We've learned anything from these past couple of years. My fellow Americans, is that personal
medical freedom and liberty are in crisis.
America, our love, loves, brings together the top experts in healthcare-related fields
to keep you a beat ahead.
Okay, so when I say the word geoengineering, what comes to your mind? So, you know, it's going
to be some people understand the fight, understand what's really going on, but a lot of people do
not understand what's really behind all this. And it's been built in for years. It's been
quite a while. Most of us, let's face it, we're busy with our lives. We don't always pay attention
to some of these things. But the problem is that if we don't pay attention to it, it will
pay attention to us, not in ways that we like either. You've seen those kind of days when you look
up and you see sort of the funny patterns in the sky kind of thing going on. That's a little bit
of it, but there's a whole lot more to it as well. You sometimes, this weather modification thing is
a little more conspiratory, some people think it is, but there's a lot behind this here. So,
we'll take this on a little bit here today, try to educate all of us a little more on this.
And some interesting questions on it as well. And I'm just really thrilled and excited to
have on here. Dr. Clayton Baker is with me here. And he of course has been, he's on pulse. He's
the co-host every Thursday and we'll be back in the lineup in October here. He's been off
with some personal matters in the family, but he'll be coming back here very shortly.
Dr. Baker, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks so much, Malcolm. It's great to be back.
Yeah, it's great to have you. I was looking forward to having you on and you've been on my
mind for a while now on this. I got to get a mind of why not really educate all of us a little more
because you've been deep into this a little bit here. Let me tell folks as well that what's
unique about Dr. Clayton Baker is that he's an MD, but he has he's very passionate about this topic.
So he's taken on a lot of the other things, but he was also a big voice, a strong voice throughout
the COVID as well. And a lot of people remember that. He's an internal medicine physician
over 30 years in clinical practice and and now he's become an incredible voice to go after the,
you know what I call it? There's a geoengineering cartel is what I call. I don't know if that's an
accurate statement in Dr. Clayton, but that's why I referenced it as. You ever call it that?
I think that's a very reasonable term to use. I really do. In many ways, I think there's a
tremendous amount of similarities and it can help people to get their heads around what's going on
that the geoengineering cartel, as you call it, the many people that are involved in this
function really under a similar playbook as the people that do gain a function by a weapons
development and then all of this sort of responsive vaccines and so on. It's really got tremendous
and tremendous similarities and tremendous analogies to what's going what happened that we saw
during COVID. And you know, I can go into that in a little bit more detail, but I think to call
it a cartel is a very reasonable thing to do. It's a combination of people that are in includes
with each other to do something semi-secretive, something that's very objectionable, but which they
keep out of the public eye deliberately and they gaslight and misrepresent when people ask about it.
And it has a tremendous amount of connections with the deep state in our government and in other
governments. So there's so many similarities between geoengineering and what we saw during COVID
bioweapons, gain a function, manipulation of viruses, and then this responsive, the response to that
would manufacture crisis. Very, very good comparison. And because people know the gain a function
and how evil that is, and that's still going on in all these biolabs all over the world.
And the US has its hands in a lot of them, and we speak out about that quite a bit actually.
That's another pretty serious topic that you kind of shake your head sometimes, Dr. Bakers,
to what's really going on with that. When we talk about the cartel, these are people that are
in positions of power. So when it comes to the geoengineering and that sort of thing, what does
this cartel, these people, these people of power, what do they gain out of this? Help us understand,
we've got a sort of a visual now of who these people might be as you link it toward,
you know, something that people can relate to with the gain of function and some of the COVID stuff.
What do they gain out of this? What's the gain of them? What's the benefit of them? Sure. Well,
I kind of combined a lot of these rather nefarious activities that are unquestionably going on in
the world. In a widespread manner, as you mentioned, that there's, for example, bioweapons labs
all over the world and the US government, the US deep state is involved in funding and running
a lot of them. That's one of the sort of elements of these nefarious activities that are all
interconnected. One of them is the gain of function bioweapons programs. The second is geoengineering,
which is basically way to manipulate the weather. I can define geoengineering as the sum total of
all the weather and climate manipulation methods that humans employ to deliberately and,
frankly, unnaturally change control and weaponize weather and climate. So just as when we talk about
bioweapons, they're changing, manipulating and controlling the microbial world. In this case,
they're trying to control the weather. Now, there's several reasons why they would want to do this.
First of all, governments, and this is well-established in the United States, governments,
documents, and so on, that governments recognized even before World War II, but especially shortly
after World War II, that the technology exists to manipulate weather patterns and defense departments
or militaries realize that weather can be weaponized. This is a huge part, perhaps the single
biggest part of the geoengineering cartel. That is governments and militaries know that
weaponizing weather can be a tremendous, well, there's actually a famous, for people who study
geoengineering. There's a famous document from the United States military and there was a white
paper way back in the, I think in the 70s that said it was literally weather as a force multiplier.
And those of us who are familiar to some extent with military terminology, a force multiplier is
something that takes your force of, say, a company of men and makes it function like a battalion.
So it multiplies the force, multiplies the military effectiveness of whatever you have.
And so this is something that's been going on for 50, 60, 70, 80 years really started in
earnest at the end of World War II that the United States government, the Air Force, various
defense contractors, and so on, began studying ways to manipulate weather patterns both for enhanced
communications and more importantly for manipulating storms, manipulating grouts and so on.
And so this is an absolutely huge part and probably it's the most secretive, it's the most
protected element of geoengineering. Now, a second reason why geoengineering is taking place is at
least, um, state of reason is to combat climate changes, to combat global warming. And the notion
is that if you put cloud cover between sunlight and the surface of the earth, you can reduce
the heat at the at the ground level of the earth. The problem, there's numerous problems with this.
And to some extent, I think that this is a command, I think this is a false pretense.
But what of the problems is that when you have cloud cover, it may reflect some of the incoming
sunlight from the sun, but it will also act as a blanket to keep
heat that is down at ground level from reflecting off into the sky. So as we all know, if you live in
the desert, if you bend at the desert, it gets very, very hot in the world, before geoengineering
anyway, when there was typically clear skies in the desert, it would get very, very hot in the
daytime due to the sunlight, the intense sunlight, and then it would get very cold at night because
a lot of the heat would dissipate. But really what we're acting, having nearest reacting,
it's acting as a blanket in many cases. So at any rate, artificial cloud covers and another
purported rationale for this. The other and really terrifying aspect of this is that people are
being paid to do this. So a lot of people are either deliberately saying we have to combat
global warming or climate change with these technologies, but they will pay people
large sums of money, millions, even billions of dollars to do it. So part of it is military,
and I do believe that that's the most important part of it, although there's multiple ones,
part of it is manipulating it on the pretense that this is something that is necessary due to
climate change. Let me ask you now. So what about, you know, the one thing we haven't really
touched on, we're drawing this picture right now, painting this picture, if you will. What is,
like some people who do an eye roll, they say, so what? It doesn't really impact me. Let's talk
a moment about, let's get to the point of what's the impact of, why should they care? How is this
going to impact their lives in any regard? You know, for those who don't really really understand it?
Well, that's a good point because a lot of folks are, you know,
understandably caught up in their day-to-day lives and their day-to-day activities, and they say,
well, this is a big thing, and it's not something that I kind of have good understanding of,
why should I worry about it? There's a couple of reasons why people should worry about it. First of all,
all forms of geoengineering above all else ultimately are deliberate pollution, deliberate
air pollution. The whole basis of most geoengineering programs is to put,
particulate matter, that is pollution, microscopic, maybe metals in terms of aluminum compounds,
barium or strontium compounds are commonly used, coal fly ash, which is a byproduct of coal
burning power plants, sulfur dioxide or sulfuric acid put into the upper atmosphere and so on.
So essentially, it's chemically polluting the air that we breathe and the air that is above us
and that affects everybody on the planet and every living thing that's on the planet. So this is
really industrial-scale, deliberate air pollution. A lot of these technologies or a lot of these
things that are sprayed into the atmosphere to aggregate moisture to create artificial cloud
cover and so on and so forth come down in the rain and they pollute our soil and they pollute our
water and so on. So this is really a drastic and industrial-scale, deliberate pollution of our
environment and this affects everybody. This affects animals, this affects invertebrates like
worms in the ground, this affects pollinators. We all know that pollinators like bees are having a
very hard time right now. This affects human beings. Aluminum is well known to promote both
neurologic disease like Alzheimer's disease and pulmonary disease like lung cancer. So this is
industrial-scale pollution. That would be one very good reason to understand it. The other reason,
which is perhaps even more nefarious, is that when you weaponize the weather, it can be weaponized
against anybody. It can be weaponized against your own people if your government wants to do that.
So this is not a joke, this is not a fringe idea. This is unfortunately something that's really
widespread, nearly worldwide. Yeah. When you say Alzheimer's, you will just speak in about the
dig a little into that for me, please. What are we talking about when we travel to Alzheimer's
dementia? What kind of an impact? What did that happen? So as we all know, Alzheimer's disease is a
form of dementia, a form of loss of cognitive ability, typically with old age. One of the demonstrated
risk factors for Alzheimer's is being exposed in large amounts to microscopic aluminum. This is
not drinking out of an aluminum can. That's not bioavailable aluminum. This is breathing or
ingesting microscopic levels of aluminum. It's also implicated as we some of us know who study
vaccines very closely and try to study them honestly and openly. That aluminum irritants that are
in vaccines can cause various problems as well, for example, in young children. What we're talking
about here is microscopic aluminum salts that end up in the atmosphere through geoengineering
programs. They end up in the air. They can be inhaled. They end up in the water. We can drink them
and they can end up in the soil and can get into a food and so on and so forth. When you ingest
microscopic aluminum, bioavailable aluminum, it can cross the blood brain barrier, which is
many people know is the barrier between the bloodstream itself and the cells in the central nervous
system. It is a neurotoxin. It's interesting that aluminum is purely toxic, even though it's a very
prominent metal on the Earth's crust. It doesn't have any biological function. We know iron is in
heme and in hemoglobin. It's very important. Other metals are very, very important in the
human system. They can be cofactors for enzymes and whatnot. Aluminum has no biological function in
most animals. It's purely toxic. This is just the most prevalent metal that we see in geoengineering.
Programs and it ends up as they said in our natural environment and we end up ingesting it
and that can promote things like Alzheimer's. I've heard correct me on this now. I've also heard
a sidebar on this emitting here, but like deodorants, men's deodorant sidebar.
Well, some of them have correct me, but I believe some of them have aluminum in them.
I understand over time that can become a problem. Is that a correct statement?
Yeah, I think that again, it's an accumulated amount of exposure can be a problem. It's usually
to make a slight variation of what you said. It's usually not in the deodorant, but it's an
anti-perspirant. It keeps the, which is slightly different. It keeps you from perspiring. That's what
those aluminum compounds are sometimes found there. I don't personally recommend people use anything
with bioavailable aluminum. Some antioxidants have some bioavailable aluminum in them as well,
but I don't recommend them.
All right. There is an impact to this. One of the things I'm thinking about with the geoengineer
and back to this modification stuff there is the food supply. The damage to the food supply,
you mentioned some of the soiled of worms. That's sort of thing, but the general food supply
is going to impact everybody. What sort of thing, Dr. Baker, is it doing to the food supply
that in your estimation that would impact really any of us?
Well, one interesting point to point out is that this is well-known by people in the know
in industry. There is sort of something that the average person, and maybe totally unaware of,
but we've seen so much bioavailable aluminum accumulation in our soil that Monsanto,
that wonderful company that's owned by Bear, that sprays glyphosate all over everything as well,
has patented certain types of crops, crop seeds to be aluminum tolerant.
As the degree of aluminum accumulates in the soil, it makes plants harder for plants to grow
and so aluminum resistant seeds have now been developed and are being used in crops.
So, aluminum also affects plants. It affects their ability to absorb water. It affects their
ability to grow adequate root systems. Also, when it's sprayed over them, it's a desiccant and
dries them out. It also makes them more prominent when you dry out vegetation. What is it make it
more prone to? It makes it more prone to fires. As we see these forest fires going on, a lot of them
are intentionally lit, but I think that there's evidence that this is contributing to that,
that it's desiccating drying out vegetation, making it more prone to wildfires as well.
It's an issue for food supply. It's an issue for forest fires and forest management. It's an
issue for human health. It's an issue for animal health. Again, we talked about pollinators when
you take away pollinators, that's going to decrease food supply dramatically as well. So, we're
dealing with, it's just we're not meant to be showered with microscopic bioavailable aluminum
on a regular basis. It's just not healthy. It's not something that anything on Earth was evolved
to tolerate, but that's what we're being exposed to. And it's more profound the impact on people
than we all realize that we don't focus or pay attention to the specifics of this.
Dr. Clayton Baker has been all over this in the past, a couple of years. He's done a tremendous
library of programming, trying to weak people up and get the word out there. Now, there are some
things happening on a state level, and we'll talk a little bit more with him in a moment about
federal level. I dive into that a little bit, but state level, there are some states that are
pushing back on this now, and that are taken matters into their own hands, and there are other
still looking at it. Now, I started, as I did some research on this and looked at this,
I thought initially it was like a way, I'm like a lot of things. It works to a red state,
blue state kind of thing, but then again, I'm not sure as I looked a little further with the
research. It was kind of it's just, I'm going to ask you some questions on that line here.
Let me take a moment and just kind of reconnect here and repost with everybody here with Dr.
Clayton Baker as with us. And I want to tell you two about his book. He's the author of the
Medical Masquerade, a physician exposes the deceptions of COVID. It is fantastic. That is,
get it Amazon or any bookstore, but it also is in the America Out Loud bookstore, of course, as always.
A lot of you love the bookstore. We've got tremendous books in there, and it's what we do for all
of our experts and our guests that are on the broadcast as well. So the Medical Masquerade, a physician
exposes the deceptions of COVID. In fact, if you put your mouse when you go to america out loud.News,
okay? If you put your mouse over authors and hosts, and you'll see right up at the top is,
they're all alphabetical. So Baker is easy to find up there. That's one of the advantages,
being ABCD versus a xylophone, Mr. xylophone. X, right? Man, Mr. xylophone. So, but if you go up there
for Baker and you'll see and you go there, you'll click on his picture. From there, you'll be able to
take a look at the book. You get his background a little more and contact points are there, but also
his library of shows on all kinds of topics, including this one here, and a lot more. And you'll
be hearing him more as we move forward into October and November back on the Thursday slot on America
out loud pulse. And that is fantastic. He adds a unique dimension to these conversations. And
that's important. We want to cover the whole spectrum of conversations on this broadcast. And
I think he does brings a lot of wealth of knowledge to that. So anyways, so that's how you
find out more. Just if you put your mouse under autism host, you'll go right there to his profile
and check out more about him. Please. In addition to that, let me mention, and now I want to tell you
that we have launched Project Out Loud. And I'm going to have in fact Dr. Baker, I'm going to be
inviting him on there next month. As he gets back into the saddle on all this other stuff,
I'm going to have him on. And that's going to be video. No, that's going to be pretty cool,
because that's on a video. And it plays on talk radio as well as audio, but we have a full video.
And that's Project Out Loud is the name of that show again. If you go up to the
onto the menu, put your mouse under talk shows and podcasts, you'll see go to project.loud.
I'm out. I'm allowed to click on that. And you'll go there. It's a beautiful setup. And there
are three major networks were on. And they are for the video now, the video podcast three met
Spotify. And I love the interface and go from video to audio easily, but Spotify is a big one.
But we were invited into I heart. They just launched a new interface with video and audio. They
did not have it before. It's brand new. And it's exciting as all. And we got an invite about
six weeks ago to become part of their their deal. They knew we were doing the video stuff.
And so we are on there as well. Also a new interface from Apple brand new brand new because these
cats weren't doing the video production well podcast as well. They would just do an audio.
And so now Apple has it as well. And we are there as well. So Apple, I heart and Spotify.
The three big ones. That's where you get Project Out Loud. We did a broadcast on Restructure
in the water. This is one. I want to coach Dr. Bacon to listen to chime into as well. This was
really incredible. We had the engineer and the inventor on for this. And I was blown away from this.
My wife and I and my two college kids, we started using this about a couple of months, about two
and a half months ago now, at least two and a half months ago. And you just couldn't be without it
again. The one we're using at the moment was a handheld device. We wanted to check it out. And so we
used the handheld device where you pour the water through. And it restructures the water in ways.
I was absolutely shocked, blown away. I can't even describe to you the sense that this gave us
because the taste of the water changed dramatically like crazy dramatically. And on the other side
of this thing, it was unbelievable. So it enhances the hydration at the cellular level. This thing
does. It supports nutrient absorption. It aids natural detoxification processes. And there's a lot
of benefits to this thing here as well. Health benefits to it. Joint and cartilage, health,
skin health, a lot of things because we've kind of backed up what Dr. Bacon was talking about a
moment ago. We've kind of screwed up the water here as well. If you go, there's a site in that post
on Project Out Loud. I had the engineer around there. And if you go and you put your zip code or
city in whatever, anywhere in the country and go look at the water the way it's, you will be
disgusted. Have you ever done that, Dr. Bacon, go and check the water out?
I have not checked our water. I've thought about it many, many times. And one of the things that
they check for, of course, is metals and aluminum compound. I can't even tell you,
describe to you the shock when you find the arsenic and all of the chemicals and the water.
And this stuff and it's sick. You talk about getting out of campaign. This is these are government
institutions that are supposed to protect the people. It's up to give you fresh water. And I don't
care where you live in the country. I'm telling you right now, put your zip code in there, go look
it. And this is, there's an independent water group up in Washington, DC who measures all those
who runs that site. And you'll get a sense of what you get a report back of what's in your water.
And it will, it will, it will leave you speechless. And you'll probably never look at water again
the same way. I know it really messed my thinking up. I was a little suspect on the water for a while
actually. But then I really got more when I seen all this. Anyways, I had the engineer on a
Joseph Johnson, brilliant, brilliant guy, one of these intelligent nerds, super interesting guy.
And he speaks at a different level. Some people have born that way. He's one of these brains. And
it's the way he tackles this whole thing. Anyways, so there are multiple of these water devices. He
is created. And so you can check out more if you go to the post, go to project out loud, the show,
under shows and podcast in the menu. Then when you go there, just you'll see all the shows below
and look for the Joseph Johnson. Show number 34, rethinking the water we drink, rethinking the water
we drink. Number 34 Joseph Johnson, incredible conversation, credible product. I was blown away
by all means. Anyways, I got to talk to Dr. Baker more about this restructuring the water thing. I
think it'd be great to Pazali after right behind us, geoengineering. And we talked about the gain
of function. You know, all these things in my world always come back to the fight of good and evil.
And that's really what it is. And that's really the, the, I don't know, that's the mission here
on the platform is really fighting the fight of good and evil. We fight the good fight every day,
every hour of the day. But that's really all these all these debates and discussions and problems
and arguments. They all fall into that fight of good and evil. And we have to do the good fight
friends. We have to help. I I fell or neighbor out and the other people, the wealth of knowledge
and spread it around. But there's a lot of people out there that are evil back to the cartel that we
would talk about the geoengineering cartel. And so a whole lot of those people and all of these
worlds here that. Yeah, very much so. I think I mean, there's an interesting several months ago
when there was the world economic forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, the investigative journalist,
James O'Keefe went there and he infiltrated it. And he went to they were having, you know, a meeting
there. This is the world economic forum. Of course, this is the Klaus Schwab's and all of those
fairly evil people. I feel comfortable saying Malcolm. And they had a whole a whole meeting or
series of meetings regarding geoengineering regarding different ways that people could make money
by controlling the weather and by deliberately polluting the skies. You can look that up through,
I think it's on Twitter, but James O'Keefe's, if you search James O'Keefe geoengineering Davos or
WEF, you could find it easily. There's no question that it's going on and there's no questioning that
this cartel, as you call it, that's involved in so much of the bad things going on in the world,
is affiliated with this as well. So it's really just one more one more aspect. I couldn't agree
with you more in the battle of good versus evil. I don't think there's any way to look at the world
now. I've become more of a mannequin over the last six years since COVID started that there are
some people that just want to do wicked things. And this is one of them in my estimation.
Right on. It's pretty pretty sick actually. And listen, that was the origins of this network in
2016 when it launched to 10 years ago. It was I tell you, it was all about the fight of good
at evil. That's what launched it, what launched to my shows. It really took me out of the corporate
boardrooms that I was in for over 25 years. And now I'm on the front lines here trying to put good
where evil is. So anyways, friends, we're going to take a pause right here on the back of Dr. Clayton
Baker here on America out loud pulse. You wouldn't go a day without brushing your teeth or washing your
hands. What about washing your nose? I mean, your nose does filter the air you breathe. Air loaded

Yes, we have to purify water, but what are we doing to fix the water structure so the body can
actually absorb it? That is why we created our lab certified structured water devices. These
devices restore water molecules back to their natural structure, just like a mountain stream,
making them highly absorbable. It's not how much you drink. It's how much you absorb that counts.

Okay, we joined your back here at this Malcolm out loud here and welcome back to the broadcast,
my fellow Americans. Privilege to be with you always, always always a privilege to be with you
here. I'm excited to have Dr. Clayton Baker. Today's kind of cool because he's been out for a few
months. He was the only very personal matter. But I feel really cool about it because I've been wanting
to get him on. And what I'm trying to do, here's my visual, Dr. Baker. Here's what my visual.
So there's a horse there and I'm here right below you trying to pick on your feet up to get you
out back on the horse. You know that back. I'll take all the hope I can get. I like that visual.
I love it. I know I love it. I love it. That was the visual. I went through my mind.
I said, but never go back to me. You pack up on the horse here. We swing that leg over,
right? You know, that kind of thing. Yeah. Yeah. I know you've been through a lot and
the privilege to have you back here as always. And so all right, let's dive in this now. Here's
what I'm going. I've got a, you know, a lot more about where I'm going now. But let me just kind
of go there. I first want to talk about who's taken action. There are some who are
taking about taking action, but who's taking action now? We're talking about statewide. And of
course, you can bring in the federal a little bit after. Let us know. Sure. There are some
questions, even like said, we have on that people have wonder where Lee's Elden is and all this.
But let's get, let's put that aside a moment here. Sure. So what I understand right now,
correct me on this, but Florida, Tennessee, and I believe Montana's what I see in my research here
have passed varying degrees of laws. Montana was carrying out an exception for water management.
But the movement is rapidly expanding. They're saying across the country, there are others that
are really looking at this seriously. GOP lawmakers in nearly 20 states have introduced or debated
legislation to ban or heavily restrict geoengineering and weather modification activities like cloud
seeding. So is that what am I speaking correctly, the or is that sure? Sure. Yeah. In general,
everything you've said is correct. So there's three states that I know of that have definitely passed
actual criminal legislation to stop geoengineering within their borders. Those are Florida,
Louisiana, and Tennessee. There are other states, numerous other states, as many as 32 states,
and not all of them are red states, although the majority of them are, but not all of them.
Have have have have proposed legislation over the last couple of years. So during the last
legislative session, there were I think 32 states that were either passed a law or were
had legislation in process to stop geoengineering. Montana's prominent Idaho has been prominent. Why only
um Arizona came very close to passing it, but Katie Hobbes, the Democrat governor vetoed it.
It would have been would have passed, it went through, it was passed through both houses of the
legislature, and she vetoed it, saying it was a conspiracy theory, which is just utter an
absolute nonsense and utter an absolute just disgraceful. But so yes, so there's numerous states
that are working towards this. I've had a couple of the legislators in South Carolina, and I think
Montana as well have been on my show over the past months. It's a tough thing to to to pass because
particularly west of the Mississippi, one aspect of geoengineering is really a small percentage of
it, but it's an it's an important small percentage is old fashioned cloud seating. So when you talk
about the different types of geoengineering, cloud seating is just one of them, and it's one that
has been done legally and is actually to a limited extent legislated in many states west of the
Mississippi for rain, basically rain making for crops and for snowpack for ski hills and so on and
so forth. Now it's problematic. Usually the the material or the chemical used for that is silver iodide,
and silver iodide has some toxicities as well, but it's usually at a small scale, and it's something
that is accepted in many of these states. So one of the one of the processes that one has to do and
what you're describing in Montana, I believe, is related to this is a lot of farmers and a lot of
other folks out there, I think erroneously, but I'll just give my opinion on that. Our do not want
cloud seating to be outlawed because they feel that it helps them get reliable rainfall.
I don't think that's true. I think it's I think it makes the rainfall less predictable and
less and obviously less natural, but in a lot of cases, people don't want the constant
chemtrails as they're called, you know, better clearly spraying at an industrial level usually by
military planes, but they want to carve out something for the cloud seating. And so that's a
complication of the matter, both are geoengineering, geoengineering is kind of catch all terms I
described earlier, but the probably the most harmful stuff is different from the cloud seating per
say. Now that said, cloud seating is a problem because there is very good circumstantial evidence that
cloud seating can very much go awry and can cause disasters, you know, the flooding last July
fourth weekend in Texas that swept away that camp where those young girls were camping
was in my estimation was probably the at least partially the result of cloud seating done upstream
from that. We know that what at least one firm was cloud seating up to two or three days prior to
that flooding. I don't know the cause of the problem in the Grand Canyon more recently, but I'm
suspicious about that as well. Now there are flash floods from time to time in Arizona. There's no
question about that, but obviously if you overdo it with cloud seating, you can create a tremendous
amount of problems. So anyway, west of the Mississippi, the whole. Go ahead. Real quickly, the camp
mystic that you're talking about, camp mystic, no, the reports that were out there, the back reports
that I heard that there was cloud seating going on that caused that rain. What do you know about
that is there are truths or that or that all made up for one of the organizations that cloud
seats very prominently west of the Mississippi admitted publicly that they had been cloud seating
two or three days prior to the flooding in the upstream from the watershed that swept away
those girls. They could have caused that you're saying they could have caused that. I don't know
for a fact, but they admitted that they had been cloud seating in the days prior to that flooding.
And the flooding was really historically large. It was high watermark kind of flooding.
So there's a danger to this kind of thing when 100%. 100%. Yeah, you're messing with nature.
You know, what's the old ad on TV? It's not nice to fool with mother nature. I mean, that's what we're
doing all the time with this in many, many different ways. So the notion that this is harmless is
absurd. We don't know what the downst, pun intended. We don't know what the downstream effects
of doing this are always going to be. And you mentioned Haiti Hobbes in Arizona. Let me ask you
because when I look at the look in my research and looking at many of the states that are considering
it, when I first looked at it, it looked to me like a red blue conversation. But then which a lot
of things are, which is silly, it's ridiculous that things are that way, which means that these
elected leaders are only put in their partisan politics and their ideology ahead of what's really
right for people. And that's guilty of both the left and the right, by the way. And it's wrong.
It's wrong on every level. But yet when you look at this list, it's not so much that way because
others are considering it. And I'm seeing both red and blue. But like with Katie Hobbes, it went
through as you say, both chambers there. But yet she threw her politics into the ring. Why do
things always come down to red? And why do you think Dr Baker thinks always come down to red and
blue in our country? Why? Why do people sell out? Well, I think, I think that what I my feeling is
is, and I hear two compete somewhat competing theories. And I think that they have some both have
some validity. One of them is that at a very high level higher than the level of these
politicians themselves even higher than say the president's level or any national leaders level.
There are people pulling the strings that really want to give you two options. One option is to
follow one, say the right wing viewpoint and the others to follow the left wing viewpoint. And I
think that part of the reason is to have people divided because it's easier to control people when
they're divided. I think that's really very much true. And I think it gives you this pendulum effect.
You know, it's I don't think it's a, for example, this is nothing to do with geoengineering. But to
me, it's not lost in me. And this is an original thought of mine, other people have said it. How is
it that last administration allows millions of people to come into the country completely
undocumented? Many of them violent criminals and so on and so forth. And then the next one comes
in and takes an extremely heavy-handed approach, at least in the public appearance, to fixing that
problem. And you know, in some ways, restricting civil liberties for citizens, right? So you've got one
person that's sort of opening the floodgates and another one who's restricting civil liberties
in closing the floodgates. And I think that this is kind of a deliberate process. I think the other
thing is that I think that probably people who are, you know, the lobbyists and the people that
pay for the lobbyists and so on, decide, I think sometimes, hey, we're going to go after
a political party or a political group and get them as a group to follow what we want them to do.
And so I think that that's true in this case. I think that there's probably been less in the case
of geoengineering to date, at least. There has been less what's the word kind of ability to
to attract the red politicians against this than there is the blue politicians, but that can change.
So I think that it's partly they decide who they're going to buy out, but I think it's partly playing
both sides against the middle. Yeah, I think you're right. Now, states that are actively advanced
in or debate in Bans, and depending where you live out there a little bit Iowa in March 26,
or certainly this year here, overwhelmingly past House of File 2640, which explicitly prohibit
geoengineering and the intention emission of atmospheric contaminants meant to affect the
weather or climate. So Iowa is on the move there, right? Yes, yes. And it's interesting. The wording
is very important because the intentional emission is, I think, is important because
one of the confounding factors here with the geoengineering is, and I believe that this is a,
I think this is a red herring, is a lot of people who I believe are bad actors are saying, well,
it's just contaminants in the jet fuel. This is patently false because there's plenty of
documented evidence of propeller planes spraying, you know, spraying, excuse me, chemtrails,
if you want to call them that, but spraying this material. And of course, they don't, they don't
have jet engines, they're propeller blades. And we cause that there simply isn't enough
articulate matter in any exhaust to cause the kind of coverage and exposure that we see.
So it's important to note that, you know, there may well be some aspects of jet fuel that need
to be cleaned up or what have you, but that's not the principal problem here. The principal problem
is deliberate dispersion of pollution of pollutants into the into the into the atmosphere to
aggregate the cloud cover and to basically make a lot of these when you have metal in the
atmosphere, it's much easier to manipulate it by means such as electromagnetic frequencies,
which is part of the problem as well. All right. Now, what I want to do, I'm going to go through a
few other states to bring you all up to date out there. And then Dr. Bacon can comment on some of
those. And then I want to get to a couple of questions while we have time. But let me just tell you
interestingly, you probably know this, Dr. Baker, Alabama lawmakers introduce House Bill 25.
This was again in 26 year, a little earlier in the year, aiming to make whether modification
techniques like cloud seed in a class B, Mr. Meiner carrying fines of up to $100,000 for that fine
there. So that was an Alabama Pennsylvania introduced Senate Bill 508, the Clean E. Pressurvation Act,
which seeks to criminalize outdoor geoengineering solar radiation modification and cloud seed
and experiments. So that's in Pennsylvania. Arizona, we talked about already, interesting. But listen
to this other active states and listen to this list. They don't marry each other. But here we go,
Kentucky road, IGLIN, which is about as far left of a progressive state as you could possibly get.
Well, probably, I don't know if it's more or less than California, but it's out there. And
North Carolina and Texas have all introduced a legislation targeting atmospheric testing,
whether controls and others that are looking to jump into this is Illinois, Mississippi,
North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, which we spoke about briefly. So there is a movement
happening. So you've got to feel a little better or a little confident that the pot is being
stirred right now, right? People are getting on to this thing.
I think so. And it's interesting. You mentioned Rhode Island. Just parenthetically, Rhode Island
was actually an early, they've never gotten it through, unfortunately. But Rhode Island has had
legislation or attempted legislation for a number of years. They're actually an early adopter of
this. I don't know if it's something to do with just the geography of Rhode Island. There's so many
people out in Rhode Island sound sailing all the time and so on that I think they're very aware of
it. But that's definitely been the case for a number of years. It's not a strictly red
blue thing, which is a good thing in my mind. Although I do think most of the most of the
momentum is on the red side. Now I'll give you an example. One of the problems with the
with the state legislation incidentally is that the states don't control the air space.
And this is something, this is a really key point. One of the key points I said earlier about
geoengineering, well, the first thing I've said is it's absolutely real. Number two, it's worldwide.
It's extremely extensive. Anyone tells you all those are just vapor trails. They're either lying
or they don't absolutely don't know what they're talking about. So it's very real. It's worldwide.
It's really pretty nefarious. We talked about that. But I think the other considerations is a
multitude of different things. There's very little good legislation as to what you can do to
just spray things into the air. And a tremendous amount of it is through the federal government,
through the US military. And that's why the state laws are limited. I think they're important. I think
they're good. But Malcolm, who controls US air space? The United States federal government,
right? It's not the state of Florida. The state of Florida controls I think up to 400 feet.
You know, that's beyond that. It's the federal government. And you know, at least while we have
a few Patriot missiles lying around, we may not have any in a few days. But for the moment we do,
you know, no one else is coming into our air space without our permission. So anyone who is doing
this, anyone who is spraying pollutants over your head in the United States is essentially doing so
with either the tacit or express consent of the US federal government. And that's just a fact.
And so we really need things at the federal level to change anything. And there has been some
attempts at federal legislation. You know, it's interesting you're talking about Red versus Blue.
Dennis Kucinich, who was one of the more left of center congressmen actually tried to introduce
legislation as far back as the early 2000s. This has really been going on in earnest since the late 90s.
And it's gone up tremendously in the last 10 years. But it was bad enough in the early 2000s that
Kucinich tried to forward legislation to stop the geoengineering sort of chemtrails. You want to
call it that spring. So there's been on and off attempts by the federal government, by assuming,
by representatives to do this. There's currently, um, um, Marjorie Taylor Green put out a bill,
which got a couple of co-sponsors, but didn't go very far. And now there's, uh, Representative Greg
Stuby from Florida, uh, HR 7452, the air quality act. Um, and he's got several, um, co-sponsors,
Jefferson Van Drew from New Jersey, John Rutherford from Florida, Lauren Bobert from Colorado,
and I believe Timber Chat from, um, see from Kentucky, Tennessee, I think Tennessee. So, you know,
there's, again, that's all red, you know, all, all Republicans. We're gonna run right out of time.
Hold on. Let me get to a couple of questions for you. Sure. Uh, yeah. Let me get to this one from
Maryland, Maryland, Maryland. Yeah. I have, uh, sent numerous emails to the EPA with pictures,
and an official environmental complaint about the spraying of the skies. I thought Lee Zeldin was
going to do something about these. It is so bad that the streaks go on day after day. Why can this
not be stopped by the president is, it is killing us and must not go on. Why is no one listening?
That's from Maryland. So I, the first thing I would say to that listener is I 100% agree with you.
I 100% share your frustration. It is absolutely a travesty that this is going on.
What I can say is that early in the second Trump administration, Lee Zeldin did make a couple of,
public statements sort of acknowledging the existence of geoengineering, but as far as I can tell
since then absolutely nothing has been done at the level of the EPA. I think a little bit more,
how should I say it a little bit more earnestly or a little bit more honestly,
Robert F. Kennedy, the HHS secretary, has stated that that this is a real problem. He wants
to, he wants to do what he can to help stop it. However, HHS does not have, um, you know,
operational control over the military. I don't think the EPA does either. And I think that one of the
real problems is that much of this is deep state run, military or paramilitary activities.
There's a great book called, Chemtrails Exposed by Peter Kirby. I recommend people read that. He
goes into exceptional detail about the whole history of this, which really starts around the end
of World War two. And you'll see that this is run at levels that the EPA may be able to
pay lip service, but they're not in a position to stop it. I know a lot of people are deeply
concerned with this. There are people on this network and platform who's who write about this and
speak about this a fair amount. And they're very, very passionate about this. Let me get this
question in from Nick. He says, within the next handful of years, we are going to see the amplification
of the forms of geoengineering that most people have no idea about. And this includes, but is not
limited to massive strategically placed earthquakes on continents and along oceanic lines to
trigger tsunamis. This will be on top of the current catastrophic tornado and flood and events
we're seeing. What is being done about any of this? That's what Nick asked.
So the short answer for Nick, in my viewpoint is not nearly enough, very little to nothing.
I mean, the short answer is if there's also this take goes into a whole other issue with the issue
of technologies that the government, multiple governments are thought to possess with Harp
technology, H-A-R-P technology, ionosphere heaters and so on, which is not just spraying. This is
more electromagnetic frequency technologies that are believed by many to be able to trigger
earthquakes. And this is something that is top secret. This is something that has to do with
weaponization of the weather weaponization of the planet. Again, weather is a force multiplier.
And until this stuff is blown out into the open and until we step back and say we're at risk of
destroying the planet, I think that not much if anything is being done right now. This is all
military. And again, the last thing I want to stress again to to listeners is that the overwhelming
majority of this, the most it's not the only it's not the only important one, but the most
important aspect of this is the military applications of geoengineering.
Okay, that is Dr. Clayton Baker right there. And now he'll be back. He'll be catching him.
I'll tell you what, write this down now. October 1st is the Thursday. And he's the Thursday host
of America. He will be back in the saddle as we say on that day, October 1st. So jot it down.
I'm thrilled that we got the chance to do this today to get him going. Get your back up there.
So this is going to be really exciting here. And to see you take off and do all this stuff.
Now this is this has been great conversation Dr. Baker. Really, really good. We cover some ground
for sure. Yes, it's delightful to be back with you Malcolm. I appreciate your patience and
your support. And I'd be happy to come back again and hope to be back in October of full force.
100% and I know we were communicating between us and with your wife and all. But you
was a scary chapter, but you're back here and we're excited for you. You sound great. You sound
really, really good. So, thank you. So again, go up to the menu. Just put your mouse over
Autos and Hosts and look up Dr. Baker. Take a look at his book. Take a look at what he's doing. He's
got great content there. It's a marvelous contributor and great guy. And then talk shows and podcasts
go to Mark out loud pulse. Of course. And you'll get all the shows and stuff we're doing here.
Project out loud. I'm going to have them on there. Not just a head here when he's back in there
and comfortable on the video format and we'll spend some time. But we'll get him going doing a few
shows first and then we'll be able to, you know, and there'll be a lot of news. And we hope to
break some news on this program as well on this topic. And he's on the front lines. He's pushing
the envelope with the politicians and others. So that's very, very likely that that will happen.
Our friends, that's a wrap here. And thank you for joining us here. And being part of the mission.
Okay. It's time to get involved and get loud. And thanks for joining us on America out loud pulse.
Always a beta.
