael and Del. And a great great attorney. Kurt confirmed that there are two separate but potentially overlapping probes into Brennan to narrow DC Kate focus that's focused on Brennan statements to Congress where he lied as we just told you and the broader one is the fork Pierce grand jury investigation to other officials conspired to violate President Trump's civil rights where Brennan is quote unquote the subject.

4:28Olsen said that the conduct from the narrow case could also constitute over acts in a larger conspiracy investigation. And that's confirms the structure of the investigation that we've been waiting to see now this all came out in court documents as you can see here filed on September 11th, 2026. I along with co counsel participated in a conference call with Kurt Olsen now this is Brennan's attorney who's speaking here. And three other members of the prosecution team to discuss the grand jury subpoena served on my client in that call Mr Olsen field that our inquiries indicated that there are multiple quote unquote viable grand jury investigations, including a far reaching investigation into Fort Pierce that includes issues at Mar-a-Lago and beyond to other President Trump had his civil rights violated Mr Olsen also firmed there continue to be additional investigations relating only to director Brennan statements before Congress in the district of Columbia. Mr Olsen explained that director Brennan was the target of a narrower investigation and the investigation for which he is now being subpoena was the more wide ranging conspiracy case to which our client was the quote unquote subject.

5:34However, he explained the narrower investigation was still viable and that the issues in the narrow investigation might be able to be part of the large investigation such as big being over acts. So that's some pretty darn promising incident. Now I find it interesting that just mere days after Joe's agenda of a left. This comes, I, you know, not sure what his part wasn't it not sure what his part wasn't. But we were told as Joe left that he was going down some rabbit holes and he wasn't being straight with the White House and the stories were just odd. So does this departure and then he leaves and he makes this weird comment saying he wasn't going to prosecute for crimes that were committed. No, we all know that John Brennan has committed far more crimes than President Trump has in his life including but not limited to treason yet President Trump was the one who was victim told these bullshit investigations he was the one who paid the price and it wasn't just paying the price of his life.

6:43It was paying the monetary price and the tens of millions of dollars that he had to fork over to defend himself finding lawyers. Imagine how hard it was for President Trump to find some lawyers. Nobody wanted to touch him with a hundred foot pole because of what they've done to these people who tried to help look what they did to Rudy Giuliani. They tried to take everything from him to corrupt his heck. Women down in Georgia. Try to take everything from him. So I mean think about this what what Trump had to go through. Now I wish. Trump would be more aggressive this time around and realize what's at stake. And the fact of the matter that they're going to come for him again. They're not done. Make no mistake about that they're coming for him to the nail.

7:45This was just this what we saw in 2016 with the Resha Gates can what we saw in 2020 with the stolen election what we saw shortly after 2020 when they assured. I would try to assure that he can never run for office again this was just the appetizer folks. The entrees with the caviar and the filet mignon and the prime rib that's all coming. They are not going to relent on him which means they're not going to relent on us. What they did to the January 6th or so on and so forth. So it's kind of why I think a lot of us have been so upset along the way so far. That everything has been slow rolled. It shouldn't have taken two and a half years. For us to get a grand jury investigation into bread. In panel the grand jury you show them the evidence and they make the determination. Is this a case that's bring what we're bringing or is this a case that's got no evidence for.

8:47That doesn't take two years to do. The evidence was right before our eyes because none of them were shy about it. Brennan it wasn't like Brennan committed these crimes. And then just like disappeared off the face of the earth. And then he was on like network television every single night. I think he's a MSNBC or CNN contributor. Pretty sure it's MSNBC. And he was on air every night. Pretty much galovating and laughing about it. Knowing that nothing was being done about it. So I think that's why some of us are frustrated. That it's not only taking this much time but it's taking this much time. We still have no. The big evidence is that it's not a case that's gone on creed indictments. I mean they've got a case against James Comey another one who committed treasonous acts. And the case against him is the sea shells on the beach. Yeah. That should be part of it. But the broader conspiracy of it is that he committed treason.

9:51He sought to overthrow a sitting president and turned sought to overthrow a government. So I think this is why the American people, the Republicans, the Magas are frustrated and fed up. We waited four years to get investigations. And it just seems that everything is continuing to be slow-rolled. So maybe this is the tip of the iceberg on when we finally start to see some accountability. We're taking a quick break here. We're going to come back in less than 60 seconds. 10:55I'm going to talk a little bit about how the Democrats are not a serious party before we tell you about some more investigations that are ongoing right now. Let's talk a little bit about Hocky and Jeffries because he made his weekend rounds on television. I got to say he's not ancient well. He is not ancient well. I think he's dealing with a lot of freaking stress because he knows the Democrats, Socialists of America. Because I don't think, I mean, Hocky seems a Marxist. I don't think he's, I think he puts on a way bigger show to appease these socialist radicals than he really is. And I'm not saying he's not a Marxist damn because he is. But I think he puts on a little bit of a show to try to save his bacon because he knows that if they take back Congress, that AOC has got the pressure on him.

11:59She's got her foot on the back of his neck and that they're going to want to plant somebody in there who's going to implement their radical, I mean, leftist agenda. So Hocky doesn't look well. Anyway, he made his weekend rounds on ABC this week with little George Stephanopoulos, all, you know, four foot nine of him and gave a word salad when asked if the Democrats will impeach President Trump on day one. Now, if you vote Democrat, I, for, I, you know, I can continue to say this for all the Republicans, shortcomings. The alternative is these Democrats who will put this country through exactly what they did. 2016 to President Trump and 2020 to President Trump, they are going to spend all of their time not working for the American people. They'll sell it to you that they are. But all of their time and effort is going to go into impeaching President Trump. Here's what Hocky had to say. You said hold the crooks accountable. Does that mean that the House is going to be pursuing impeachment proceedings on day one?

12:59No, we haven't ruled anything in and we haven't ruled anything out in terms of impeachment. As it relates to accountability, what we're going to do led by Jane Lee Raskin and House Committee Democrats on the judiciary committee, as well as House Democrats on the oversight committee led by Robert Garcia, both of them are doing a tremendous job. We've got to follow the facts, apply the law, be guided by the Constitution, and then let the chips fall where they may. You should at least be a man about it, Hocky. Be a man. Say, hell yeah, we're going to impeach him. You're the Marxist dem over there, rejected House Democrat from Houston, Al Green, the same Cain Wavon, State of the Union Heckler. Justice voters are already fired, by the way, he won't be there in Congress again next term. Has followed yet another dead on arrival of impeachment resolution against President Trump today. The crime this time is doing what the American people hired him to do and force the nation's immigration laws. Now, Al Green, who you all know, he looks like the man from the Geico commercial, lost his

14:04Democrat primary runoff in May to freshman Christian Menophe by a landslide. $69 to $31.78 was booted after more than two decades in Congress. He ain't leaving until he gets one more impeachment resolution into President Trump. Imagine that. But this is what the Democrats are going to continue to do. The next four, two years, I'm going to say four years, but the next two years, under Democrat administration, nothing will get done. It'll be stone wall after stone wall after stone wall. Democrats didn't even try to hide the fact that they're not here to work for the America. People, you see these people going on TV, you see Al Green what they're doing. They don't try to hide it. So this is their plan for America.

15:09This is their plan to take back America. It's to impeach and peach and peach. It's a joke. So think about it. For all the Republican shortcomings, we get it. Nobody talks about them more than me on this show every night. I'm just as fed up as you guys are. But the alternative is. We'll be dealing with an impeachment every single week. We'll deal with a fake investigation every single week, which I don't think the country needs to go through once again. I don't think the country wants to go through again. Just why I don't think and I hope that the midterms will be as big a landslide as these pollsters are trying to sell it as. There's been some rumblings that if the Republicans do lose the House, that Jim Jordan, judiciary chairman, may look to take a run at leadership, meaning speaker of the House.

16:17And now it's of course unverified claims, but comes an interesting time. Jim Jordan said late last week that he has no plans to return to leadership if either House judiciary or oversight committees. It'll be termed out as top Republican on judiciary after serving a ranking member from March of 2020 until he took over his chairman in January of 2023. Republicans took back control of the House. Unlike other Republicans, he does not seek to get the waiver of the three term limit for the committee leadership programs. So it's going to be interesting for something to look at if he does decide that he wants to challenge Mike Johnson for that top seat. Now this comes as five Republican lawmakers, unlikely contenders for oversight leadership positions. Congressman Brandon Gill of Texas, Tim Birchett of Tennessee, who I think either would

17:19be terrific at that job, especially Birchett. I mean, nobody's been bigger at seeking truth justice in the American way than Tim Birchett, especially when it comes to aliens, something we all want to know about. Now since Jordan confirmed he's not going to seek another term as judiciary chairman, Laurel Lee from Florida has officially announced Congress on Laurel Lee her bid to take that top spot, the other two names. There are just two people that would be interested. Birchett constantly tells us though he doesn't care to raise money and these positions come with the stipulation that you've got to raise money for the party. And I don't think Birchett's a big fan of that. Folks, we've got to take one more quick break here, life tonight for the Great America Show. The Justice Department, not just investigating John Brennan, turns out today they're investigating California Governor Gavin Newsome and his international travel and personal spending. Rather interesting, I'd say. The US Attorney's Office issued subpoenas this month requiring testimony from the communications with Newsome and others. Prosecutors requested six years of records from the California State Protocol Foundation.

19:25It's a non-for-profit that has paid for Newsome's international travel. Sort of interesting Newsome taking international travel. He's the governor of California, not the president of the United States. What sort of international fare is this? He doing over there. Newsome has directed millions of dollars in donations from the Protocol Foundation, according to records that were reviewed by the California Post. They say that since 2019, Newsome has directed more than 7.5 million bucks in donations from outside groups to the Protocol Foundation. According to those state records, roughly $5 million of that money came from leftover inaugural funds. So I think it's time for Newsome to start answering some questions about what he's been up to. Now this is an addition to the investigating the Protocol Foundation. Federal prosecutors are probing the taxes of Newsome's wife, Jennifer Sybil Newsome. Investigators have extensive wiretap evidence and may soon charge several individuals in a sprawling corruption probe, including Newsome and his wife. In July, it was reported that the FBI used a Democrat insider as an informant to infiltrate

20:29Governor Gavin Newsome's intercircle before the corruption probe expanded into the governor and his wife, Jennifer. Now we're called that Newsome's former chief of staff, Dana Williamson, was entitled to federal wire fraud charges last year. Earlier this year, Newsome fumed as he announced corruption probe and had expanded that he and his wife are now under investigation. Newsome said that federal agents have contacted people and organizations close to him and his wife, Jennifer, to which he blamed President Trump. He says if President Trump can't intimidate me, he'll go after the mother of our children. Now, contrary to his claims, the investigations did not originate from the main DOJ in DC throughout of a sacramental court and it involved the whistleblowers. So I hate to say it Newsome, but you may have been caught red handed, buddy. And it must kill him inside to know that the charges or the investigation, rather, is not out of DC.

21:29And President Trump didn't have to go after him because somebody else is already doing it. Sort of crazy. Now we've got Brandon under subpoena. We've got Newsome under. It seems two investigations, non-for-profit scamming potentially and some possible tax scam in from his wife. The latest Ilhan Omar late last week, Mark Wayne Mullen was at the RNC. And he spoke with Benny Johnson and confirmed that the US government has confirmed that Ilhan Omar did indeed marry her brother. Here he is. OK. Well, what's going to happen is, okay? Something's going to happen. And this is an ongoing investigation. We know that she married her brother to try to bring him in the United States. We know he lives now and what.

22:31We feel that this may, you know, there's even more to this, the whole family, migration, and positive, some illegal activity for them to come to the United States to begin with. But all of us in the best, we're in best getting here's what I want to make sure we do. If we actually move a case forward, it's not a political case. It's actual case because they did things wrong. But if you decided to break the law, or lie on the information you get in the United States, develop a comment in the United States through either a asylum or because you're just wanting to seek it at a better life, but you didn't tell her who you actually were. You lied about certain things about your application. Those things, there's no exploration to that. If we can prove it that then you shouldn't have been here in the first place, will the fortune. And so we're looking at more than just her case. We're looking at a lot of cases that are very similar to this that we feel like they're made of this fraud from the get-go. But when we move forward, it's not political, it's because you chose to break the nation's

23:34lawless. And I've said this multiple times, and I continue to say, I don't make laws anymore. I'm in charge of enforcing laws, and I will not pick and choose which laws I'm going to enforce and which laws I'm not. I'm going to enforce all of them regardless of who you are. In order to be your Omar or your Somal or individual net community, we're going to enforce it equally. By the way, it's illegal in all 50 states to marry your biological brother. It's not just an immigration crime. Every US state explicitly prohibits marriage between close blood relatives, including full or half siblings. Any marriage between siblings is considered legally void from the beginning, and participating in incestuous marriage can lead to felony charges, prison time, having fines, depending on the jurisdiction. So not just an immigration crime, Ilhan, also a felony in America, if you actually did marry your brother. And I think a lot of people do believe that you partook in that criminal act.

24:40Now, Tom Holman made his rounds over the weekend on network television, which we don't watch. Get the clips from him and watch the big stories of what we need to know. Also, confirming this investigation into Omar. If you see the comment on it, but confirming and doing so. Well, I'm not going to comment on ongoing criminal investigation. I know things are going on, but I can't give specifics of what's happening, but now we'll see. I mean, if someone committed immigration violation, someone committed marriage fraud or anything like that, regardless if they're a congressman or not, no one's above the law. So I'll leave it at that. We'll let HSI, Homeland Security Investigations, continue the investigation. Okay. So you're confirming that there is an investigation into Congressman Omar. I'm confirming that ISIS, yeah, I said months ago, there is something that's been reported and needs to be looked at.

25:40Okay. So in refusing to comment on the investigation, he's confirming that there is an investigation into Omar. Here he is about the denaturalization process. It's her. She is though a naturalized U.S. citizen. How does that complicate things for investigators? What would need to happen for her to be kicked out of the country if some fraud is proven? I guess what I'm asking is, is there a denaturalization case that is being brought against her? Look, I've been around 40 years and we've done denats cases. We have denaturalized citizens based on fraud, based on lying under applications or lying through the process, misrepresenting themselves, or maybe reproducing organizations they belong to or briefs they have. The denaturalization is a process. It's a very serious process. So if someone lies through that process to become a citizen and we can prove they in fact

26:42lie or misrepresent themselves, we can absolutely denaturalize them. We've done it before many times over the last 40 years I've been around. So it's a process. And then just knowing how this is going to be received, what would you say to the Democrat critics who are just going to make the argument that this is a politically motivated pursuit? There's nothing political about it. ISIS enforcement law that Congress wrote. I mean, these are all laws that are in statute of immigration, nationality act, which was written by Congress, enacted by Congress and signed by President. ISIS and ISIS, HSI, DHS, none of us are making this up. Our jobs and force laws are enacted by Congress and that's exactly what we're going to do. Well, as we saw, there's like 8.3 billion people in this world. Oh, subtract one. 8.3 billion people. It's not that hard to not marry a brother.

27:42It's pretty easy. It's a lot of people that you can choose from. One of them not being your brother. So 8.3 billion, minus one, and that's the population, or you know, minus a few, if you're your other family members, and that's the population that you're dealt with that you don't have to marry. I mean, clearly a crime if committed by Omar, which it seems has been confirmed by multiple sources now inside of our federal government that she did indeed. Mary, her brother, it's turned out a little bit of foreign news. Daniel Macron, a little bit of trouble folks as is I think the rest of Europe. French president, Emmanuel Macron has hit a new record low. 16% approval in a new Ipsos poll worse than yellow, as crisis approaching the holiday level rejection. Even among his own camp of supporters, the ability has dropped 19 points.

28:43I think that's the general consensus about what's going on over in Europe. People are getting a little bit of fed up with these little beta boys. They're tired of it. They're tired of it. So we wait and watch Europe fall. And by the way, it's to their own doing before we wrap before we get to your comments. I want to get to something that was kind of funny over the week and Ted Cruz made his rounds and was on ESPN of all places. And he wasn't exactly well received at the Longhorns game against Ohio State. Let's take a listen to what the crowd had to say about Ted's situation. That's very simple. It brings order to chaos. It protects the students for text the students ability to be compensated to receive name image and likeness compensation. I think that's only fair. It's only right. They're producing enormous value and enormous skill. But it also puts reason of the wounds in place. So for example, every player gets one free trade, not free for five, one trip.

29:50It puts eligibility rule that every player has five years ago. Hmm. If you get a hit here, couldn't hear what they were saying in the background. They were letting Ted Cruz know Ted you suck. Now to those of you who will say, well, it was, you know, Texas, there's probably some deranged college students there who are Marxist leftists. And yeah, I guess you can say that's partially true. Here's the reception president Trump got going to a college football game, also in a red territory during his campaign. So what a bit of a different reception for president Trump and Ted Cruz.

30:57I guess really what I'm trying to say folks without saying is Ted Cruz will never be president of the United States. And I mean, never. So keep trying Ted maybe one day, but not here in America, maybe somewhere in Canada, perhaps somewhere over in the Middle East, maybe you can take over Palestine or Israel. I don't know, seems it you really enthralled with what's going on over there. So the problem John is and I get I get your sentiment and I get where you're coming from on this. When you have a department of justice, when you have a. Corrupt attorney general. Who doesn't want to get to the bottom of crime? Who doesn't want to fight the crime? And honestly, when a criminal referral is given, doesn't do anything. The only power these people have is subpoena power. And the only power they have is investigative power. They literally cannot go out and arrest somebody.

36:06They do the investigative work and they turn their indictments in or whatever, that you know, they have to the department of justice. And the problem is in the raw deal that Jim Jordan has got and James Colmer has got. Is that. They turned indictments into a pambony who as we know was. Complistic or I don't know what she was and Merrick Garland. So it's like, you know, what the heck are we supposed to do if the federal government doesn't want to abide by the Constitution, the federal government doesn't want to prosecute crimes. What are we supposed to do? So I get what you're saying and I get, you know, that sort of looks like on its face, but I truly do believe that they. Want to fight crime and the federal government doesn't allow them to. Straitors as birchet is awesome. Yeah, birchet is a good dude. John Allen says more branding gills are what we need. Yeah, we definitely need a younger and this isn't a slighted old people, right? Because we're all getting old. But we definitely need a younger caucus.

37:07We definitely need a younger group of members of Congress who can fire up millennials, millennials, Gen Zers and the rest of these new breeds. I don't even know. I can't keep up with all the names of what we're calling them these days. But we definitely need a younger group of politicians to get more people involved. The judge over the Lindsey Clancy trial should offer a plea deal, a strange trial to strangle Tyler Robinson. She'd only receive to be hung inside a private prison. That woman is absolute low life. About moving closer towards Europe's towards Russia's borders with a European Union with with NATO. A nuclear power. And the promises that we made to Russia that we would not move one inch closer to their borders with nuclear weapons. I ask everyone who, you know, who. Dinks that Ukraine is this in a situation to just go and look at the pact that we signed with Russia to not move closer towards their borders with nuclear weapons. And we've done the complete opposite. Like I said, this is not me being a cent towards Russia. This is me speaking on history and the promises and the deals that we've made as an American country that we've broke time and time again.

46:28Why are we the largest contributor to NATO protecting these countries who take advantage of us? France tries to screw us at every point. Germany, you look what Italy did. I look at Spain. You have all these countries. Can't stand America take advantage of America. Yeah, where the largest contributor to NATO? Something that has absolutely nothing to do with us? Now I'm not saying sell these people high and dry and don't help them when they need it. Possibly militarily. But we got to start taking back America's interests. And things that matter to America. Things that matter to our kids. Things that matter to the sovereignty of our country. And starting a war with Russia is not in the cards. I think it's utterly stupid. You go to war with Russia. You go to war with China and the rest of these countries. So, it's like make a determination here.

47:36Do you care more about America's sovereignty and not going to war war through Russia? Or do you care more about pleasing this drug addict in Ukraine? Who by the way, there's a story out here today that we can talk about before we leave. That I found rather interesting. So, Linsky has sanctioned his ex-spokeswoman, Yoleia Mendel, who revealed to the world about his open secret and his drug abuse. So, it's like this is what we're dealing with. She ran his pressure off from 2019 to 2021. But now she's on a presidential list with Russian shadow of fleet tankers. All because she decided to speak out. Linsky, against Linsky, that he's got a drug problem. So, now she's got herself a drug and by the way that's what you do when you're guilty.

48:41You silence people. You want to shut them up. They say they confirmed it's all I'm taking drugs in different clubs. Once I'm taking drugs in 2021. But you know what, Dennis? It's like, what good would that do? You don't think we know that they're corrupt as heck? And the rest of Europe has fueled this thing and continue to fuel Ukraine

50:44to keep this thing going and keep provoking Russia. The other thing too, Dennis, is that money so far gone and it's been distributed across many platforms and places that it's probably not even in the country of Ukraine anymore. And I've always said, I've said this from the beginning of those you guys have joined us. You've heard me say it. I think one day we're going to see Zolinsky get on a plane with some suitcases or not even seem going to the plane. I need to get disappear out of the face of the earth and all the silence somewhere. Which is why the bombings have slowed down. I truly do think we are running low on munitions. And it's bad because where have these munitions gone? They've gone to blowing up Iran. And they've gone to to Ukraine. Like two things that have absolutely nothing to do with us. And this is where we've wasted our munitions. Now you want to go piss off Russia even more, getting a world or a Russia. What munitions? What munitions? And it's like these are the things that people don't think about. These are things people don't care about.

52:50And you know, you ask yourself, do you have the best interests of America? Or do you have the best interests of Ukraine or Israel or by whatever? I was going to come a time where America is going to be in trouble. And you know what? Who's going to be there to help us? I don't think there's going to be many people, which is it's a scary thought. It's a scary, scary thought. Then it says, I'm sorry, I'm a local politician in PA. And I always worry about taxpayer money. Yeah, you know what we try to. It sucks. Well, yeah, it's a club and we're not in it. Yeah, and we shouldn't try to be in it.
