Robert “Bobby” Fratta, a former Missouri City police officer, was in the middle of a contentious divorce with his wife Farah. But in 1994 something horrific happened, Farah was shot to death, execution style. The investigation would lead back to Bobby, but why? Well, it turned out he had a secret he wanted no one to know. Let's just say he was quite the POS.
