The Federal Communications Commission has denied SpaceX’s request to use certain mobile satellite services spectrum authorized to Globalstar and Dish in the Gen2 Starlink constellation. Vast Space is being sued by a former engineer who claims he was fired for refusing to use improper radio frequencies in designs for the Haven-1 space station.
