Exposing the Truth About the TALMUD

I've never in my 33 years of life,

have I heard so many fucking people talk about the tone mood.

It has become the most popular piece of text

in the history of mankind.

And like 98% of people who reference it

have never even opened up a page of it.

I've never read it.

It's a very complicated piece of literature.

There's like 32 volumes or something like that.

It's a bunch of debates and ethics and customs

and all these types of things which you're gonna get into.

But why are people so obsessed with the tone mood now?

And again, I think all these things

that come back to anti-semitism,

they're gonna cherry pick certain pieces in there

that make the whole Jewish religion look terrible

and then they're gonna say that's law,

that's what all Jews follow.

So there's no obviously real,

and there's no questions here at all,

but just like now you're your time to sort of take that

myth and comment about that.

Yeah, so it's kind of like an inception of conspiracy theory

when it comes to the tall mood,

which is people have this conspiracy theory

that Jews are some secret cabal

and that we're making deals in the back rooms

and that we're all talking to one another.

So we all get on the same page

and then we control the weather.

That's one of like the more basic level, stupid

conspiracy theories.

And then you have the tall mood,

which is essentially a very difficult multi-volume text

where if you aren't entirely steeped in the Tanakh,

which is the Torah, Naveem, Ketuvim,

in English, the five books of Moses,

the prophets and the writings,

if you're not steeped in those,

you can't even begin to get into the weeds of the tall mood.

And you talked about it how it was like a group chat,

I think was the word that you used.

And if you didn't, I'm gonna say that you did

because that's the perfect way to describe it.

I think you said debate.

I call it a group chat for the olden times.

First and foremost that nobody understands,

there's more than one tall mood.

There are two tall moods.

There's the tall mood, Yerusha Limey,

which is the Jerusalem tall mood.

And then there's the Babylonian tall mood.

And the tall mood is, if I could put it down in one sentence,

a bunch of rabbis arguing about the minutia of both the Torah,

the Tanakh, the so five books of Moses,

the prophets as well as the writings,

as well as the Gamara and the oral tradition.

All of these are what the tall mood talks about.

It is when you say, okay, you cannot boil a kid

in his mother's milk.

A kid being a baby goat.

What does that mean?

How can you take that prescription,

which is something that talks about kosher

and then break it down?

Okay, does it mean we can't only have meat and cheese together,

meat and dairy together?

Does it mean you can only not have this specific animal

with dairy or does it mean that you can only have certain animals?

And then you have split hooves and those animals

that chew their cud, that masticate.

It's all of that.

And it goes deep and deep and deep and deep.

For our discussion, you hear people say like,

oh, Jesus is boiling an excrement.

No, one, that's not even who they're talking about.

The Yeshua that they're talking about in the tall mood

is not Jesus, too.

And I don't mean this as a slights against Christians.

Jews for the most part.

And what I mean the most part,

I mean 99.5% of the time don't give a shit about Jesus.

He is a historical figure.

To Jews, he's not a prophet.

We just don't talk about him because we just don't really

care about him too much.

You guys took that and ran with it

and created a new religion,

which at its beginning not the greatest for Jews

and has had some obvious blips here and there

throughout the centuries and throughout the millennia.

But as it stands today, Christianity is a wonderful religion.

And any Jew who is worth his salt

and follows the Seven Noah Hyde laws.

And I wish X and TikTok would talk about those

more than they talk about the tall mood.

But just breaking that down really simple.

If you follow the Seven Noah Hyde laws,

in other words as Jews, but everybody else,

you then get that promise of the afterlife, whatever it is.

So anybody that's available to them.

So Christians, they want to proselytize

and they want to get more people to Christianity

because the good-hearted Christians

are seriously worried about the souls of people like me and you.

So when somebody wants to convert a Jew

and do so in not a crusading way,

but do so in a welcoming way, that's what that is.

Their religion teaches them that if you're not Christian,

then you won't make it into the afterlife.

Your soul won't be saved.

That's where that comes from.

That is the kindest, most good-hearted thing

I have ever heard of.

It's just not for us because we also have that.

We also have, if you don't do these seven things

or you do, I think it's three

and then don't do a couple of the others,

if you abide by those, you're solid.

And it's stuff like treating animals kindly.

Like it's really basic stuff

and it doesn't say you have to follow our religion.

So the Talmud is this massive, massive multi-volume text

that just is a bunch of different rabbis arguing

over the best ways to do things.

And it's not just that they're arguing me and you

let's go back to like the 500, right, CE.

It's not like it would occur 1500 years ago

where we can talk right now.

They had to write this down.

And when I say people don't understand the Talmud,

I mean those that are trying to take swipes at the Talmud,

they do not know how to read Hebrew,

which is what the characters are in.

They don't know how to read Arabic,

which is what it's also discussed in.

They don't know anything besides the translations themselves.

So they're taking stuff that is for them,

the Old Testament, for me and you, the Bible.

They're taking stuff from the Bible

that they can't read in the original language of the Bible.

And then you go a step down.

They're also trying to tell you that now they know

the translations based off this really area-dyte text

that even I have trouble understanding.

And I spent the first 15 years of my life

digging deep on this stuff and it's fascinating,

but they're telling you things that are not true.

In all of the things that you see on,

and this is not me being hyperbolic.

This is literally the truth.

All of the stuff that you see that they say the Talmud has

is not true.

There's a guy, Chef Rutis.

Yes, S-E-S-H-R-E-V-R-U-T-U-S.

I'll send it to you so you can put up the name of this guy,

but he has the ultimate debunking of all of these things.

Like you see the track dates.

No, and again, you can't even take the one line

because the one line is a part of a very, very long

and in-depth conversation.

You know that group chat from the GOP students

who have never seen a locker room

and everybody excuse them

because it was quote unquote locker room talk?

Imagine that times 10,000.

That's what the Talmud is and what they're doing

is taking that one line completely out of context

and not mentioning the fact that there's probably

six other rabbis saying that's a stupid thought.

Here's why it's stupid and here you go.

They're much nicer than that,

although they can't really get down a dirty

in the Talmud, got a yelling at each other,

but that's what it is.

So every single time that you see that,

just know it's not true.

And if you wanna ask somebody what is actually this track date

to this portion of the Talmud talking about,

don't go to a gripper or somebody that has Christian

nationalist in their Bible.

I promise you, they cannot read the actual language

that it's in and guess what?

If you need to know the Talmud,

go to an actual rabbi.

They will gladly, and I mean gladly tell you

what is going on.

And when I say it's super in depth,

if you take one line of Talmud

and you spend 90 minutes in a class, right?

With eight people, you won't get past that one line.

And in fact, you probably won't finish the discourse.

Seriously, this is how difficult it is

because you have to take every single argument

that they're discussing on this one line

and see how that entire argument came into being

and came a part of our traditions in our religion.
