1:05wore after him for the four years that he wasn't in office. They were actually after him for the years he was in office as well. But they really, really were after him after he got out of office. They didn't want him to be the competitor in 2024. In fact, what they did was they went after him by four different code names in the FBI. They also went after him in Fulton County, Georgia, Fanny Willis, that famous case where she had her boyfriend making tons of money, working 140 hours a day or something, who was actually at the White House many times. I mean, these cases are falling apart. Can you imagine had Trump not won in 2024, what we'd be facing right now, is a complete another utter cover-up, and you wouldn't have anywhere near the freedom of movement online and elsewhere that you have now. Because not only President Trump was targeted, according to John Solomon in just the news, you and I were targeted as well, which is very odd to me. Here's the story. Trump targeted by four code, FBI codenamed counter-intel probes that ensnared, ensnared.

2:09I don't think I've probably ensnared, probably I think I've used the word ensnared and ensnared in many, many years. Hundreds of Americans. Abuse of power, director Cash Patel is building a criminal case in one operation and planning the declassification of two others, so Congress can be informed of abuses by previous administrations targeting Trump and hundreds of supporters with law fair, written by John Solomon himself and Jerry Dunleavy. President Donald Trump and his supporters were targeted by four consecutive FBI codenamed counter-intelligence investigations over the last decade to secretly subject at hundreds of innocent Americans to privacy-invading tactics and essentially treated the man twice elected president as a national security threat for most of the first nine years of his political career, according to interviews and documents reviewed by just the news. FBI director Cash Patel has personally led the effort to review the operations codenamed Crossfire Hurricane, Round River, Plasmic Echo, and Arctic Frost.

3:10Now we've all heard about Crossfire Hurricane and Arctic Frost. I hadn't heard about Round River and Plasmic Echo. Plasmic Echo? It just sounds ill. Bill, what's that in your shirt? I got some Plasmic Echo on there as a long, big lunch. What the heck is a round river, isn't that like a hund? What's in it? Is it in a place near near Austin? That's a round rock. Oh, round rock. The round rock isn't a round river, is it not? I don't think it's a round. By the way, we're not saying the Red River rivalry. We're not saying they were saying the Red River shoot up. I'm just saying that. It's a different thing. I don't even think we can. Oh, we're saying it. Shoot out. Shoot out. No, I'm saying it's really hard to say. The round river, rubbery? Rubber, rubbery. That's hard to say. You're saying round. You're saying round. Right. Oh, red river. Red river, rubbery. Yeah. That's hard. Yeah. Say it. That's not it. You didn't try. And there's the Red River separates the colleges or the states. And it was always called the shootout for many, many years. And some doofus who decided that it was going to be very, by the way, we got any that wrong. I'm going to get an inbox filled from people saying, I'm telling you, that's what it is. Anyway, they call the shootout forever. Some woke idiot decided to say we got to call it the red river rivalry because red river shootout is too violent. You know, when you throw a pass that's really hard. It's called a bullet. I mean, you go back in the shotgun is a stance. I mean, do we have to change everything? And again, has anybody noticed that they're literally trying to kill each other

5:14on the football field? So are we going to go to flag football? Is that what's going to happen? I mean, don't they have that in their Olympics now? Do they have flag football in the Olympics? I think so. I'm so turned up by the Olympics. I don't know what they have in there. I know we had some American who was skating for China and then made a fool of herself when she got like third place or something. I'm a winner. 13th place actually. I am a winner. No, the one woman who really complained about America, but she was actually. Are she American? She's okay. She got 13th place. The one who like said we all suck. That's right. No, the one that was skating for China got the bronze. She's like, I'm a winner. I am so proud of that new medal. I mean, well, what is wrong with you? And the woman that got the 13th place has declined to go to the White House. No, you're kidding me. Does she get invited? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, they all got invited. Yeah. Say it, Sam. River rivalry. River rivalry. Red River rivalry. So a back to the story. I never heard of this. This case that was called a round river. You know, we have to have where is where is Flynn?

Plasmic Echo and Arctic frost that stretched from summer 2016 to January 2025. Uncovering evidence of a far far reaching dragnet that in some cases may have been predicted. May have been predicated. He said on false misleading and uncorroborated justifications official said many of the investigative files were hidden from view, even from most FBI agents because they were marked prohibited access and controlled carefully by FBI leadership. 7:16his agency. A handful of senior bureau executives close to the director and some members of Congress, particularly state junior judiciary committee, I said a judiciary committee chairman Chuck Grassley Republican from Iowa. I mean, come on, dude. They targeted not only Trump, but anybody who is in his circle. Now I would have to imagine because this started in 16 and 17 saying we're on that list. You know that, right? Oh, yeah. I mean, maybe that's why you were swatted. I mean, we have to be on that list because we were in the inner circle. We were one of five shows that was invited to go to the White House and interview the president in 2017. I mean, there's no way we weren't on that list. And remember, it's right around then. I got I got banned from or suspended from Twitter and right around then. I mean, things got a little bit weird, although we had great access to the White House. As soon as they were out, man, we were attacked like crazy. And by the way, you realize it's been a year since I was swatted. And we still know anything. What? That's crazy. And I know that they listen. I have no problem calling out the county. Hey, county sheriff, it's been a year. Haven't heard anything from you like in a year.

8:16I'm still waiting for the actual audio. I've heard it, but I'm waiting for the actual audio of the 911 call that went in. They were supposed to send it to me. They're dumb. We're not sending it to you. Wow. Yeah. I didn't do something. That's crazy. We could have like died in our front door. And then a year or so. What? The big deal. Wow. That's really insane. I mean, I know that they're dealing with a lot, but that was a really big deal because there was like a wave. 28 of us. I was one of us. Yeah. I mean, that's ridiculous. And we've got no solution by the way to any of them. Nope. Literally. And then there's this. Trump fo Fanny Willis, the aforementioned Fanny. Are we saying Fanny? We're not saying Fanny. Are we? I mean, is it Fanny? But I'm going to need a ruling on this. I don't know. Did you laugh? No. So it's not funny. Okay. It's not funny. No. So we're going to say Fanny, which could make you laugh, but no. It wasn't funny when I heard it. Fanny Willis blocked yet again from collapsed Rico case as president pushes the

9:17clawback millions. Ashley Oliver wrote this over at Fox News Digital. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, ruled Monday. Some call that yesterday that district attorney Fanny Willis cannot participate in a fight over president Donald Trump and his co-defendants attempts to recoup millions of dollars in legal fees spent during her failed racketeering case against them. Judge Scott McAfee said in an order that because Willis was already wholly disqualified from the prosecution, she could not be a party to the battle over what amounted to $16.8 million in fees sought by Trump and his co-defendants. Trump requesting Willis's office reimburseing more than $6.2 million in attorney fees and cost earlier this year. McAfee's order marks a victory for Trump and his years long feud with Willis, who said he was a rabid partisan or he said was a rabid partisan on a witch hunt during this prosecution. I agree with him. That's me saying it. The defendants who Willis criminally charged with conspiring to illegally overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia are pushing for legal fees based on a state law passed in 2025 that allows them to be paid back for cases in which prosecutors are disqualified.

10:20So it's the question. I mean, clearly, that's what she did. She wasn't qualified. She was disqualified. Boom. Have a nice day. What's the controversy? I mean, Fanny is, I'm stunned she's not in jail. She should be in prison. And then we're hearing, we heard probably about a month ago, that there was collusion with the White House. She claimed that there was no collusion with the White House and we know that Nathan Wade, her boyfriend, went to the White House a bunch of times and then over charged everybody for everything. Yet she's still walking free. At some point, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, don't we need to have somebody in handcuffs? Don't we need to have somebody in handcuffs? Shouldn't somebody be locked up, throw away the key. I don't care if it's clapper or Brennan or Comey or McCabe or it's down the line. I don't care. I don't care if it's Obama. I don't care if it's Loretta Lynch, Fanny Willis, I don't care who it is. Somebody's going to be locked up at some point. You can't just do this. If they all get away, Scott free.

11:20If nobody ends up in handcuffs and behind bars or at least facing a jury, then we don't have justice in this country. As people are locked up every day rightfully so if they broke the law, we're seeing people who are considered in the elite class not being locked up and I'm not okay with that. Your thoughts? Is it ever going to come to fruition to where the FBI and the DOJ start levying all sorts of charges against these idiots and we start seeing that ass in court? Is that going to happen? I know for four years. We watched Donald Trump face 91 indictments and we saw him in court all the time. 14:26We're going to talk a lot about the Save America Act and why it's not getting done. And I literally say, listen, it's time that you guys took a vote and show the American people, which Republicans are not willing to go to the talking filibuster to get this Save Act done, the Save America Act done. And he gets into that. I mean, we talk about it a lot because it's really important. We don't get this done. I don't know that I trust our election coming up in November and it's very simple. What's being added to the Save America Act is very simple, got to be an American citizen to register to vote. Going to get rid of this widely just accepted, anybody can do a mail in ballot and get rid of that. So a photo ID to go and vote and the Democrats are against it for one reason. The Democrats are against it because they do not want to stop illegal aliens from voting or those who are in this country, even if they're in here legally, but they're not, they're not citizens. They want them to vote.

15:26Bottom line, end of story, have a nice day. And by the way, you know, Caroline Levin was asked about this today, this whole Save America thing. The question is whether married women can go and vote, which is such a dumb question, but she took it anyway. My first question is actually about the Save America Act. So one of the biggest things that the Democrats are saying, the claims that they're making is that the Save America Act, it would prevent married women from voting in elections or make it harder for them. What do you have to say to those claims? Is there any validity to them and where do you think they're getting this from? There is zero validity to these claims and I'm glad that you brought them up because you have the Democrats who have created this myth and it has been perpetuated, unfortunately, by many in the mainstream media. Let me be very clear, the Save America Act does not prohibit anyone from voting with the exception of illegal aliens. And the greatest way to disenfranchise American citizens from voting in American elections

16:29is to allow legal aliens to vote, which is what Democrats want to do. We see it taking place in Democrat jurisdictions at the state and local level across this country. So the Save America Act corrects that. And as far as married women who have changed their name, if they're already registered to vote, they're entirely unaffected by the Save Act and for the small fraction of individuals who have changed their name or their address, they can still register to vote, of course, they just have to go through their state processes to update that documentation. And this is something that the American people married women and minorities and people all across this country who Democrats are insultingly saying cannot do this. They're already doing it every day, going to the Social Security Office, going to the DMV. And I think it's frankly insulting that the Democrats are saying that there are certain groups of people in this country who aren't smart enough to update their documentation to allow them to vote. Again, this is a huge myth and thank you for giving me the opportunity to address it. I mean, 80 plus percent of Americans, I saw some numbers that were like 83. And even 71 percent of minorities want this because they want their vote to count and

17:35because they're smart. Women aren't stupid, minorities aren't stupid. Why does the left want you to think that they are? Or if you happen to be a woman of minority, why does the left want, why does the thing that you are? You're not. They should treat you better. Maybe it's time to get off the Democrat plantation, maybe it's time. I think it probably is. Let me go to Mike and Mississippi. Mike, what's going on? Hi. Hello. Hello, Joe. Hi, Mike. Can you hear me? Yes, Mike. Talk to me. Okay. Yeah. I was. I was. Every suit filed against Trump and his gang is called malicious prosecution. Why haven't I heard anything about that statement? Because I think that they're looking at, I think they're looking at, Mike, you're right. I think they're looking to much stiffer charges than that. Like a Rico case, like this was a racketeering case or an organized crime case. If they can't get that done, they probably will go and add malicious prosecution.

18:38But I think they want to get the biggest baddest charge they can if that makes sense. Oh, okay. I see now. Yeah. Okay. Well, I wanted to say I wanted somebody to get the hint of it, you know, no, I got you, Mike. Very good call. I appreciate that. It without a doubt at the very least is malicious prosecution is no doubt. I can't imagine how it's not because he was exonerated on most everything. A lot of these cases were just flatly thrown out. The one that I'm still waiting to see overturned is a 34 felony case in New York, which is completely bogus. It's resurrecting old laws to extend statues of limitations, taking the woman's word to know what she was wearing, didn't know where it actually happened. Just thought it might have happened. Then she goes on on television, laughing about how somehow the R word, a P E. I don't want to say that there are kids in the car, um, is somehow love or sexy. I mean, there's something wrong with this lady. So I think at the very least is malicious prosecution, but I think there's a lot more here.

19:41Sam, we got to get Rudy on soon. Yes, we do. Talk to him about, um, about racketeering when it comes to this because I think this is a rico case. If you can say that Obama and Biden and Lynch and, and down the line, Brennan and McCabe and coming all these people, Clapper, if you can say all these people colluded to obstruct the ability of a president who was elected in 2016 to do his job and they were impeaching him all the time, then all these people can be, I think, included in a racketeering case. No, whether they can succeed bringing the case, I don't know. That's when you bring in Rudy, who is the only person or the first person to successfully prosecute a rico case where he took down the five mob families in, uh, in New York. But I mean, without a doubt, Mike's right in Mississippi. You've got a situation when you had people out of control prosecuting and either a, either a sitting president or a one that had just been in office and they did it for eight years

20:41straight. And if they had the chance, they would do it again. Thankfully, they can't right now. We'll see what happens in November. That could change. Keep it here for Senator Marshall. It is, of course, Dr. Roger Marshall, US Senator, the great state of Kansas. How are you? Can you see it? Joe, it's great to be with you. We're going to have a great show today. We got some really, really good topics to talk about. There's a lot going on. I think I want to go to an 80-20 issue that the Democrats are again on the wrong side of. And it's an 80-20 issue that I want to make sure that the GOP understands and I know that you understand this. I want to talk about your cohorts over there in the Senate as well. The GOP has to understand we gave you guys the majority because we want legislation to pass. And it's 80-20 that Americans want, yes, it's okay to show ID when you go and vote. Americans want to make sure American citizens are the only ones that are going in voting. This is, I mean, 71% of minorities are okay with having an ID to go and vote. Senator, what the heck is the hold-up on getting the Save America Act done? Well, as you know, it takes 60 votes in the Senate to do most anything.

22:44And the question we should be asking is, why won't 10 Democrats come across the aisle and vote with us? And 70% of Democrats think that it's, they should have voter ID, that election integrity is a top priority as well. So we could talk about the filibuster in a second, but really, I mean, I think that we'd probably have 51 Republicans would vote in favor of the Save Act right now. Can't speak. I think there's a couple of nose for sure, unfortunately. So that means, well, unless we change the filibuster, we need some Democrats to come across the aisle. Well, I think Federman probably would vote for it. So maybe you've got one Democrat, but you're right. There are some likely suspects who our Republicans are voting for it. But Dr. Yee just said the winning combination, 51 votes for the Save Act or the President's calling it the Save America Act. Why wouldn't you have 51 votes to say, let's at least do a talking filibuster? Because the filibuster, which is now just basically, I'm going to filibuster than you go to lunch. That's not really what the filibuster was supposed to be. James A. Polk put it in place so that you guys would have to debate and then cloture

23:47would happen and the President would get the bill. He literally did the filibuster, he pushed that back in the day so that the Senate would stop arguing about stuff and get him cloture. So if you've got 51 to vote for it, don't you have 51 to say, let's at least alter the filibuster for this one? So it's interesting. I said, we have 51 votes that would vote yes on the Save Act, but I don't know that we have 51 Republicans that would vote to end the zombie filibuster, if that makes sense. And that's just the reality of it. I don't have any excuses for them, but they certainly are married that the filibuster protects the minority. And I would argue, look, until 1917, we did just fine without this zombie filibuster, that it required a talking filibuster that you would need to stay on there. So I don't think I've got the votes to get this talking filibuster across the finish line. Isn't that something? Those who are watching listening to my show, I talked to them about this all the time. The filibuster, as I said, was started by James A. Polk, it took into the 1970s.

24:51It was 67 votes at first and they made it 60. Then they said, you don't even have to really filibuster anymore, just say you're going to. And now it's just a hard 60 that allegedly protects the minority, but Harry, we didn't care about that. And he certainly blew it up when he thought it was necessary to blow it up. I think this is important enough heading into the midterms that we make sure that American citizens vote. So Doc, where are we on this? Is there a chance this is going to get done or is it dead? So Joe, I agree with everything you said. And I am willing to stand up there on the floor to help freezes over. Look, I was on call every other day for 25 years. I worked 36 hour shifts in residency. I will stand up there and fight beside my good friend, Mike Lee and the steering committee and all the folks that are really driving this battle. But I'm afraid the rest of my team is not willing to do that. And even if we did, I got to tell you, I think our chances of being successful are not real good. So many parliamentarian procedures that they could do to torpedo this, but I couldn't agree more. I'm not saying it's dead, but regardless, don't you think we should force the Democrats

25:52to vote no on the save act as it is? And each week we should vote on it until their own party, their own constituencies just beat them about the head and shoulders and say, why are you voting against voter ID? It just seems to be such a strange juxtaposition. It's Dr. Roger Marshall, a U.S. Senator Great State of Kansas, marshall.center.gov, OBGYN, former OBGYN, also retired Army reserves. The minority party now has a partial shutdown of the DHS that's affecting travelers. The minority party now is able to say, now we're not going to just pass any legislation that says illegal aliens or non-citizen shouldn't vote. So what's good about having the majority, you know what I mean? Again, those of us who aren't playing attention to politics all day long, like my listeners and my viewers, you know, they're busy all day long. They get home and they go, wait a second, I thought we'd get the Republicans the majority. So how is it that the minority has this much power? Yes, I want their voices heard. Yes, the minority party should have a say, but they shouldn't be able to control the thing,

26:53should they? Well, they should not. And I'm not trying to disagree with you. I'll present the argument from the other side is that the way I would look at this is the house is supposed to be the coffee and the Senate should be the saucer that the Senate should think should measure twice and cut once, that it would keep such reflex laws being changed from two years to every two years. Right. And this helps us every bit as much. I mean, I don't think people remember back how we use the same rule to protect us when Joe Biden had all three levers, but we did. So I think it is a challenge. I am willing though. I want to make it real clear. I've noticed that I want to sound like I'm arguing against the save act. I would get rid of the filibuster for the save act. I would get rid of the filibuster for a lot of reasons. And this is one of them, but the reality is I don't have 60 votes. I don't have 50 votes of Republicans to get it across the finish line right now. And those Republicans should all be called out. We should actually do a vote on that.

27:54Let's do a vote on getting rid of the filibuster or making it the talking filibuster. And by the way, you know this. I think you know this. I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong, but you're, you know, one of the hundred and you were able to at least put it in, you know, verbally put it out there for my audience to understand why we're in this quagmire that we're in. But why not put that to a vote? Okay, we don't have 50 yet plus JD Vance to say yes to getting rid of the filibuster in this form and fashion for this one. Put them on record. Why not do that vote? Has that vote happened? I mean, if we're asking people behind the scenes, that's not giving the American public what they need to know to make an informed decision in just a few months in November. Right. So of course, I'm very willing to do that. And I want to take that vote. Does it put some people in a tough political situation? It does. And it will force us to maybe have Republican on Republican wars. I don't know if that's the best thing right right now. If we start this bit debate on the talking filibuster, it really gives the ball to the Democrats in many ways that they'll be controlling the floor for hours and hours and hours.

28:58But I'm with you to say, look, let's get a vote. Let's be done with it. I came here to take the tough votes. All right. I don't have to look at a poll or anything most of the time. I want to do the right thing. Take the tough votes. So count me in. Do I think that's going to happen? I don't know. I think we will take a vote on the save act or we're going to take a vote on the talking filibuster. I'm not going to guarantee that. You know, I love that you're on the correct side in my opinion. I know that this Republican versus Republican infighting seems to be something that's old and tired. But it's been happening forever. The Democrats always circle the wagons and the Republicans always seem to be going off on their own little tangents. I don't understand it. And hopefully we can get to a vote on the talking filibuster. We got to have on record the people that aren't for it and then maybe with primary season here. And a lot of people who have seats are up for grabs. Maybe we take a look at who it is that's holding this back. It's Senator Roger Marshall. State of Kansas. Let's talk about the DHS funding that we talked about a moment ago. You and I both know that CBP and ICE are both funded through President Trump's term.

30:00So what the Democrats are doing in the House and in the Senate is BS. It's just not true. They're not forcing changes to ICE because ICE can continue as it is and get full funding until the president leaves office. The problem is they're now changing how we live our lives. The TSA is a problem. They're now being told before hours early for your flight if the flight even takes off. Why are they doing this? Why are they putting so much pain in the American people? When again, we know that what they're doing doesn't necessarily change anything ICE is doing. Yeah. So Joe, the Democrats remain the party to fund the police in a open borders. That's really who they are. Zebra doesn't change their stripes. That's truly what they believe in. And I think we do have the moral high ground here. I think it's real important to point out to your listeners that the Democrats have not been willing to sit down one time since the shutdown started. The Schumer refuses to sit down and talk. Their appropriators refuse to talk as well. So there's no negotiation even happening. So they like this political battle, I guess.

31:01You know, they're all running for president. Every Democrat Senator is now running for president. And they're trying to get as far left as they can be. It's just like even though they're their party with taxation support election integrity, what they're listening to is this loud vocal base of theirs that's telling them be as radical as you can be, create as much hell for Donald Trump as you can. So that's their goal right now. More Trump derangement syndrome. Senator, a lot of people thought that it might have been, let's weigh through the state of the union. We can hold the DHS hostage until then. And as soon as that's done, we'll go ahead and we'll vote for this to go forward and appropriate it. Then we can argue about stuff later that didn't end up happening. And then Christie, no one has shown the door probably had nothing to do with how she was running ice. It probably had to do with that ad campaign that was $220 million, where she claimed the president knew about it. And he said he didn't know about it. But either way, now she's out. That's something the Democrats wanted anyway. And now they're saying it doesn't matter who the person is who's in charge. Why didn't this get done right after the state of the union?

32:01And why didn't this get done right after Christie, no, what do you think they're holding out for? Well, Joe, I think that they like this issue. That their radical base is telling them to fight, fight, fight. So they're going to continue to hold this hostage over this. And if it's not logical, right, and it's not, then you can bet it's a political reason that they think that they're gaining favor, that they're going to get those absentee ballots out more often if that makes sense. So to me, it's all politically driven, but again, I just hope that America sees this for what it is. The Democrats are the party of open borders of defund the police. This is the next chapter of it. I don't know what's going to break it. I think what it will break it is when constituents from Democrat states, when they're standing in line for four to six hours, when they finally say, hey, we've had enough of this. We need you to move as well. We'll see. Well, I think you're right. Because there's a polling that just came out. He was just on with Wilkane on Fox polling came out that said that many Democrats are

33:04very unhappy with the Democrat party right now. So they're not winning any friends over because everybody has to travel. Everybody has to buy gasoline. Everybody has to go and buy food. So these aren't issues that are partisan at all. And yet for some reason, Hawkeye and Jeffries and Chuck Schumer want to make a partisan. Do you spend any time with Chuck Schumer? Do you ever have conversations with this guy? What is he all about? He didn't used to be this radical. Since in 1996, he was basically a moderate Democrat that you would have called a blue dog. What happened? Well, I think that AOC showed up and the Democrat party moot further left. Look at your mayor in New York. So Joe, I think it is politics. I think that their their radical base has moot further and further to the left. They're the loud part of their party. And that impacts their ability to raise money as well. And then you have the national media piling on. If any Democrat shows any gives Republicans any quarter, they're going to get thrashed tonight on national TV. And then you throw in the social media part of it as well. So really what you have is the vocal minority of their party running that party right now.

34:08And you're right. Chuck Schumer has shifted further and further and further to the left. And really, he's running for his political life as he approaches a primary and not too far from now. Well, he's arguing against his younger self, which doesn't make any sense. We have all the video that you think we got rid of the video. It's very strange. It's Dr. Roger Marshall. US Senator, great state of Kansas. You've got a unique position that you served in the army. And in other words, you've seen all of this activity that's happened over the past 20, 30 years, 25 years since 9, 11. We don't want forever wars. Iraq, we are there too long. And then we left a mess. Afghanistan, we're there too long. Give it back to the Taliban. This one's different in Iran. And it's different, I think, Doc. Tell me if you agree, because the 91, 92 million Iranians don't want that theocracy anymore. They want this and they're supporting the action that we're taking. Where are you on that? Yeah. So I think it's important, you know, my history is that my dad served, my brother served, I served, my son is serving. And I hate war.

35:08Okay. I hate war. But I also realize that freedom is not free. And I support our troops 110%. I support President Trump's decision. I think that he's laid out a very clear vision that this war will be over with. And that's what I like about this one. I'm, I'm, I was, when Desert Storm was starting, I was in the army reserve as a medical doctor. And I still don't know what our exact goals were. But the goals here are very clear is to end Iranian missiles, their nukes, their navy, and make it so that they can not fund or arm terrorists as well. So when we check all those boxes, I think then the president has to say, okay, is it time to get out or is there going to be some type of shift in their, in their government leadership as well? But that's not our, excuse me, that's not our main goal. And thank God that this war is going so well. So I'm standing beside our soldiers. I mourn the loss of the seven that we've, that we've paid the ultimate sacrifice. Joe, can I just tell you one more quicks to why this is so important to me?

36:11The big red one, the first info division calls Junction City Kansas home over 13,000 soldiers from that one division has made the ultimate sacrifice. 631 have made the ultimate sacrifice since the Vietnam War. There's a monument outside the White House that enshrines the names of those soldiers that, that gave their lives. And through an active Congress, it took me three years to get it done to add those 631 names to that monument, to that memorial. And just to sit down with Goldstar family, after Goldstar family, you know, reminds me of why I hate war. But I think it's justified now. I think that the benefits outweigh the risk. I'm the doctor here. I want to know what are the benefits and what are the risks. Right. I think that when President Trump was presented with this, you know, very unique situation, they'll look, we know where their supreme leader is. We know we're 49 or their leaders are, Mr. President, are we a go or not? Did they've been pairing for months?

37:11He had a go shot that he showed would change history and make Americans safe for generations to come. So I support the President. No, I do too. And I'm glad that you told that story. You know, what's interesting about it is the left wants to make it out to be some sort of horrible thing that Trump circumvented the Congress. Of course, Obama dropped 26,000 missiles and nobody said a word. You don't have to go to Congress and ask for permission. You don't have a declaration of war that hasn't happened since World War II. But you've got a country that declared war on us many years ago, Doc, and you've got a country that has killed thousands of Americans, either in Iraq, in Lebanon, I mean, wherever they were in Yemen, just let's kill some Americans if they're anywhere nearby. And we keep on appeasing them through these ridiculous regimes that we've had under Biden and under Obama, given them cash on pallets, given them unfrozen cash to the tune of $6 billion under Joe Biden. Donald Trump finally said enough is enough. He declared war on us, and you've been killing Americans for years, it's time that we end you. So how can you be against that? If you're on the left, forget about politics.

38:12How can you be against stopping a regime that it's its sole goal is to kill everybody in Israel and kill everybody in the United States? Yeah, Joe, I think you nailed it. You know, the question, it's always the what question should be asked right now. I might frame this almost a different way. For 47 years, Iran has declared war on America. Yes. I was in college when they took the hostages in Iran. I was a medical student when they killed 141 Marines that 170 attacks on American troops since 2023, all right? I guess the question I would ask, why did America keep turning the other cheek? Why didn't we have a commander-in-chief that said enough, enough of this? We're going to end this once and for all. So that's the way it would be the context. This has been a shadow war for 47 years, and American finally had a commander-in-chief who said enough, and thank God for this, this military we have, just an overwhelming power

39:12that we had that God has given us this military for a special reason, Joe. And I think we need to judiciously use it, of course. But I certainly hope that we make for generations to come, Americans free and safer. And I pray we see a friend in Iran in the Middle East and to the entire world once they get the country back.
