Episode 79: "Baseball (Sports) Dad", Paul Reddick

Although he is best known for his content around baseball (he is the founder of the Baseball Education Center), the knowledge that Paul Reddick shares on this show could easily be applied to any sport or profession. He sits down with the MAP boys to discuss one of his many books, "The 5*6*7 Dad", and to talk about some useful tips to help strengthen relationships through sports.

Paul worked as the resident speaker and camp director of the Yogi Berra Museum for 15 years. He spent 14 years in professional baseball as a coach and scout and is the host of the "Baseball Dads Podcast"; "Baseball Confidence" and "At the Seams: A Mental Health Podcast for Athletes." His signature program, The 90MPH Club, is the best selling pitching program of all time. His daily newsletter is read by 740,000 players, parents and coaches.

In addition to "The 5*6*7 Dad", Paul wrote "Living with Jacob" and "31 Things Every Baseball Father Must Know If He Wants His Son to Succeed." He also co-authored, "The Picture Perfect Pitcher" with Tom House.
