Episode 72 - Namrata Gill
About this episode
Namrata Gill is currently a Sergeant with the Edmonton Police Service but she grew up in India and moved to Canada at the time of her arranged marriage. Namrata experienced domestic violence in her marriage which shaped her into the strong leader she is today. Not everyone realizes the trials and tribulations that people face in life to become the people they look up to and admire. This episode is all about that.
I'm going to add a link to short film about Namrata https://www.nfb.ca/film/namrata/
