0:00And I, it's rich and greetings. Yes, it's great being with you. And I'd like to share something with you. And I was thinking about this as I was reading at Luke chapter 18 and starting in verse 35. And as where Jesus is drawing near to Jericho, and a blind man was sitting by the roadside begging, and hearing it grow out going by, he inquired what this meant. And they told him Jesus of Nazareth is passing by. And he cried out, Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me. And those who were in front, rebuked him telling him to be silent, but he cried out all the more. Son of David have mercy on me. And Jesus stopped and commanded him to be brought to him, and when he came near, he asked him what you want me to do for you. And he said, Lord, let me recover my sight. 1:05isn't Luke chapter 18. And I was thinking it's interesting, you know, this whole account. There's a big crowd with Jesus. And here you have this blind man who's crying out and asking him to mercy on him and people are telling him, hey, be quiet, be quiet. And I wonder if it's like that these days, you know, be quiet, be quiet. You can't do that in our church. No, don't call out to God. And then also he stopped and commanded him to be brought to him. And he healed him. And people might say, nowadays, well, you can't do that. Jesus doesn't heal now. That was for then. It's not for now. But I was thinking about this. How people could put faith road blocks up when God wants to bless us. So I guess the thought of this podcast is let's not be afraid to call to Jesus. And that's it. I'll visit with you next time.
