About this episode
On today's episode, Dennis speaks with former Marine Raider & Scout Sniper, personal growth consultant and Founder of We Defy The Norm, Cody Alford. After a 15+ year military career, Cody retired in 2018 due to cognitive impairment. Since then he has become a personal growth consultant and encourages others to defy conformity and invest in themselves through his online coaching group Defy Tribe. Defy Tribe helps people build bullet proof mindsets and a belief system to take them to new heights of life.
Today, Cody discusses his military career, the benefit of being different and defying the norm, investing in yourself when others won't invest in you, being your own leader and the importance of taking care of yourself both physically and mentally.
