
Exonerated: Walter D. Smith - Wrongfully Convicted Of Rape And Sentenced To 190 Years

In this episode, Clay Cane talks with exoneree, Walter Smith who spent 10 years behind bars for a crime that occurred in 1985, that he did not commit in Ohio. He was sentenced to 78-190 years in prison. In 1996, after a DNA testing was completed, the results were revealed that Walter Smith did not commit the crime. He was exonerated in November 1996.
