Episode 68: Heaters 101 - Pentair MasterTemp and Max-E-Therm Heater Overview with Zack Pickard, Matt Huntley, and Carlos Gomez

Understanding a heater can be one of the most challenging things in our industry, it definitely was one of the most challenging aspects for us. That’s why we wanted to sit down with the Pentair experts to get a crash course on all thing's heaters. In this episode Zack, Matt, and Carlos did a great job explaining how a heater works using the correct terminology so that you can explain it to a customer out in the field. This will not only expand your knowledge, but it will also give you a leg up as a professional in the conversation. A few other vital things we discuss are how to size a heater properly, the proper plumbing placement for a heater, and what exactly a heater bypass is.  

We also talk about Pentair’s MasterTemp and Max-E-Therm heaters. The guys discuss each heater, the sizes they come in, how to identify them in the field, as well as some of the features and benefits.
