Family members, plus one case, where he was listed as a potential suspect. This happened several times between January and July, 2022, without any valid police reason. He also checked vehicle details and other incidents. The misconduct carrying at police headquarters revealed no public details on the specific crimes he accessed. Khan resigned from the force in March 2024, and he blamed his actions on poor judgment and personal curiosity. Chief Constable Sir Stephen Watson called it a substantial criminal offense, even though no charges were filed. He stressed that such behavior shows a clear lack of discipline and could seriously damage public trust in policing. Khan did not attend the hearing or have representation there.
