Federal Agencies Dismiss Purported Epstein–Nassar Letter

Over the past 24 hours or so, there has been a lot of talk about Jeffrey Epstein and an alleged postcard that was sent to Larry Nasser. And for those of you who might not know, Larry Nasser was one of the physicians for Michigan State University and the US Olympic team, and he was found guilty on a whole host of charges that have to do with sexual assault. And he is currently serving a life sentence for his crimes.

1:02Well, we found out in 2023 that there was this postcard sent. Now, of course, we don't know one way or the other at that time if it's real or if it's not, because they weren't giving us very much information. And the same holds true now. However, the DOJ is saying that the letter that was signed by Jay Epstein and referencing Donald Trump is fake. And while I'm not willing to go that far just yet, I say there is a high likelihood that that's the case. The only thing that gives me pause is some of the language that's used in this postcard. Now, for sure, we know that Elaine Maxwell used to call girls new Biles. Maria Farmer told us that. So when we see that kind of language on the postcard, it makes me think that maybe just maybe Epstein sent it. But then, of course, there's a lot of other things that come into play as far as why would he do that? What's the point? What was he hoping to accomplish? Especially considering we've never heard of any ties between Jeffrey Epstein and Larry Nasser.

2:05So chances are this is fake, but I think that the DOJ should bring in a handwriting analyst. And they should compare the handwriting and do everything in a transparent manner. Because at this point, nobody's going to believe trust us, bro, it's fake, especially people that are looking for a scout. And this administration needs to understand they don't have any good will from the public when it comes to this topic, especially. So they have to be above board and they continue to refuse to do it. And in my opinion, this would be the perfect opportunity for the DOJ to step up and say, look, we're having handwriting analysts take a look at this. We're going to reevaluate it and then we'll give you all a transparent breakdown of what we find. But instead we get dicked around again, right? After about 20 minutes, the DOJ comes out and says, oh, yeah, you know, we checked it. It's fake. Okay, great. Can we see your work, please? Today's article was published by CNN headline. DOJ says letter signed by Jay Epstein and referencing our president is fake.

3:09This article was authored by Kara Fox and Tierney Sneed. Yo, that's a great name. Tierney Sneed sounds like a bad guy in every single movie that ever came out in the 80s. The Justice Department now says a handwritten letter at release Tuesday that was signed by Jay Epstein and addressed to convicted sex offender Larry Nasser is fake. Asserting that the handwriting did not appear to match that of Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, cool. Let's see the work. I'm more than willing to believe evidence at this point. I'm not believing trust us. I'm not believing. Well, we told you so. I'm not believing any of that. That ship sailed a long ass time ago. The department had said earlier Tuesday that it was assessing the validity of the letter, which appeared to make crude references to President Donald Trump, because other details called into question, whether it had actually been written and sent by Epstein. Well, it's fake, right? Who faked it? And is there an investigation that's been launched to find out who fake this postcard? There should be.

4:12And remember the birthday book message. Remember all the hubbub about Donald Trump. How it was fake. This that the other thing has anything come of that? Have they brought in a specialist to take a look at it? And furthermore, have they opened an investigation into fraudulently made it if it was a forgery? Oh, that's right. They haven't done any of that because they know it's real. Now I'm not saying the same thing here because I don't know. But we've known about this postcard since 2023 when the AP reported it. And at the time, I thought it was very weird that Jeffrey Epstein would be sending a postcard to Larry Nasser. But we never got any kind of context. So I just packed it away and kept moving now that it's popped up again. It certainly deserves further evaluation. This fake letter serves as a reminder that just because the document is released by the department of justice does not make the allegations or claims within the document factual. The justice department said in a post on X hours after the letter was released among a tranche of other Epstein related documents. Have you ever seen a more incompetent DOJ? And I don't say that lightly.

5:23For those of you who have been listening, you know, I'm not a fan of the DOJ in general. This isn't seasonal for me. I'm not some tourist. I'm not somebody that shows up because the other side got elected. We have a problem, folks, and that problem is much bigger than any administration. That shit is systemic. And until we address that, this shit's going to keep happening time and time again. So the justice department can play their games. They can talk about this letter serves as a reminder, but the truth is you guys don't have any credibility. Why should anybody trust you to tell us the truth and why should anybody believe you? Especially considering everything we've been through throughout this whole thing. Has there ever been a bigger shit show than what we're seeing right now? We went from having truckloads of evidence to having no evidence, no investigations to once again having investigations, but only against Donald Trump's enemies. But anything that relates to Trump that comes out of these documents, well, that's fake. It's all a hoax. That was implanted. It's a poison pill. Give me a break already.

6:25Do you people even hear yourselves? And this is what I'm talking about with precision and why it's important to be accurate because they want us to fuck up. They want to be able to frame all of this as a big ass hoax against Donald Trump and whoever, but the truth is it's not. And the more he tries to frame it as such, the administration is going to find themselves in a deeper and deeper hole because as the facts come out, it's going to be bad for the administration. And I've already been through about, oh, I don't know, a hundred emails that mentioned co-conspirators, which is odd, right? Because we were told by Pam Bondy and Cash Patel and Dan Bongino that Jeffrey Epstein was a lone actor, which is absolute bullshit. And honestly, I didn't need court documents to tell me that. If you want to talk about co-conspirators, I can give you them right off the top of my head. Now it's not going to be the salacious names everybody wants to hear, but here we go. Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Nadia Marcincova, Sarah Kellen Vickers, Darren Invike, Richard Khan, and Jean Luke Brunel, there are your co-conspirators right there.

7:33If you looking for a Rico conspiracy, there it is. Now from there, we can build out on all the other people that were involved. But if you want to talk about the movement, you want to talk about how the operation ran day to day, that's where you need to look. So anybody telling you there is no co-conspirators here? They're lying to you. And you need to ask yourself, why are they lying to me? And what do they hope to gain? Well, they hope to gain. You losing interest. Oh, this is just a big hoax. They're just going after Donald Trump again. But this is so much deeper than that. And the fact is, the cover-up is starting to outrun the Epstein operation, as far as legal jeopardy. These guys are in serious jeopardy here, folks. We're not talking about a request. We're talking about a congressional law. And they're flaunting it, and they're spitting directly in the face of the American people. And if you think that's going to last forever, you have another thing coming. The letter does not explicitly name Trump, but instead refers to our president. The message appears to have been sent in August 2019, the same month Epstein died by suicide, allegedly. Trump was president at the time.

8:44The statement debunking the letter from the Justice Department noted that it was postmarked not New York, where Epstein was imprisoned, but in Virginia, and the return address was for a jail different than the one holding Epstein. The envelope was processed three days after Epstein's suicide. So look, like I said from the beginning, probably fake. But I don't trust the government's word for it at this point. We need to see the evidence, see the proof, see the work done. That showed you that this was a fraud. Authorities have not accused Trump of any wrongdoing or charged them with crimes in connection with Epstein. Well, yeah, of course not. There's nothing to charge. Not yet. And like I've said from the beginning, if you're waiting for that bombshell in these files, you're crazy. The real crime that's happening is the cover up that's happening in real time. And if anything's going to sink this administration, it's going to be this cover up. Dear LN, the letter reads, as you know by now, I have taken the short route home. Good luck. We shared one thing, our love and caring for young ladies and the hope they'd reach their full potential.

9:55Our president also shares our love for young, new by all girls. The letter makes another loot reference to Trump's treatment of women. So new by all girls is the one thing that gets me the one piece of evidence here that makes me believe that it could be real is that kind of language. That was the kind of language that Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell used, make no mistake. So if it wasn't sent by Epstein, was it sent by somebody that they knew? Possible? Again, I have no idea. And honestly, I'm not even willing to speculate at this point because there's not enough information. Life is unfair, the letter reads. Yeah, no shit it is. In a separate statement, the department released earlier Tuesday, not end at any specific record in the most recent release. The department said that some of the documents released contain untrue and sensationalist claims against the president, only against the president, huh? We have to make sure at all costs that Donald Trump's protected somebody needs to tell the DOJ that no matter how much they polish this turd, it's still going to be a turd.

10:59And they're doing themselves a great disservice and have a funny feeling that Palm Bondi might find yourself disbarred when she leaves office because her behavior is absolutely unacceptable. To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false. And if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against president Trump already. That's their excuse. That's what they keep relying on. Let me help them out. The problem is there was never a real investigation in the first place. Okay, that's the problem. That's the only reason why any of these critics or big mouths have any kind of tenable ground to stand on and it was all by design. You mean to tell me that these people should have been charged in a narrow manner the way they were? There is no parallel. There's no comparison. All of these people should have been hit with Rico. And this conversation would have been completely different today. But if you think that the Justice Department was going to hit their asset with a Rico charge, you're out of your mind. CNN has reached out to the White House for comment on the letter. While the letter is addressed to an LN, a photo of the envelope postmarked on August 13, 2019, and addressed to the former Olympic doctor and sex offender was released by the DOJ.

12:13The envelope says it was sent from Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City to NASA, who was listed as an inmate at federal prison in Arizona. Well, why doesn't Larry Nasser get moved, you know, like Elaine Maxwell did since we're in the business of moving sex offenders now? Isn't that the new policy? Could this administration be any more of a joke? The letter was postmarked three days after Epstein died, prison staff were authorized to read and inspect outgoing mail, which can cause delays. Based on prison documents released from the Freedom Information Act, requests CNN previously reported that while he was jailed, Epstein appeared to send a letter to Nasser, although the contents of the letter were not disclosed. Truth. We talked about the letter, but we had no context. We didn't know what it said. It was discovered by prison officials investigating Epstein's suicide. Allegedly, weeks after his death. It's not known if Nasser and Epstein had a relationship.

13:14I've never seen one single bit of that documented and everything we've been through, everybody we've talked to, not one bit of a relationship between Nasser and Epstein. Besides the fact that there are fucking fellow travelers on the road of disgust. The FBI in 2020 requested from its laboratory a handwriting analysis be done to compare the letter to other writings from Epstein, according to another document posted on Tuesday from the DOJ. While the latest DOJ statement said the FBI had confirmed the letter was fake, it did not specifically say that conclusion was based on the 2020 handwriting analysis. Why not just tell us, give us all the evidence, produce the test, the analysis test, and be done with it. But no, they have to continue to control the narrative. They have to manage the fallout. Why do you think they're doing that? Spoiler alert. It's not because it benefits you. Nasser, the longtime doctor for the USA Gymnastic Team and Michigan State University, is serving a six-year sentence in federal prison.

14:15More than 150 women and girls publicly told a court that he sexually abused them. The envelope addressed to Nasser, at 9300 South Wilmont Road to San Arizona, a federal bureau of prison's facility, was marked as returned to sender, as the address he was no longer at this address. All right, so that's what's going on with the Larry Nasser situation and the postcard that was allegedly sent by Jeffrey Epstein, which has now been debunked by the Department of Justice. One thing I want you guys to keep in mind, though, is that this is one of those side quests I've been talking about. You don't want to jump too deep down this hole, not because it's not interesting, but because there's not enough meat on the bone. So what you're going to be left with is speculation and a bunch of nonsense and a bunch of word salad. So it's important to take a look at what's going on obviously and to take a look at the evidence that's been presented. But I wouldn't get too wrapped up thinking you got Trump in a gotcha moment because I promise you that's what the administration and the DOJ is hoping.
