Signature Cocktail: The Crimson Vow
This vampire inspired cocktail has a beautiful shade of red and a refreshing bite.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Dark Rum
- Ice
- Lime wheel or pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and cinnamon simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well until the shaker is thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds). Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or a few pomegranate seed (optional.)
