Episode 67: The Covid Session

Now as many of you may or may not know, at the time this was recorded I have Covid. This sickness is no joke let me tell you! This episode is in as a follow up to the channel publication I had made a few days earlier in relation to training with Covid. So many people ask on a daily basis 'How can I train during lockdown' so the video's intended purpose goes into detail to understand the methods I use to stay as sharp as I can during illness. There can things to use for brain training purposes anywhere, it just seems to be that excuses can be found more readily. Not as a dig but just as an observation.
