Exonerated: Madeline Mendoza Spent Over 17 Years For A Murder She Didn't Commit

Madeline Mendoza spent over 17 years behind bars for a murder she did not commit in Chicago in 1992. Madeline was accused because someone was in custody for a drug offense and was promised a shorter sentence. There was also major police misconduct.
