With intermittent fasting, you squeeze your meals into a certain amount of time (a feeding window). β°β£
This might be 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on how adventurous you want to be.β£
I tend to hit 7/8 most days. The rest of the time, you'll simply consume water (and perhaps black coffee).β£β£

This is one of my favourite hacks for histamine intolerance, and remember everyone is different. But it works for me. At first sight it may not seem directly related to HI. (Obviously always check with your Doc before starting any new diet)β£ πβ£
