Strides pharma pulled nearly 90,000 bottles from stores nationwide after finding foreign substances inside. The product comes from tarot pharmaceuticals in four fluid-ounce sizes at 100mg per 5ml. Earlier this month on March 2nd, the company kicked off the recall based on customer reports. Then on March 16th, 2026, the FDA stepped in and labeled it a Class II recall. That Class II rating means using the product might lead to temporary health effects that doctors can easily fix. No serious long-term harm expected, but parents should take note since it's for kids. The specific lots involved are 726-1973A and 726-1974A. Health expire on January 31st, 2027 under recall number D0390-2026.
