She has been integrating the 5 Biological Laws of Germanic Healing Knowledge into her work for the past 5 years. Her coaching is focused on helping people to understand their symptoms from the GHK perspective and learn to live free from fear and anxiety. She teaches self awareness skills and internal shifts for creating a deep sense of peace and wellbeing.
