This week, Chris is joined by the teamwork that makes the dream work at the Cannon Beach Hardware Store & Public House, in Cannon Beach, Oregon.  Owner, Ryan Dewey and General Manager, Brooke Lynn Neuwirth are the dynamic duo who lead an amazing staff, providing a lot more than what you can imagine. They have plungers, hammers, screws, and brackets.  If you are hungry, they have amazing pastrami, sushi grade ahi tuna salad, and a pint of beer.  Nick named the Screw & Brew, the Hardware Store is a place for families and adults.  In this episode, Ryan, Brooke Lynn, and Chris get into leadership, empathy, "extra," competition, and emotional intelligence.  Movie references throughout, this episode will not disappoint.
