Episode 83 - Nathaniel Agoye

About this episode

Nathaniel (Nate) Agoye is a Personal Trainer based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We started following each other on social media about 2 years ago. He's just always struck me as being someone I could relate to. In our episode together, we talked about his first time going to the gym with his mom - what that was like, why he was there, what motivated him, how he felt at that time in his life. He's someone who has been accused of using steroids and he's someone who has battled mental health obstacles. He's had to overcome heartbreak, yet he also found love. We talked about what his definition of the essence of a person was and what he saw in the people he surrounded himself with. We talked about the work it takes to be in a devoted relationship, we talked about having faith, we talked about love languages, we talked about his best advice for someone with a fitness business. It's all discussion that can be beneficial to anyone who listens. Hope you enjoy, please share on social media and rate on iTunes/Apple Podcasts.
