In every city, large or small, there are unique characters you see repeatedly throughout town. These individuals possess distinctive appearances or attire that make them easily recognizable to everyone. You take notice of them, commenting on the seemingly peculiar coincidence of encountering them, and then continue with your day, soon forgetting about the encounter until the next time. However, what if these encounters were not mere coincidences? What if these characters harbored more sinister intentions? Such was the case with my encounter with The Bow Tie Man.
