Coach Heisha also known as Bodied By Heish is a native of Dayton, Ohio. Heisha competed collegiately for track and field at the University of Cincinnati where she specialized in the hurdles. Coach Heisha has a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, masters in Social Work as well as certified in chemical dependency, personal training and group fitness. Coach Heisha is currently training for the Olympics 2020 to compete in the hurdles. Along with her personal Goals, she promotes health and wellness for family’s and the community. She is hardworking, motivating and empowering to others around her. She is devoted to helping others achieve their best, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Coach Heisha enjoys working with individuals who want to change their lifestyle and transition to the best versions of themselves. She is devoted to assessing client goals as well as identifying struggles, working together with clients to achieve greatness for physical and mental health.
