Episode 65 - Sarah Lindquist
About this episode
I hope nobody ever feels confident that they can pick who the next guest will be. I like to be unpredictable. It instills the value of community and connection both locally and far away. Being invested in someone else for an hour at a time can do wonders for personal growth.
Sarah Lindquist is someone who is doing really well for herself as far as a fulfilling life goes. She's worked very hard to get where she is, been up to a lot of really cool and exciting things, but despite all of this she has had no shortage of obstacles.
Her dog, Tukka is one of the most well-behaved large dogs I have ever met. I got to meet him at our Charity Boot camp that Sarah helped me run earlier this year at Langdale Park in the Windermere area in Edmonton, AB.
