Equinox & Aries Season Reading For Creative Entrepreneurs

The theme of the season is YOU HAVE TO TRUST YOURSELF.

Your next level of leadership is going to require a radical new level of self trust.

It's going to require you to heal your hyperindependence, trying to perfect everything in private, telling yourself you don't deserve to be compensated supported loved YET, trying to earn and prove and convince.

It's going to require you trusting that you're ready to be seen now, that it's safe to be seen as you are, that you're allowed to be paid and loved and respected and rewarded for your work NOW.

It's going to require that you heal your relationship with being in community — which is all about trusting that you'll back yourself, not lose track of your own voice and opinions, not let people walk all over you, that you'll walk away when you need to and compromise when it benefits the good of the business.

It's going to require you to heal your relationship with leadership which means healing your relationship with responsibility, power, and authority and knowing that you're a good leader and people will follow you.
