Welcome to After Dark of the American Outlaw Tongue Radio Network. I am your host, Rob Harper, and my co-host tonight is Heather Robinson, a contributor for the New York Post. Heather, how are you tonight? I'm doing fine, Rob. How are you? Heather, all things considered, I am doing fine as well. We've got a lot to talk about tonight. We've got the Iran, no deal on the table to talk about and want to cover that. We also, Eric Swalwell, the senator from California who is suspending his bid for governor due to allegations of inappropriate behavior with some of his staff. And I'm sure some of you have seen the video of him engaging in some type of trist with the woman. I'm yet to confirm that it's him or that it's not, I don't think that it's AI, but we're still looking to see if this is really Eric Swalwell.
But that being said, I want to start with Iran and what's happening there. And then move on to Eric Swalwell, which I hopefully will be our topic tonight, person who's been living in a glass house, drawing stone, only to find out that his house is now cracking. And on Iran, we know that there were a series of meetings that the Trump administration had been having with some of the leaders in Iran and then culminating into a major meeting this past weekend, trying to get a piece deal. They had agreed on no more strikes in Iran that they would stop the bombing. But it seems as though Iran, for some reason, think that they have all the cards and can get the U.S. to do what they want them to do. Now to be honest, I never felt that the ceasefire, although it still ceasefire for the most
part, was going to work, was going to materialize into a deal, a piece deal that Iran would say we will no longer try to enrich uranium. You will open up the street of her moods. I had, I was under no pretense that that was going to happen. I felt that it wasn't going to happen. And if you guys go back and look at some of our podcasts on america out loud news, you'll see that I said that in my position was go ahead, bomb the hell out of them and be done with it. When Trump came out and said, made the statement about civilization that we're going to end civilization. A lot of people were clutching their pearls and it was like, oh my god, how could you say that? Right behind them 100%. I said, do what needs to happen, be done with it and then let's go home. Take over the straight of a news, go home, charge European, a European nation's charge China, but get in the oil, let's do it and then let's go home. Just get rid of these people. I'm tired of them. It has been four decades.
There is no reasoning with them. And their thought process Heather is, let's burn it all down, let's burn the whole damn house down. Okay. Fine. Now when I say civilization, I'm talking about the bad guys, find out who they are and kill all of them. I'm tired of this. I have no sympathy for them. I feel nothing for them, but contempt. I am tired of this part of the world. Get rid of them, Mr. President and move forward. That's the only thing we could do. There is no reasoning with these bultures, these barbaric terrorists. There is no reasoning. They see that they're on their last leg, they don't care. And the video of them showing that they have women and children standing around this power plant, it's propaganda. When they go home, bomb it. And if they want to come out, bomb them, let's be done with it. I'm tired of it. I am sick and tired of Iran.
What more can we do? They think they have the upper hand and they don't. And you know why they think that? Not only they're trying to walk around with their chest, beating their chest, but because we have a media that is completely corrupt that is siding with them as opposed to saying, why won't Iran just give in? They keep saying, oh no, I can't do it. I ran. I'm not going to do it because Donald Trump, he's chicken. He caved. Donald Trump caved. Shame on you. Shame on the media. Shame on Democrats. And when Trump comes out with a statement, a definitive statement and say, well, this is going to be the end of their civilization. Then they're freaking out. Oh, no, how can you say that? And then when he doesn't do it, oh, you're chicken. Get rid of them. Get rid of Iran and let's move forward. Heather, what are your thoughts? Hey, Rob. Well, I think that for sure there can be no real deal with remnants of the regime as
a brilliant man I interviewed recently said that would be like trying to make a deal with Hitler during the waning days of the Third Reich. I think we need to understand finally what Israel and Israelis have understood and come to understand over the past 80 plus years, which is that when you're dealing with the radical elements of the Arab world, sadly, there is no making a deal. In the Bible, there's a line about the descendants of Ishmael who was Abraham's first son. And I'm not a big fundamentalist, Rob, but I can't help but think a lot about this line. It keeps repeating in my head, even when I want so much to hope for some easier solution to these terrible, terrible problems.
The line is about the descendants of Ishmael who, I guess, many stages and people like that view as the Arabs of today. And of course, technically, Persians aren't Arabs, but I mean, this is a bit of speculation and I admit that. And I just have the sense that there was something prophetic about the words which were the descendants of Ishmael would be a wild donkey of a man whose hand would be raised against all other men and other men's hands raised against him. In other words, the descendants of Ishmael were fierce people. They were warlike people. And maybe there I say crazy people. And I'm not talking about all Arabs, I'm not talking about all Muslims, but there is an element that has been a plague on this world decade after decade in the modern world.
These radical people, I know that there's fanaticism there, I know that, you know, I just I question whether any agreement is going to bring them to heal and accept the terms that they need to accept for us to coexist. I think October 7th showed us what they are capable of, what they are, they meaning the Iranian regime which helped to sponsor October 7th and its little proxies, Hezbollah, Hamas, as long as they're still around and Iran is still funding them and funding itself. And I mean, there's just not going to be any peaceful solution and I don't know strategically tactically Rob, I mean, you know, from a military perspective that's not my area, I don't know what the best approach is, but I know the war is not over and it's not even close
to being over. And one other thing I do want to say is that for anyone who dares to blame Israel for this, they need to understand a couple things. One, as far as the U.S. war effort, right or wrong, America in attempting regime change in Iraq, you know, in general has taken a different approach than Israel. Israel, generally speaking, doesn't try to change the Arab people. I remember hearing that Ariel Sharone said to Neton Sharanski who was a great, who is a great Russian dissident and an idealist and a very brave man, but he came to Israel with a lot of idealistic ideas. And I remember hearing something about Sharone said to him, look, your ideas were fine in the former Soviet Union because you were dealing with an enemy with a repressive
dictatorship, yes, you know, a totalitarian country, but the truth is they weren't, they were not, gosh Rob, this is politically incorrect, but you were talking, you were dealing with the culture that wasn't completely incompatible with any kind of Western advancement. And you know, I'm paraphrasing here, but he basically said, you're talking, in the Arab world, all bets are off, this is a different mindset, it's a different culture. You cannot guilt them or, you know, you can't, you know, prick their conscience into having them behave a certain way, you know, basically you just can't change them, you just have to keep mowing the grass, you have to keep, you have to keep vigilant and not allow the terrorists and the leaders, so-called leaders of these radicals to gain power, you just have to fight them
like, you know, so anyway, I mean, I see it as like a chronic disease that has to be fought, unless you want to try to find a way, like you're talking about to just, you know, have the reaction be so massive, but I don't think the West has the stomach for that Rob. I don't think there are ways you can win this probably, but I don't think the West is there. So, I mean, it may just go back to sort of the Israeli style mowing the grass, and uh, but one thing you can't do is be naive about their intentions. I mean, that's what really disappoints me, um, in here in America, among our conservatives, I mean, I think most conservatives are standing strong and, you know, especially our Christian allies are righteous people and they understand that Israel's not doing any of this and America's not doing any of this for kicks.
I mean, this is a matter of civilizational survival against a barbaric bloodthirsty, fanatical enemy. I think most Americans, most Christian Americans especially get that, but I have to say the one thing I do find very disappointing is some people on the conservative side of the aisle, the commentariat talking about Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, these opportunistic people who, you know, if they don't understand that you're talking about fanatical people, I mean, after 9-11, after October 7, after the murder of 241 Marines in 1983 while they slept, after all the dismemberment and death to our service members, all the IEDs and the terrorist bombings in Iraq and Afghanistan, when all America was trying to do was help those people build some kind of democratic, you know, modern life. I mean, after all the the assaults and massacres
of, you know, not just Jewish Americans, but Christian Americans in Israel at Hebrew University walking down the street, Taylor Forrest was a young Marine who wanted to walk where Jesus walked and got stabbed in the heart by Hamas a few years ago. I mean, that's just one example of hundreds of Americans, you know, Jewish Americans, Christian Americans. I mean, you know, there's no excuse for pretending that Iran is no threat and that this terrorist mindset and these terrorist networks are no threat to Americans. That's just shameful, totally disrespectful to the victims of terrorism for the past 40 years since 1979, you know, I mean, those people as far as I'm concerned, you know, I mean, I don't believe in disbarring journalists and there is no such thing, right, unless you're sued for, you know, liable and, you know, you lose it, lawsuit, I mean, there's no journalists and commentators are free to say what they want in America,
but I really think that it's shameful what they've done because there are two intelligent to believe some of what they're spouting. You know, I mean, I'm sure they feel like Israel, whatever gets a pass with everything. It's one thing to say, oh, I question whether we should give this much foreign aid or we should do that, but I mean, to pretend that Iran is no threat and none of this is any threat and what does that mean? American, Israel are just engaging in this for no reason because we just are bloodthirsty. I mean, it's ridiculous and I mean, that much I do know, I think Americans need to get their heads on straight. We can have a legitimate debate about how to approach this conflict, but to pretend there's no conflict, you know, I mean, that's just to, you know, to fantasize that we're in another time that everybody's in some kind of kumbaya that if you separate yourself and maybe it's just we're just past that
there's no way, you know, I mean, I get it. They don't want people, masses of immigrants coming here, you know, from these places. That's fine. I think you can try to control that, but you can't completely separate us from the, I mean, the reality is we rely on this economy relies on oil. It's a global commodity. I mean, these people have a certain amount of power because of the oil and it's, you know, you can say all day, no blood for oil and listen, I wouldn't want my family member dying in a war over oil either. So I think we should be careful. We should be judicious about boots on the ground. You know, I agree with that, but we can't really pretend that there is no conflict and that, you know, we're going to demonize our allies like Israel. When the truth is, the whole world is dependent on oil, the oil is being sat on by some fanatics who
preach hate and go out and target innocent people for horrendous torture and including Americans. And it's a very thorny, complicated, ongoing problem and to just sit there and demonize our allies and pretend that America doesn't have to fight this is not the answer, right? I'm not saying I know what the answer is, but I know it isn't that. Also, one thing I wanted to say Rob is that, you know, anybody who's trying to blame Israel for this is just incredibly stupid. I mean, for one thing, nobody, as we know, tells Donald Trump, bosses him around. I mean, he's making the decisions he's making like them or not. But if anybody's an influence, it's Saudi Arabia because Israel doesn't have any oil. We don't take our orders from Israel. No American president ever has.
And, you know, Nor should they. I mean, I'm a Jewish American and I love Israel almost as much as I love America, but I don't, I'm not saying Israel's never tried to give America orders or asked anything other than help in defending itself. Israel's citizens, they're the boots on the ground. Every kid in Israel has to serve for years in the army when they're 18 years old. The whole country is in the army because they have to be to survive. They don't ask for Americans to come fight. They don't, I mean, yes, they get a good amount of foreign aid and they also do what they can to spend a lot of it here in America on munitions. They buy everything here in America. They cooperate with America on tech, on health projects, on counterterrorism, but they don't really have any leverage because they don't have oil. They can't, even if they wanted to boss around America, they can't. It's absurd. It's not true. And, you know, if anything, it's the Arabs who have more,
they have more power as as you can see with what they're doing. I mean, it's locking this straight. We're talking about Iran who aren't technically Arabs, but, you know, Muslim fanatics, they're basically holding the world hostage, the world economy hostage. And on the other side, you have the Saudis telling Trump to keep going because the Saudis are, you know, war with Iran, the whole region is a war with Iran. They don't want to fall victim to Iran and they have the money. They have the black gold, as it were. So I don't think that, you know, they, I don't think that they're, I mean, I think ultimately, Trump and America's decisions are our own. I'm not trying to blame anybody else, but I think if you want to consider who's got the real influence, it's the Saudi prince. What is his name? The new guy, um, Muhammad been sold on. But, you know, the Saudis have, they have leverage. Right. They refer to him. You must be right. We're up against the time. We've got to go

And I'm glad you mentioned Heather, Saudi Arabia, and if anyone who's in voicing America, I would say that is the Gulf states that want Iran to be stopped. We learned it just the other day. Now that Trump is saying, okay, the deal is off. We're going to control the Strait of Hormuz. We found out that Saudi Arabia had previously built a pipeline up under the Strait of Hormuz so that they could pump oil through bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran has been controlling in a threatening type fashion. Now why would they want to attack ships that are going through the Strait of Hormuz? Why would they want to delay ships knowing
that oil is needed to get through that narrow passage? Why would they do that? I want someone who's so intelligent, who's so against us trying to get Iran to do what's right to explain to me. Why would we want to give them control of that? And why would Iran want to threaten ships that are knowing that it would disrupt the global markets? Why? I'll tell you why. Because if they were to get a nuclear weapon, they would do the exact same thing. People wake up. It's a no-win situation. That's what we're up against. A no-win situation, unless we annihilate Iran, neutered them completely. And I do mean completely. We've got to stop being afraid. We've been afraid for four decades. We did the same thing with North Korea under Kim Jong Un, the second. He said, oh, we're not going to enrich uranium. Oh, we're just nice. We're just looking at it. Bill Clinton convinced the world. Oh, they're not going to. Let's just welcome them with open arms. We don't have to go in and inspect and see what they're doing. And then in 2006, what did they do? They launched,
they launched their first nuclear bomb or whatever. They were like, oh my god, we thought you told us you weren't doing it. They lied. Now they have a nook. And what is a little rocket man doing every so often? He was threatened in South Korea. He was threatened the other countries in that region. But when Trump came on, Trump said, oh, no, you don't remember. My guns are a lot bigger than your guns. Then he subdued him because he knew that Trump would come in and clean up House. The same thing needs to happen with Iran. And if we had an honest media who would stop giving Iran props, who would stop siding with the enemy. This is what I say, shut them down because they're propaganda arms. They're not journalists. Let's be clear here. They are not journalists. They're acting as propaganda machines. And we saw that last week when Trump came out and said, I'm going to end civilization. They freaked out. Oh my god. How dare he say this? He can't say that he can't do that. Meanwhile, Iran has been threatening to get rid of us on the streets and death to America. Death and the media said absolutely nothing. All of the radicals have been saying death to America burning
our flags. Where were they getting the flags from? Where were they getting America flags from to burn? Let's start there. What do you think they were getting it from? From people from inside our country, sending it to them, sending them propaganda. I wouldn't be at all surprised as people with inside our country is telling them, this is how you deal with Trump. Why don't you do this? Why don't you do that? Don't bag down. He's not going to do anything. And it needs within the gate. We know this happened during Trump's first term 2016 when John Kerry said, Oh, Iran, don't worry about the money that he stopped. He'll be out of the office in 2020. And we'll start the money back up. And as soon as they cheated on the election, what did they do? Joe Biden came in and gave Iran the rest of the money that Barack Obama was giving them. Please don't tell me that you don't see this. But these are the people that feel sorry for Iran. Oh, they're so innocent. No, they're not. For decades, we've been dealing with this rogue nation. These rogue players giving them every opportunity to disarm. We bombed them last summer. Why are they coming up yet again, trying to do the exact same thing? The media told us last summer, they don't have anything. And then once we bombed
them, what did they say? Oh, you missed. Wait, I thought you said they didn't have it. So how did we miss something that they didn't have? They'd go around the exact same thing. We're telling them, stop, stop, stop. And they're saying, Ha, ha, ha, we're not going to stop. Then we go in and we decimate their military. They have nothing. And then we tell them open up the strait of her moves, put down your weapons, stop trying to attack us. And if you don't, we're going to end it for you completely. What does the media say? Oh, you can't save that. That's horrible. We're supposed to have to take the moral high ground. We're supposed to this. We're supposed to that. Meanwhile, as you said, Heather, look at all the people that they have killed. Time is up. No more sympathy. I'm sick and tired of Iran. And it's time to decimate the entire military regime. Go in, convert. I don't care how you do it, but just get rid of all them. Decapitate them all. End it. Let's put it into this once and for all. This is what the other gulf states want. But I want them to have some skin in the game also. I want them to send their military out there
to show that we mean business. Forget about Europe. Okay. Europe is useless now. NATO is useless. And some of you think that they're good. Okay. That's fine. But in my opinion, they're useless because when we need them to stand up, when we need them to show a force and say, look, I ran, you've been warned. You've been cautioned. It's time for you to stop. We know where you're doing. We know that you're trying to enrich uranium. We know it. We're not going to allow it. Because if they get it, what will they do? They're going to threaten everyone. And people say, well, why should we care? Well, you know, maybe we shouldn't care. Let them just new Europe. Let them just take out Europe because yours being taken over anyway by radical Muslims. So who gives a damn? Just say, okay, fine. But now Trump is saying we're going to reroute the ships to the gulf of America. We're going to control the straight up her moves. And if the European is complaining about it, and I would put a heavy price on the oil for them, I said, no, we're going to jack the price up. And you got to pay it because this is going to protect us just in case you guys get I ran into thinking that, oh, just go ahead and vote below those ships up. Oh, yeah, really?
Yeah, we're going to show you something. We're going to jack the prices up. China screw you left their economy collapse. I don't care about these people anymore. I'm sick and tired of that region. Why does it matter to us? I'll tell you why it matters to us because if we don't do it, you would have China trying to come in and the Western hemisphere. That's the reason why we're trying to stop this. I wish people would understand geopolitics. Get your go to duck duck go study history, understand where we are, understand what's happening. All those naysayers who are out there saying, oh, you can't do this. And this is not there. And Trump is there's no Trump is trying to protect us because what is Trump is off the stage. You will have, hopefully not, but Lucy go see liberal leaders who will allow these foreign countries to do whatever the hell they want to do and encroach on our in our backyard doing everything possible to destroy us. Look at what's happening to America right now. Look at this guy Roy Singham who's in China, funding all these radical groups within our
country. We need to go after him. Shut down his bank accounts. Every bank account that he has shut him down and they say, anyone who's doing business with you with him, we consider you an adversary. We just got to start playing top and shutting it down, but we can't get there because we have people from within the country working against us like Eric Swahwell who just got caught doing the exact same thing he has been accusing others of doing it. You guys know Eric Swahwell, the guy who's running for governor. Well, he was running for governor of California, the esteemed senator who was all over the Epstein file saying that Trump needs to come clean, the same Eric Swahwell who went after Brett Kavanaugh. If they'd Brett Kavanaugh, he did all these bad things to what was her name, that woman, that Eric Swahwell. Yeah, yeah. The Eric Swahwell, who had an affair with Feng Feng. That's Eric Swahwell. That is the Chinese spy. And what did the media do? The media just dance right over it. Pretend it though it didn't happen. Oh, you can't believe that. Oh, they're just trying to, they're just trying to dirty his name.
Oh, don't believe. Don't believe what they're saying. We're seeing blazy food. They're seeing blazy food. That's the one who was going against Brett Kavanaugh. And they said, oh, believe her, believe her. The woman didn't know who, what, where, when, and how. But she was able to finger Brett Kavanaugh. Really? And what was the supposed to believe it? History will look at this and will judge us harshly, would judge Democrats harshly and rightfully so because they should, because we lost ourselves during that moment in time. Over what nonsense? Over people like Eric Swahwell running around trying to accuse President Trump. And this is the same Eric Swahwell, who tried, he even tried to run for the presidency. You can't make this stuff up. You just can't make it up. So now, last week, he found himself and brawled and a scandal for women, his staffers, accusing him of sexual harassment. Now, I'm sure many in the media have known about this for quite some time, but they probably chose not to say anything about it. Why? Oh, because he goes in hard on Donald Trump. Oh, don't touch him. Leave him alone. Let him keep going. He's, he's all about
the Epstein files. He's all about holding Trump accountable. So let him do it. Let him go for it. Look at how he, what he did to Brett Kavanaugh. Oh, we love him. But he was having an affair with the Chinese spy. And that information should have been disclosed to the American people. Why would they try to protect meanwhile? They were getting just creating stuff on Donald Trump, making it up whole clock. Russia collusion. Oh, he tried to overestimate the price of his property. You had all these judges jumping in on this, just making stuff. I mean, making stuff up. That's the thing that I just don't understand. Making it up. And I'm like, anyone with the brain, all you have to do is just sit down. Google what they're talking about that he's guilty of. And you will see that it doesn't make it doesn't have any foundation. You have a judge who knows nothing about real estate, trying to put an appraise value on a property. You have judges that are saying, oh, what Trump lied about the value of his property. It's like if you understand real estate, when you go into a bank, they'll say, how much is a property worth? You'll give them an estimate.
They'll say, okay, fine. But then they go out and do their own estimation. They get their own appraiser. So he can say that it's worth 20 million. But the bank will go in and say, but we had and not just want appraiser. They'll get more than one. They'll get two or three depending on the size of the property. And then from that, they'll say, this is what we believe the value to be. This judge never did it. So I'm sitting back and I'm thinking, you have realtors that are out there knowing what's happening is wrong. But they won't say anything out of fear that if we say something, they'll come after us. Then all these charges, oh, Trump did this with E. Jean Carroll and she can't remember anything. She's just making it up. I mean, Heather, it was ridiculous. And you have Eric Swahwell doing this and then some knowing that he's doing it. The media probably know that he did it just like with John Edwards. When John that was running for president back in 2006, I think it was right. The media knew that this guy was having an affair on his wife. They knew it, but they covered for him until they decided we're not going to cover anymore. And I'm looking at this
and I'm like, wow, the media isn't that corrupt. I mean, how could you do this? Actually, you know, it was interesting how that finally came out. But that's a side note, a historical side note about John Edwards. It was the national inquirer. But I always had a tiny bit of empathy for him only because what the way they got him is that he had enough conscience to go visit the baby he had fathered with this woman. Her name was Rott Rial Hunter. And she was in a motel somewhere wanting to see him and he went and secretly visited the baby. Maybe it's just me as a woman with a ticking biological clock, but I just always thought it was kind of sadly ironic that yes, he was a shister, but he wasn't the lowest of the low of the shisters. They got him because instead of abandoning this woman and the baby, he was secretly going to visit the baby. Trying to do the right thing. But it just shows you how the Democrats will cover
for their own. And I guess they had enough. They've had enough Eric Swalwell. As I mentioned, last week, these stories started to trickle out in social media. He denied it. Initially, the media paid no attention to it. They want to pretend as if though, well, this didn't happen, they're making it up. And then finally, I don't know what happened. But as I was saying, during the break, I do believe that someone within the Democrat party pushed for this story to get out there. Whenever something like this happens, it's always their side. Now they'll blame Republicans just like Jasmine Crockett when she lost her race. She wanted to blame Republicans. I'm like no blame Democrats. It was Stephen Corbyr, who refused to allow you to come on his show after he allowed your opponent to come on. You had Democrats saying don't listen to her. Not Republicans. Republicans wanted you to win because they knew that you would be a easy opponent. So the same thing with Eric Swalwell. Republicans were looking at this and saying,
no, let him stay in because if we have all of these Democrats in, the way California does their vote is going to split their vote and the Republican will end up winning. So it wasn't us. Don't blame us, Eric Swalwell. And I wish the Republicans would get in front of this stop. And I've set this on so many occasions. We've got to start playing the game the way they play the game. We've got to start being ruthless. The way to play the game has changed. And if we don't change, we will lose. We need to get behind Trump with what he's doing and say, no, we need to win. Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson and Candace Owen, you guys need to drop on the side. Do something else because we need to win. We don't need all this crazy division. It's time for us to win and we've got to start finding. So Republicans need to come out and call Swalwell out and say, no, we didn't do it. Your own party did it because they recognized the fact that what you're doing is completely different than what you're
saying. Affairs with all these women. Are you serious? Who do you think you are? And then you want to try to call out Red Cavanaugh and say, Oh, no, Christian Blisi Ford. Oh, we've got to believe her. Oh, no, no, no. Meanwhile, you're banging your office staffers harassing your office staffers, banging a Chinese spy and you're supposed to be married. And on top of that, paying your nanny with campaign bonds, going on these expensive vacations. Oh, the hell does this man think he is? But see, he's able to get away with it because there was no one to hold him accountable until now. Someone within the Democrat apparatus looked at this and said, it is time to hang him out to dry. Maybe it was Katie Porter. She's a bad candidate also has a very nasty attitude. And see, now people are looking at these people and say, Nope, we don't want them anymore, but still, as I said, Republicans have got to push back hard and call this out. Folks, you'll listen to After Dark of the America Outlaw Talk video network. We'll be back with the
last half of the show. I'm going to let Heather weigh in on her thoughts with the latest with Eric Swahwell and his honey money baby from China. Hope you'll join us. We're back with the last half of the show. Like I said, there's just so much to talk about because the news is moving at rapid speed. We saw that the astronauts from Automus, they landed safe and sound. Give them a big kudos for circling the moon. Trump said it would happen in 2016. He said that we're going to go to the moon. We're going to be China. We're going to be Russia and we did it. Where is the media? We're giving him the accolades. No where to be found. And all those who are saying, oh, we want Trump to focus on what he said was going to do. Well, he said this was going to happen. And that happened. I talked about the Trump accounts. Look at that. He did that. No tax on tips. No tax on social security. Wow. Trump are ex having investments in the United States with factories being built. So he is working domestically. Yes, there's a much, much more to be done. But we've got to look at the picture and his totality. And remember, this is what Trump is doing. He can walk, talk and chew gum at the same time. We got to make
certain that we're supporting him and then calling out people like Eric Swahwell as opposed to us getting lost in these Democrat media spins. Now, how many of us going to go out there in social media and just completely ride Eric Swahwell? Because that's what we should be doing. The same way you wanted to keep, we want to know about the Epstein files. You should be demanding to know about Eric Swahwell. What did he know? And when did he know it? Gavin Newsom, all the corruption has taken place in California. We need to know everything about that. We've turned from mega to put his money where his mouth is, stopped trying to attack its own and go after the opponents. Heather, what are your thoughts on Eric Swahwell? Well, I think that yes, that it's another example of the hypocrisy, someone who's so invested in all the shibbolits and the sanctimony of the me too and all that, which as you know, all along, I mean, I was skeptical of the mob kind of
mentality and work there. I mean, now that the wave has crested and that that hold me to episode has calmed down, I feel like I can be a little more fair myself about evaluating what something good came out of it. But as you know, I felt that the whole movement was rife with excess, you know, everything from the slogan, believe women, like as if the only thing you need to do to have a system of justice is provide testimony, which would mean that any time anyone accused, anyone of anything, if the accuser was female, there'd be no need for a trial or any investigation or I mean, it just was ridiculous on its face. It was kind of as absurd as defund the police. I mean, it was just a totally unrealistic sort of maxim and people just were jumping
on board and I felt that there was a lot of hypocrisy. I mean, I just feel it's like they're pointing to something that I guess deserves attention, but doing it in such a way that they're just smashing down on people and whole groups of people and appointing themselves, the arbiters of truth. And the reality is that there are men out there who are disrespectful and who are abusive, you know, and there are good men and great men and there are women who are victims and who are, you know, women are vulnerable in a lot of ways, but then there are women who have their own agendas. And if you're supposed to believe no woman ever lied about anything, I mean, then you know, you're obviously not living in reality. So I mean, these people who are the loudest voices in
condemnation, I do think the old saying, you know, he who doth protest too much is sometimes revelatory and in this case it clearly is. I, you know, all along I wondered if some of the women who were out to hang most men as abusers and harassers and have the darkest interpretation of anything anyone says or does, you know, if they could hear their own husbands, boyfriends, brothers, you know, at the end of the worst day of their lives talking about women, they'd probably be pretty shocked. I mean, I'm a realist, you know, and I just think that anyway, you're asking about Swalwell. Yes, I think he seems like a real sanctimonious. Just a schmock. I mean, I've thought that all along and some of these people who are so obsessed
with hating Trump and clutching their pearls and just the tone. I mean, you can just tell that to be that obsessively anti anyone other than who we should really be anti, which is like people who have no respect for life, people who hurt children, you know, some traffickers, terrorists. I mean, where's the outrage those people? No, no, you know, we'd rather be outraged as conservatives and at President Trump as if that's the worst that there is in the world, you know, that it deserves all of this time and energy. It just shows you that people, these people don't really care deeply about human rights and about protecting children or else, you know, for only, only as a matter limited time and resources, they would curb some of their fascination with hating Trump and conservatives just so that they could dedicate some time and energy to addressing issues and trying to
help people. I mean, so I think it was revealing that this man was obsessively complaining about Trump and I think that it sounds like there was a lot of projecting going on. Well, it's again, I just just looking at this whole thing with Swahwell and how he came out and just vehemently denied all these accusations, wanted to blame MAGA and said that we were creating all this and then I look and think back what happened during the Brad Cavanaugh days, not a shred of evidence. Everything they were throwing up there made absolutely no sense would have never been admitted in a court of law. A court of law that didn't have an activist judge I should add, but they had rigged the system in their favor. So when this story broke, again, he assumed that the
media wouldn't cover it. I thought the same thing. No, I'm not one of those who would say believe all women, but he had a history. There had been rumors of this man being touchy feeling. And again, you can't just you can't look at that and say, oh, well, you know, he's guilty, but the way the media chose to ignore it. First, which thing? No one that the CIA had investigated him, had called him in and he had testified and people were saying, okay, if there's nothing wrong, why would you allow your testimony to be released? I think it was Caspartel who said that we're going to release it and he was fighting like crazy. Oh, no, you can't do it. That's a violation. Don't do it. Don't do it. What do you have to hide? If there's nothing there,
then release it. He's at the same thing of Trump. Well, he must be hiding something. Then what did Trump say? No, I'm not hiding anything, but there are innocent people whose names might be in some of these documents and then people will assume Alan Dirtch would set the same thing. I know the names that are there. There's nothing to fear, but people will assume want to say here the names. Now, we know also last week Melania Trump came out and gave a statement that they were trying to drag her name in the Epstein or deal. And she said, you better stop. James Carville, office preside UK, the Daily Beast. I mean, just making things up because of their hate for Trump. Just making it up. Meanwhile, Eric Swarwell saw this knowing that the footsteps of inevitability were right behind him,
but he kept going after Trump. Trump has done something wrong and I don't believe this in Trump, Trump, Trump. Thinking that he had been inoculated by the media that they're going to protect him. They've given him the shield like they've shielded so many people. Adam Schiff, you're probably next. Licky Katie Porter, the nastiness that she has shown us to her staff, to her husband, but she'll be by the media making it seem as if they'll, oh no, she's just a woman of power. People don't like that. No, she's a nasty woman with a nasty attitude who should not be in politics. Pouring hot water on her husband, boiling water of potatoes, saying that her little girl came to her and said, oh mom, so if I get raped enough, I have a baby. I can't avoid it. Your daughter didn't say that. You made that up. But the media gave her cover. So why wouldn't Eric Swarwell think that they're going to give him cover also? We'll look at the cover that they're giving Iran. Making it seem as if Iran are so innocent. They're good players.
Look at the bad leaders that we've taken out and how the media has said, oh these are just these were good men. How could we do this? Oh, they were good men. So why wouldn't Eric Swarwell think the same thing that they're going to continue to give me cover? And then finally, the footsteps of inevitability Heather caught up with them. Someone somewhere probably said, this is not going to in well. They're gone for you. This is not going to end. You've got to say something about it. So what does he do? I'm going to suspend my campaign. That's that's the first step. They suspend the campaign. Now, I hope he just said I'm out of it all together because I'm hearing that they're saying even his own even Nancy Pelosi has said that he needs to step aside and look at this Nancy Pelosi. So you know, this is getting serious. If Nancy Pelosi is coming out saying this, this is getting really serious. There has to be something there that the Democrats are trying to get ahead of.
There has to be something there that they're saying this will not look good for us. He needs to step aside. Maybe it's the bios that cash material wants to release about thank thing. Maybe, well, I'm sure Nancy Pelosi has seen it than some of the others. And maybe they're saying, wait, we need to distance ourselves right now. Cut our losses because this is not going to look good. Maybe that's what it is that they're looking at this and they're like, this is not good. Eric, you need to step aside. For him to come out now and say, I'm going to suspend my campaign because, let me look at the history. This guy has been hardcore going after Trump, going after other Republicans, what he did to Brad Kavanaugh. He had no reason not to think that they were going to shield for him and keep protecting him. So whatever is about to come out about him, it is not good. As I mentioned, you can go on social media right now and look at some of the videos that they're
putting out there. Maybe there's more to them. But for his staffers, for women to accuse him and say, no, there's something behind it, something really bad. And the Democrats are trying to cut their losses and distance themselves in a mighty big way because they know that this is not going to look good. So while he wants to blame Republicans and say that, oh, they're trying that they're coming after me. No, you created this. You dug your own grave. It's time for you to accept responsibility. Stop trying to blame others. When you have people inside your party like Nancy Pelosi saying, we need to look at this. We need to slow it slow down. He needs to step aside and take care of this because she could have very easily said, oh, no, there's nothing to it. You know, he'll be okay.
No, there's something to this. And I don't think is whatever that something is, Heather. I don't think is anything good. So I think Democrats are saying we need to run to the heels because this is bad. Yeah, it's interesting how, as you note, there is a double standard because the media tends to be so biased against conservatives and in favor of Democrats, liberals, whatever. So it's like in order for any story to come out about a conservative, I mean, about, excuse me, a liberal a Democrat, it's like there has to be someone outing the person because the media is not going to dig it up on their own. So it's almost like they get to get together whoever's the powers to be or whoever is making the decisions. And you know, whether it's the DNC or whatever,
or like you said, I guess it could be anybody who is going to tip the media off. It's not like the media is going to initiate any investigation of any Democrat-shisting, you know, whether in personal life or professional or both. So yeah, I mean, it's kind of it's it's unbalanced and it's but it's something to speculate why, you know, I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist, but it's like you wonder. They do seem to have a way of, I think it's part of the corrupt and dishonest way they operate as a party at this point that they cut their members out, you know, they toss them to to the to the wolves, the media, whatever, when they become less likely to be winners for the Democrats, it's like there's there seems to be no scruples. Like I think about Cuomo. I mean,
Cuomo certainly deserved to go down. He was horrible in the pandemic. He made the most bone had a decision of all that cost thousands of elderly lives, you know, to mandate the nursing homes, accept COVID infected people among other elderly vulnerable, fragile people, and even when the nursing home directors are on record in several cases as protesting that this is very dangerous. I mean, Cuomo threatened them with, you know, funding being cut off and losing their licenses, etc. He really strong armed them into doing something that he was being told was dangerous to the elderly. I mean, but meanwhile, that's not what he went down for. The media covered for him in a lot of ways. I mean, that didn't come out right away. And when it came out, it's like the party didn't oust him, but they did over the sexual
harassment allegations, which actually didn't sound that serious to me. I mean, certainly not compared to what he did there, which was a horrendous decision. Whatever you believe his motives, I mean, it cost lives. It was absolutely horrible, disastrous decision, but interestingly, I mean, he, you know, it's like he then got expelled, you know, for sort of, for saying, do you want to play strip poker to a staffer? So my point is to just somebody made the decision time to cut Cuomo loose. Well, the same way I'll say this, then we've got to go the same way they did with Eric Swahwell. The decision was made that it was too risky to keep supporting him. It's time to cut loose, and that's what they've done. Folks, you've been listening to After Dark and the America Outlaw Talk Radio Network, your host Rob Harper and my co-host and I was Heather Robinson, you contributed to the New York Post.
