0:00Test three, of course, back in Joeburg for the all black. So how is the weekend folded all black lock Fabian Holland with us? Morning. Good morning, mate. How are you? Very well indeed. I tell you what from the side of the world, it's turning out to be everything that people expected. Are you enjoying it? Yeah, loving it. I think anytime we, you know, have an opportunity to test ourselves, I guess some, I guess some of the best of the world. You know, it's always a pleasure and you know, it's been, uh, you know, we've had five, six games on the top now. And obviously got a big game this weekend in the FNB stadium. So now we're looking forward to it and it's been awesome. So the people here are very nice and lovely. So yeah, what did you get out of the test that you needed to work on? What have you worked on this weekend? Is it major? Yeah, obviously, we need to clean our, this is a pin up a wee bit. That was how we did at the minute of the game and let's show it on the scoreboard. Obviously we scored more tries, but just a bit of lack of discipline.

1:02Um, managed to get them to win. And then obviously a big area is going to be said peace and especially, um, scrums and line up. Um, we kind of let ourselves down there last week, but our line out. So, um, we'll put method emphasis on that and, um, and look and speed game up. So yeah. What about Joe Bergvee Cape Town? Uh, I mean, the, the, the, the transition between the two places. How hard is that on a person like you? Uh, oh, like we got a great team around us here that kind of makes transition quite seamlessly. So, um, but obviously, you know, the altitude plays a bit of, um, plays a bit of a role in here. It's, uh, you know, the, you know, you'll need to kind of adapt to, to this height. But, um, once it's done that, then, um, you know, you kind of get to go and ready to rip in. So, um, obviously Cape Town is on sea level, which is quite nice. But, um, yeah, Rebecca altitude now again and, um, looking to take him on here. So yeah, should be good. Fantastic. What do you do? I mean, outside of training, you know, other commitments given the security of a place like Joe Bergvee.

2:06Is, is it, do you, how do you fill the time? Is it a problem in Joe Bergvee itself? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Obviously, um, no boys, boys keep themselves busy over, um, we, um, we play a lot of cards, um, trying to find new coffeeshops and, um, banana grams has been a very popular, um, getting into them played amongst us. I think Ethan Blackheader is, um, sending a banana gram message about every night out at the moment. So, um, he's really into it. Um, and we always get a curve going for that. So that's, you know, we, we make sure we keep ourselves busy and, um, obviously, but it's a lot of different, um, you know, when kind of morning and evening comes, that's when people start calling their families and what not. Um, yeah, we, we make sure that we keep ourselves busy off the field and, um, make the most of it. Good stuff. All right, Matt, go well this weekend.
