If you asked me what I love most surrounding hearing of people plant medicine & psychedelic experiences, it would be seeing what they do with the experiences they have moving forward. All too often, people wrongly assume that they need the medicines to be able to access these higher vibrational states when, in reality, all these medicines are showing us is what is already possible within our lives, yet may be currently blocked by a myriad of different issues, such as limiting beliefs, childhood trauma, etc. What I like to say to really drive this home is that plant medicines will show you the “what”, yet it is your responsibility to figure out the “how” through integration & when one can do that, their entire life becomes a psychedelic experience.
