The Biennale fire back, explaining they can't block any country recognized by Italy, especially since Russia owns its pavilion built in 19. 14 and just had to notify them to participate. They stand firm on no censorship in art, pushing dialogue and openness amid global tensions, as this massive event draws 99 nations across. Venice's gardens and beyond, just like they've resisted excluding others before.
