After an unfulfilling career in Wall Street, Rod found his passion creating products to help businesses grow. He left Wall Street and co-founded Costello, a technology company to help sales professionals manage deals more effectively. After a $1 Million raise, building a small team and creating a prototype the company began to grow. At the two year mark they were nearing the end of their cash runway and found themselves at a fork in the road. SMG is currently creating a new customer experience platform for location-based businesses while Rod Is leading Product Management, UX Design, Data Science, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Product Operations teams. In 2017 Rod Co-founded a company called Costello to build a product that helps sales professionals manage deals more effectively and guide them through critical moments of sales calls.
