Exhaust #59: Training Day (with Jacob Hayes and Seth Rarick)

You want to make it in the sport of motocross and supercross? It's not easy. Jacob Hayes is a multi-time AMA Amateur National Champion at Loretta Lynn Ranch and the 2018 AMSOIL Arenacross Champion. But Arenacross is gone, and Hayes is trying to make the grade in the world's biggest series, grabbing top-fives in stadiums and top-tens outdoors. The CycleTrader.com/Rock River Yamaha rider doesn't know what's in store for next year yet—he's just grinding away every day in North Carolina with his trainer, Seth Rarick, at his side. These boys put in work, but so does everyone else on the line. Jason Weigandt jumps in with Rarick and Hayes for a drive to the practice track and some bench racing between motos. It's an interesting listen about life in the trenches during the week.
