Episode 95 No Congress Can't Overturn State Abortion Laws, Either

Summary:

President Biden signed an executive order which “aims to safeguard access to reproductive health care services, including abortion and contraception.” But he says the real remedy to the Supreme Court’s decision striking down Roe vs. Wade is for Congress to pass a law making abortion legal nationally. That would be just as unconstitutional as Roe vs. Wade.
