EU to address energy crisis, Nepal election

Israeli army says it was targeting building housing a financial institution used by Hezbollah.

European Union oil and gas supply coordination groups are set to meet on Thursday. They will address the conflict's impact on energy markets and review EU countries' oil supplies. UK Prime Minister Kistama says his government is working with international partners to ease the economic fallout. Let's take a look at some of the day's other news, making headlines a man has been killed in a Russian attack in eastern Ukraine. Several others were injured in the bomb blast on Sunday in Kramatorsk. The city is 14 kilometres from the front line and is one of Ukraine's last strongholds in the eastern Donetsk region. A centrist party in Nepal led by a rapid-turned politician is set for a landslide victory. It's the first parliamentary election since youth-led protesters ousted the previous leadership.
