About this episode
In this episode, which we recorded just after Mother’s Day here in Australia, we talk about: how it’s so normal and natural to feel big feelings on Mother’s Day, and how those are a reflection of living in the Disconnected Domination Culture (in Marion’s words). We share about how we moved from feeling disappointed, sad and frustrated on Mother’s Day to deeply fulfilled and valued, and some invitations for other mothers to make that shift. We also talked about moving from valuing mothers one day a year, to the centrality of valuing mothers for a healthy culture.
