Explosion at Bradford Retail Park, One Injured

0:00On March 29th, emergency crews rushed to a retail park in Bradford, Yorkshire this morning after reports of a massive explosion in the car park on Stanley Road. It happened around 10am, leaving one car with crumpled size and shattered glass all around. One person from the vehicle was taken to the hospital by ambulance while the others seemed okay but shaken up. Firefighters zeroed in on the car's engine area, checking for any fire risks right away. The response was huge, with fire engines, multiple ambulances and police cars flooding the scene to secure everything. A nearby resident sipping his morning coffee heard the blast and thought it was a bad crash at first. He washed as the emergency team swarmed a car in the coast a lot and noted the folks inside looked pretty rattled but got checked out on site. The Yorkshire ambulance service confirmed they sent one ambulance and a team leader and everything wrapped up quick with no ongoing issues reported. Police and fire services haven't shared more details yet.
